About the Club

Knockout classes combine heavy bag work with bodyweight exercises for an intense full body workout! Strikes and combos are beat-based around high-energy music that will inspire you to kick some a**. This is a seriously effective workout for toning the arms, legs, butt, back, and core.
Each heavy bag is numbered giving you a dedicated space to brawl out with zero sparring or partner work.

I have been going to Knockout now for two years and have nothing but positive things to say about the coaches, front-desk staff, and community there! I am so happy I found this gem in Austin. I go 4-5 times a week and always feel like I'm progressing. Each coach has their own workout style and music which keeps things fun and interesting!

I love this place. Easy parking lots, friendly staff, cool place and they play really cool music. I took Ramona’s class a few times and it was always awesome. I invited my friend for her first time trying kickboxing and she likes everything about it. Ramona is helpful and pays attention to the people who are new and teaches them basic techniques during the class so the new people don’t feel lost.

I love Knockout! Their class reservation system is great because you book a specific bag so there's no question of whether you'll have a bag and you know exactly where to go in the room. The instructors have all been fantastic and I walk away exhausted after their tough workouts. I also like how in addition to monthly passes, you can buy class packs (1, 5, 10, etc) so you're not locked into a monthly rate but can still attend regularly on your schedule and not feel like you're wasting money if you miss a week or two.

Visiting Austin from out of town and wanted to get a workout in besides running. Morgan ran a great class and Rachel at the front desk was very friendly. Both of them took time to answer any questions I had about the business. It’s a stand alone gym but the branding and atmosphere makes you think it’s a big time franchise (in a good way..lol)
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a different kind of workout!

All the trainers I’ve taken classes from have been great, but David Garza’s classes give me life. He makes every class so fun, and a great full body workout. He puts great emphasis on correct form, while also joking and dancing to the music. If you’ve ever been hesitant about taking a class, I highly recommend going to one of David’s.

Signing up for the membership was the best thing I’ve done in 2021! I got the 3-day class to try it out first, and completely fell in love. The ambiance is spectacular, black lights, amazing music (Brandon’s playlist is my fave), solid equipment, and clean studio. The Bags & Weights class is the best creation ever! I look forward to the end of my day to head over, because it is so fun. I had been struggling with motivation for a while (working out at home), and I genuinely enjoy going to class. Highly recommend Knockout!

The first workout that worked for me. It's my favorite way to work up a sweat.

I went to my first class as part of a promotional New Years challenge to attend 3 classes in January and get 2 more classes free. It took a few classes to really get into it and even then I wasn't sold. Then I signed up for the team challenge in April (2 weeks unlimited classes trying to average 10 classes per team member). I got hooked and have had a Champion Unlimited Membership since. Unfortunately I got injured in June and haven't been able to return to my regular 4-5 per week schedule. But the staff has been very understanding about pausing my membership and helping me get back.

Fun instructors, great music and very easy to start as a beginner without feeling embarrassed or behind. The entire staff works very hard to guarantee the best experience for all attendees. I highly recommend everyone give it a try because this is the only gym and workout that I could regularly attend 4-5 times per week.

Took my first class here. The 4:45 class on a Friday was completely full. The boxing gloves are complimentary for your first class. Had to purchase the hand wraps for $6. The class was challenging and the instructor played great music. I will definitely be back here.

I love this place! I was a bit intimidated at first because I’ve never done a kickboxing class before but the staff and instructors were so nice and helpful that I felt comfortable right away. The class is super fun and is seriously the fastest 45 min workout I’ve ever done. I live closer to two other kickboxing/boxing studio but I take the longer drive to go to knockout. It’s worth it.

Knockout is an incredible full body workout, and perfect for any fitness level! The trainers are amazing and really encourage and motivate you throughout the class. If you have never taken a kickboxing class before, I highly recommend Knockout, it's unlike any other! There are black lights and you are kickboxing to the beat of the music, so need to be worried about anyone watching you.

Bought the initial intro class pack and am officially obsessed. Just purchased some more classes. Both David and Jennie are amazing and, according to my Apple watch, I haven't burned fewer than 400 calories in any class I've taken. First workout I've found that I find FUN that will burn that many calories in just 45 minutes. Love it!
