Attended a birthday party here over the weekend, and I was really impressed. I didn't catch the coach's name, but he seemed like he really loved to inspire and work with the kids, and knew how to get them excited for the activities. Our first time doing any kind of class. When we walked in we were greeted and the kids were the main focus. Staff started communicating with my boys getting them excited for their class, asking them questions. They felt so comfortable so quickly and I appreciated that so much. My son started KidStrong when he was a little over 1 and he was so shy. KidStrong has helped him come out of his shell, make friends, and learn how to talk to his peers. The coaches are amazing, they’re patient, encouraging, and always bring out the best in the kids. I’ve seen such a big difference in his confidence, independence, and social skills. My son had a really good time there. When we first arrived my son was shy and nervous, one of the coaches pulled him aside and they did some deep breathing together by the end of class he was interacting with the other kids and coaches. He was smiling and decided that he wanted to not only continue coming but he wants to attend classes twice a week. Also as soon as the class was over the coaches began cleaning the equipment immediately which I love because nobody wants ring worm. I highly recommend this place.

KidStrong Pflugerville has been an amazing program that has provided our child with fun experiences that have given him more confidence in himself and his ability to move his body. The coaches have been super supportive and encouraging along the way. All team members and management have been very helpful at answering questions and providing help, when needed, with technical things such as the app. Communication is easy and excellent. Our son loves KidStrong so much he wanted to have his birthday party there. It was an incredible party and our party guest had a blast!

From the beginning the phone call was very informational. I can tell the staff truly have a heart for what they are doing and following the Kid Strong mission. I trust that the team while give my child 100% and this is the kind of investment I can get behind because we're all in it together. The first visit was amazing. My son,Ace, was nervous and took time to do the class activities. every person at the desk and directing the class stayed by his side and didn't make either of us feel like we should give up and go home. The parents were also reassuring and we all spoke to each others kids with uplifting words and it was a complete safe place. This is where I want my kid to be. As a parent this is exactly what I need to feel reassured and my child is confident and trusting of the environment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will be calling this week to set up membership.

I asked about the contract before signing i was told it shouldn't be an issue if I wanted to cancel before the 6 months mark when I moved to a different part of town where they were too far they said it wouldn't be an issue, now time has come to do so, I am told I have to pay half the remaining balance. When I called them out for out I was told to refer to the contract between us. You work with children, be better!

As for the facility and the staff dedication towards their jobs 10/10 👏 love the environment and my kids love the trainers!

Our son has been attending KidStrong for a few months now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coaching staff is absolutely wonderful—supportive, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient. It took our son a little time to get into the routine of the class, but the coaches never gave up on him. They consistently checked in, encouraged him, and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way.

We also love the structure of the routines they teach. It’s a perfect mix of physical activity, confidence-building, and life skills. The award system has been especially motivating for our son—it’s helped boost his confidence and made him excited to come back each week.

We absolutely love this KidStrong. My son’s first class seemed like a disaster by most measures. He spent half the class either crying, rolling around on the floor, or refusing to participate. The coaches and the staff are excellent. While always encouraging, they seem to know when to push a child and when to let him “be in his feelings”. Within a few weeks, Kidstrong class became my son’s favorite thing to do. He quickly gained confidence and was so proud of himself the first time he got to be class captain. Shortly after that, my son mastered the monkey bars at our neighborhood park. He ran up to me, beaming, and the first words out of his mouth were: “I can’t wait to tell Coach Bryant that I did the monkey bars by myself!!”. (-Shout out to Coach Bryant and all the other good coaches there who are making a real impact on these little ones’ development.) We also love how easy it is to reschedule a class if we can’t make it. Even though KidStrong is a little more expensive than some other activities, we feel that it’s worth the money and the drive.

Coach Bryant was amazing booking our trial class and making sure I had all of the information needed. He took time to speak and connect with my child and made her feel at ease and welcome. The coaches were great! They were friendly and were able to keep the kids on task (as much as you can with 10 4 year olds). As a parent, I typically do not like to “coach from the sidelines” and was happy to see both coaches were able to redirect the kids well when needed.

The coaches here truly care about each child that walks through the door! Can’t recommend this place enough! The only downfall I dislike is the layout of the parking lot since it is right off of the Toll Road, and there’s only 3 entrances/exits in the entire parking lot. It is a nightmare to get out of the parking lot with traffic anytime after 3pm any day of the week😓 Wish they made an entrance/exit near the Club Car Wash to have easier access to get on the frontage road of the toll. Not Kidstrong’s fault, the parking lot is just not well planned out for traffic purposes.

Its right off the 130 toll making it a breeze to get to but what makes it the best is Sheri and Brian the owner/coach there that has gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
They were so understanding and flexible working with me for my child to be able to attend. And anyone that's a single parent can truly understand and appreciate that!!!

Been taking my toddler here for a month and really appreciate the sweet coaches and staff for their care of the kiddos. My little guy is picking up skills from the classes (like freezing and deep breaths). It is a great outlet for children, while also developing social-emotinal skills.

It was my Grandson Dean 3rd birthday. There were 17 kids and the coaches kept them busy for an hour running and jumping. All the kids had big smiles on their faces. Wonderful birthday party.
