SUCH a great gym. They have everything I would need for strength and conditioning, plus the high end recovery facilities. I love the functional fitness area and the overall vibe of the gym.

Nico’s energy is infectious, and he makes the gym a place I want to be. He is helping me train for a Hyrox race and general fitness as a busy Dad.

I recently visited Kinetic for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is nice and clean, with high quality, modern equipment suitable for all types of workouts and fitness levels. Excellent machines as well as ample free weights. The recovery area is one more thing that sets this place apart from other gyms. Cold Plunge, Sauna and Compression is all you need! And don't get me started on how good the trainers are.

Kinetic is a great boutique-style gym that offers a great selection of new equipment, free weights, open space, shower, and recovery options (compression, sauna, cold plunge). The staff is so friendly and helpful! Kinetic is unique and so much better than larger gyms.

I ended my membership at my old gym immediately once I found Kinetic. New equipment and unique equipment most gyms don't have.

The recovery is top tier! No other gym offers what Kinetic does.

Nico is a hard worker, friendly, and pushes you to be the best version of yourself.

I love this gym. Almost all brand new equipment that gives the gym a great feel. One of my favorite parts is that you get the luxury of plunge, sauna, compression, and other recovery services without having to be in a big box gym. Plus, it's run by a local family who is awesome. Highly encourage any one to check it out, you won't regret it!

Tried my first cold plunge here and loved it! The gym and recovery equipment is all super high end and clean. This is the perfect alternative to big box gyms. The owner, Nico, is super knowledgeable and passionate about what he’s doing there!
