I’ve trained with Kenneth for several years, but most recently, he trained me for a specific physical challenge. Over the course of five months, I gained a physical strength and body composition I didn’t think possible at 46 - and I was perfectly prepared for my specific challenge. Kenneth is extremely knowledgeable about physical fitness, cardio and strength training, and nutrition. He’s an excellent trainer and coach and friend, which is why I continue to see him 2x week to maintain my strength (and shape!!). I can’t recommend him more highly!

Kenneth has been my trainer for the past two years. During this period, I have dropped about 20 pounds, which is a lot given I am over forty and not a fitness enthusiast. He customizes my routine specifically to my body type. He offers great tips on eating and helps me stay accountable. During COVID, he even gave me a program to do during lockdown when the gym was closed and met with me on phone to touch base. He is very dedicated to helping his clients improve their health. I am definitely stronger and more fit. He also trained my son during the pandemic when his classes were virtual. I saw my son’s fitness improve on both a physical and mental level. I highly recommend training with Kenneth, who is a true professional and makes an hour workout fly by with his fun personality.

Kenneth is so much more than a personal trainer, he goes above and beyond his job description. This isn’t even his job, it’s his whole world, his passion, and his calling in life. Working out with him isn’t like working out with any other trainer it’s like working out with your best friend. Kenneth truly cares about each and every one of his clients. He makes himself available to everyone even if you just need to talk. Since training with Kenneth I’ve noticed such a difference not only in my physical appearance and eating habits but in my attitude towards life. He pushes you to challenge yourself everyday whether it’s big or small, his workouts aren’t ever easy and just when you feel like giving up he’s there to lend you a hand and many words of encouragement. I am very appreciative for Kenneth's guidance. His firm but professional attitude makes him very approachable by clients no matter their beginning fitness level. He is not the type of trainer who will "leave it at the gym" as he regularly checked on me throughout the week to give me encouragement towards my goals. Kenneth is an awesome trainer and motivator! I had an ankle injury just over a year ago and have been worried to work out but Kenneth has been awesome at showing me proper form, making sure I am exercising properly and given me the confidence to get back in the workout game!
