Ubaldo is a miracle worker! I’ve struggled with shoulder and back pain for a long time and have seen multiple physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors—none of whom were able to help. After just one session with Ubaldo, I’ve been nearly pain-free ever since. If you’re in pain and feel like nothing has worked, go see him! You will not be disappointed.

BEST GYM EVER! I'll be honest, I normally hate gyms. I've lived in a bunch of big cities before life blessed me with our move to Mason, and this is the BEST GYM I've ever been to. It only took 5 years here before my husband added me to his kinesio fit membership and I was OBSESSED immediately. The building is beautiful (way to go on interior design y'all!) , the equipment is PRISTINE and modern and there's plenty of it. I love all of the weight machines because I'm not a fitness expert so the variety of machines is so helpful for me. I've been going 3x a week for a month and I see a huge difference in my legs and arms already!

I work from home so I need a break from the computer and coming to the gym has brightened my days so much I look forward to it!!!

I LOVE that kinesio fit is family owned (congrats on creating such a wonderful space to the Mora family!)
