I absolutely love Kollective! I’ve been with them for almost two years now and it feels like a family! Big change after a big corporate gym I went to before :) New clean equipment, no lines, great coworking space, easy parking, fantastic classes - great atmosphere overall and people who love what they do. Highly recommend!

Great facility, has all the equipment you need and the sauna/cold plunge is a huge plus. The staffs so nice, and the trainers are all very knowledgeable. Aneissa is one of the managers at the North location and my go to, very sweet and super professional. Overall my experience at this gym has been top tier!

When I started spending more time in Austin I knew I needed a place to get back on track with my workouts. I had driven past Kollective North many times and was immediately drawn to it. Having a fitness background I knew what I was looking for in terms of a space to work out, and the people I wanted to surround myself with to accomplish my goals. After a short time I knew I was at the right place.
There's a great deal of people that make the location what it is. Simon always checks in with members and brings a sense of levity while keeping everything on track, Aneissa creates a fun and inviting atmosphere the minute you walk through the door, Kyle has an awesome Hyrox class on Tuesday nights, Matt, Connor and Andrew are always there to give a motivating shout out/support, and Tess is bopping around helping clients crush their goals. And if you find yourself in need, Brandon is a dedicated physical therapist who can get you rehabbed and back in action (like me when I hurt my back).
On top of the workout area, there's a co-working space, a sauna/cold plunge room, a podcast studio and events for members to get to know one another throughout the year.
Needless to say I'm very happy I took that initial walk through the door at Kollective North!

I’ve trained at a lot gyms in a lot of different cities but Kollective stands out for me on every level. The atmosphere, music, and community feel all create a cool energy that I love to walk into. Personally, the combined sauna and cold plunge setup is key for me. Shout out to Simon I see you always keeping those dumbbell Ks lined up perfectly - you must have been off the day I took this photo ;). But for real, all staff is great, Aneissa, Simon, everyone. I recommend Kollective to everyone I talk to. It’s a great place.

Recently had my first time at Kollective. Dropped into Kyle Sluga’s Hyrox HIIT and Run and it was VERY fun. His class made me interested in what Kollective has to offer. Very excited to one day comeback and drop in for the class again.

I recently joined Kollective because of Kyle. I tried out on of Kyle’s Hyrox classes and it was one of the best classes I’ve attended. The energy was great and the class was well put together and thought through. He always brings an energy that makes me want to work harder and get better. Someone I can also look to for guidance.

I moved to Austin last fall and joined Kollective North in January 2025. Coming in not knowing many people, I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d feel at home here. What’s made the difference is the community, especially the way Kyle Sluga runs his Hyrox class on Tuesdays. Kyle has a real gift for pulling people together; the workouts are tough, but they’ve also been the best way I’ve found to meet new people and feel part of something in Austin. His approach makes the training both fun and community-driven, which is rare.
I also want to recognize Andrew Kelow. Andrew has been outstanding at tailoring personal training sessions to my needs and pushing me in a way that’s motivating without being overwhelming. The one-on-one coaching has been a big part of my progress since joining.
And Coley Mozilo deserves a mention too. Her yoga classes are excellent (both sweat & sculpt and fusion)! A perfect balance of challenge and recovery. They’ve added a whole other dimension to my training and have quickly become a highlight of my weekly routine.
Kollective has been a place where I’ve built friendships, found accountability, and felt genuinely connected in a new city. Couldn’t recommend it more highly, especially if you’re looking for both great training and a real sense of community.

Moved to Austin less than a month ago, from the moment I stepped in the facility I knew this was the perfect place to immerse myself in rebuilding my fitness. What really takes this place over the top is the staff.
While all staff are phenomenal to interact with, Kyle Sluga in particular exceeds all standards. He is the focal point of transforming the gym into a community. As someone who is new to the area, Kyle has paid attention to the details throughout our conversations and connected me with other cyclists within the Kollective. Truly special.

Kyle Sluga is the man, he was the first person I met at Kollective. He helped me in my first 90 days get integrated in the culture, gave advice for workouts and introduced me to a bunch of great people.
I also started doing Hyrox because of him.

Kollective North is one of the best gyms in Austin, in my opinion. Although it is much more than a gym, it is a second home for many of us. Kollective provides a workspace, a communal kitchen, a gym, and an event space for the community to gather. Speaking of community, Kyle Sluga has been an integral part of bringing people together at Kollective, not only through his day-to-day interactions with members and staff, but also through his weekly event, Hyrox HIIT & Run. The success of that class is a true testament to Kyle’s impact within the Austin community. He lights up everybody’s day and brings positive energy to every room he walks into. He has united so many people, blending different parts of the fitness community into one amazing team. I highly recommend Kollective North and hiring Kyle Sluga as your trainer or joining one of his Tuesday events.

I've been training at The Kollective North since early 2025, and the facility is awesome with a great vibe. I've made a ton of business connections here. Kyle Sluga’s Hyrox class is next-level—hands down the best in Austin. His energy and top-notch coaching make every session killer!

I recently joined the gym with my wife, as we are new to Austin. We absolutely love it, and feel right at home thanks to Kyle Sluga! I met Kyle in the sauna during my first week, and he introduced me to everyone! I have never been great at working out, and he began to give me tips and advice. I really appreciated it, and decided to start training with him. Not only have I noticed results, but I am grateful for how much time and effort he puts into helping me with my goals.
It’s very cool to see how Kyle is with everyone at the gym, everyone absolutely loves this guy! He definitely understands how to build culture and community, especially with his Tuesday night classes. I’m still in the process of doing baby hyrox, and will be with the big boys and girls on Tuesdays soon!
Kyle - thank you for putting me to work, the best is yet to come!

Great spot, great people. It’s unlike any gym I’ve ever been to, and has become a third space in my regular routine. While there are a couple of things that could be improved, the staff and members are not one of them. Everyone is super genuine and kind. Kyle is a huge community builder, and always a welcoming ball of energy. Connor and the other trainers are clearly passionate about their work, and lead great classes. The members are building a real community of fun, random, interesting people. It’s definitely not your average gym, which may not work for everyone. But if you’re looking for a true community-focused club, this is your spot.

I’ve been going to Kollective North for about two months and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment is top-notch, and the recovery options are excellent. It’s the kind of place where you can get a serious workout, connect with like-minded people, or even catch up on work in a laid-back setting. The Hyrox classes with Kyle Sluga have quickly become the highlight of my week. His coaching style is motivating, his energy contagious, and the workouts will push you into incredible shape. Beyond that, he’s simply a great person to be around.

I’ve been going to this gym off and on for over a year now, both locations, love love love all the employees down south and could maybe say the same about the north location if it weren’t for the front desk employee, Aneissa. Ever since I’ve started going in she’s been rude, had a dismissive and disingenuous look on her face upon greeting and throughout the gym. I’ve noticed very closely at her attitude with people coming in and out and it really does seem as if she picks and chooses. From my understanding she’s a GM? But if you can’t even genuinely want people to feel welcome at the gym, you shouldn’t be in a leadership position. She’s the sole reason i don’t like going to kollective north! Do better Aneissa, you can see the act from a mile away!

I spend about 10 hours a day at Kollective and here is my experience.
First off Kyle Sluga the AGM is worth paying $300+ a month alone to hang out with.
The gym is exclusive and limits its members, I have never once in 5 months waited for a piece of equipment except for the microwave..
I saw a review about being able to access the community anywhere. I can tell you that you get what you put into in this community, while Kollective lacks a bit (IMO) at helping build the community through social sports and creating opportunities for members to get together it does attract some of the most genuine high energy and top producing people in Austin TX. I have met and became great friends with dozens of people who come to Kollective and every one wants you to succeed, push yourself harder and see you win. Every commercial gym I have been to is like a doing a work out with an audience that judges, gets in your way and lines for the squat rack because some silly goose is doing curls with a barbell.
If you want to tour the gym let them know Connor C. sent you and they wont care but it will make me feel popular. (my ego needs that)

I recently moved to Austin, but I grew up in nyc and lived in Miami for a few years, I must say that this place is a cute but definitely ridiculous. A friend recommended this gym so I went on a tour, I couldn't see anything worth over $3k/month so I asked and they eventually said "you're paying for the community". Maybe there's something that I missed but for me, I have access to the same people outside the gym so why would I pay for that, it's not luxury because you painted the walls black, it's not luxury if I have to make my own drink; "luxury is an experience, not an aesthetic" and I'm used to wasting money on nonsense but honestly if you want to charge people more than an actual luxury gym than at least pretend that you have something special to offer.

Look, it's a cool place, has everything you need to train, nice big open windows, plentiful parking, etc.
But riddle me this, how do you build a fitness/coworking center on like 2 acres of land and then make the men's changing room 5'x10'? I was in there with 2 other guys and we were climbing on top of each other
With so much space, why would you put the co-working area literally next to the pickleball with a glass divider between the two; I tried getting some work done and had to leave because of the noise.
Other than that, lovely people and lovely place, just disappointed with the layout.

Easily, my favorite gym in Austin! Bianca S. is my trainer at Kollective North. In over 21 years of trainers, I have never met anyone like her! She is knowledgeable and authentic! She lives what she teaches! She is authoritative but with so much grace and kindness! She has taught me healthy, achievable hacks that have had huge impact's on my body and my lifestyle. And as smart as she is, she’s also beautiful….and fun! She taught me how to workout hard, real hard, and always have fun doing it!

Hands down the best training facility I have experienced in my life. I have spent the past 14 years in the health / fitness space and this place checks all boxes. Flat rate membership that includes open gym training, access to classes, unlimited cold plunge and unlimited traditional sauna is unreal. If you need more head upstairs and there’s PT / HRT and more. The team is friendly and helpful. The trainers are on another level. The network of driven and successful members opens up new doors daily. I love it here! Worth every penny.
