I’ve been a member of KoKo for the last several years. Of all the gyms I have been a member of this one is by far my favorite. I love the small, intimate feeling of working out in a “neighborhood gym”. The owner is nice and friendly and is always willing to help or offer assistance when needed. This gym has everything I need and I can’t imagine ever going back to one of the “big box” style gyms. - Jo Williams

I have been going to Koko for over 3 years now and absolutely feel this is the best workout facility in the area. The concept works for me - I put in my key fob and the machine guides me through my workout, all on one machine. Best of all I love the small environment and the excellent staff who make you feel comfortable!

I've been a Koko member for almost a year. It's a great workout in a small amount of time. The 15 minute cardio sessions done on a treadmill or elliptical are based on interval training so you get a great workout in a short time. The strength training sessions are terrific. Every program is built on what you can do. Not what everyone else can do. It also takes into account if you're wanting to lose weight, build muscle, maintain, etc. I love going in knowing that my strength session is 30 minutes and it is tailored for me. I can even look up my next workout on my laptop or phone and it will tell me exactly which exercises I'll be doing, how to do them, and how many reps of each. If you don't have time for a cardio session and strength training session - no problem. Do one or the other. The Fit Coaches are super and always at the ready to help if you need it and do everything they can to help you reach your goals. There are no mirrors. No one is looking at how much weight someone else can lift. This is not a "big box gym" mentality. It's efficient and effective!

KoKo helped to focus on my core strength, consistency, and better technique. Overall, KoKo programs are efficient and helps focusing on what exactly I'm doing. There is no scope to distractions and time I need to spend in the fitness center is minimal.

I'm extremely happy with my progress so far and I look forward to a long term benefit at KoKo.
