My husband and I have been training with Kelly for over a month and she’s the best! We’re both new to personal training and she meets us where we’re at in our fitness journey while challenging us to push ourselves. Her space is also super clean and inviting. We would both highly recommend working out with Kelly and are very grateful for her time, energy and expertise!
Editing to add that I also started Kelly’s small group fitness classes. I’ve taken soooo many group fitness classes over the years (orange theory, pure barre, soul cycle, corepower yoga, bar method, pilates/lagree, etc) and Kelly’s are by far my favorite! I always leave feeling like I got the best workout! You get closer attention while you’re working out with Kelly compared to the big classes at other studios. It makes me feel like I’m getting a stronger workout and I also feel safer when it comes to potential injuries because she guides us through the workouts very closely. Highly recommend!

I've been training with Kelly for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s super dedicated and always remembers the little things about each client, even in group sessions. She adjusts workouts based on what each person needs and how they’re feeling that day, which shows how in tune she is with everyone. Her ability to read body language and respond with care is seriously impressive. Just a really great trainer and an even better person!

I can't say enough good things about Kelly! From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable and motivated. She has the perfect balance of being personable and approachable, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. Every workout was tailored to my goals, and I saw real results in a short amount of time (literally lost almost TEN pounds in 30 days). If I had listened to her suggestions about cutting french fries from my diet then it would have easily been 10 pounds lost for sure. Kelly was always encouraging, knowledgeable, and kept me accountable, which made all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness—whether you're just starting out or aiming for new goals!

I wanted to work with a trainer who understood the female body and what it was going through at this stage of life. I stumbled on Kinetic Training with Kelly and scheduled a visit.
Kelly is a warm and compassionate woman who wants the best for her clients. I have been dealing with some injuries and she modified whatever I needed without hesitation or guilt. I could not believe how much stronger I felt in 6 short weeks. Training with Kelly made me want to get my shoulder fixed so that I can work on all parts of me.
Kelly puts a strong focus on form and will keep working at it until it is just right. The years I've tried doing some of this on my own, I realized just how much I needed someone like her.
I cannot thank Kelly enough for her patience and kindness. I will be back as soon as the doctor clears me :)

I started my lifestyle change February 2024 and my experience has been absolutely amazing! Kelly is amazing and a great spirit to be around, you can tell she actually LOVES what she does. She pushes you, encourages you, and makes you feel comfortable. And those are all three things you SHOULD want in a trainer. We have so much fun in our sessions, which is great because before you know it that hour has already passed. I started working out with Kelly about 11 months ago. I've lost over 30lbs, became much stronger, gained much needed confidence, knowledge and more. Kelly's style of training is never boring, I've never did the same exact workout twice. One thing I appreciate about Kelly is that she is understanding, she doesn't make you feel bad if you haven't been eating the best/doing other workouts outside the gym. With that being said, she still lets you know that you need to do better, in a kind, but still stern way. She is able to hold you accountable in a positive manner. I personally have about 10lb more pounds to lose and other body goals that I'm looking forward to meeting with Kelly's help!
