Hands down, Jon-Jon is the best trainer I've ever worked with! I've had my fair share of trainers in the past, but his approach stands out - the way he methodically tracks my progress and nutrition is chef’s kiss.
What really sets him apart is his knowledge and use of science and data to design personalized programs/blocks that not only meet me where I am but will get me to my fitness goals. More importantly, he knows exactly when to push harder and when to dial it back. And my results speak to this - only being 4 months !

Jon Jon was a referral from a friend of mine who encouraged me to try someone more experienced in the fitness world and I’m so glad I decided to go with him! I’ve never trained with a trainer like Jon Jon before, it’s great actually training with someone who is knowledgeable in this field! I had to drop my previous trainer because of how personable working with Jon Jon is!! I am sooooo glad I found Jon Jon through Google! As a stay at home mom who hadn’t worked out in 4 years, I decided it was time to make a change, but finding the right trainer turned out to be way harder than I expected. I had tried trainers at big commercial gyms and local spots with good reviews, but none of them made me feel like it was worth the investment. Just when I was about to give up, I decided to give Nottingham Training a try and I’m so glad I did!
During our consultation, he walked me through a workout to show me exactly what training with him would feel like. He structured the workouts around my lifestyle, not just giving me a generic plan or telling me to eat nothing but chicken breast and broccoli. I loved that he wasn’t pushy about selling his services either. In fact, he offered to give me a guideline to reach my goals, even if I decided not to train with him. That’s when I knew I had to give him a try.
Now, after training with Jon Jon for almost three months, three times a week, I’m upgrading to a six month package with four sessions a week! My weight hasn’t changed much, but I’ve lost fat and gained muscle and I feel amazing. I can keep up with my two toddlers much better than before, even though I still feel exhausted (thanks to toddler life!). Jon Jon challenges me in ways that boost my energy instead of draining it. Plus, he never pulls out his phone during sessions, which I really appreciate. I’m not paying a trainer to be on their phone!
One of the main reasons I love working with Jon Jon is because of my busy life. With two toddlers, I barely have time for myself, so I love being able to just show up and have someone tell me exactly what to do. No more dragging myself to the gym and debating whether I should just put it off until tomorrow. Jon Jon keeps me accountable and takes the guesswork out of it, which is exactly what I need!
I can’t say enough good things about Jon Jon. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and while his packages are a bit on the pricier side, they’re worth every penny! Fitness and health are longterm investments, and I always tell my friends and family to think of it that way. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Jon Jon!

Jon Jon is a great trainer! Knowledgeable, respectful and always gets you to do something new and different. Trainings are always fun and challenging at the same time. I love how he is not too pushy but somehow encourages you to give your best. He also has great advice on nutrition. I am so grateful I found him. Jonjon has been my trainer for a year and a half now and he is definitely the best, most dedicated and knowledgeable one I’ve ever worked with. He’s helped me reach my goals which is to gain and increase strength and maintain it and also create a consistent work out schedule. (Side note: I’m a 40 yr. old lady who can deadlift 225 lbs 💪🏽 now, oh and recently was able to do pull ups! Whoop whoop!) of course the aesthetic results doesn’t hurt either! Well… his work outs hurt. Just go to his IG page and see how he kills me haha! But in all seriousness it’s worth it! I always moan and complain during work outs but I love the feeling of achievement after and he’s given me real results!!! 10/10 amazing experience with Jon-Jon as my trainer! I met him during the beginning of my fitness journey. I had little to no knowledge about anything fitness. I was at a standstill with my weight and couldn’t pin point what I was doing wrong. With Jon- Jon’s help he was very informative about the workouts he was giving me, the nutrition portion of it, how to perfect the proper form! He pushes and motivates you to keep going but doesn’t push you to the point you’re throwing up. He listens to you, and your desire goals. I learned so much for him and have and still use what I learned from him. I’ve never really had a trainer before but I am glad I had such a great experience with him! So please put your trust in him! I can't recommend my first and favorite trainer, Jon-Jon Morales enough! I met him in the wild back in 2020, and it changed my life.
Jon-Jon's got that perfect mix of patience and knowledge. He took me under his wing and taught me the basics of working out - I like to tell people he had to teach me how to walk through the door, which is not too far from the truth:) I had a lot to learn about form. His way of adapting to my learning style allowed me to stay motivated and pick it up quickly. But then he introduced me to boxing, and that may be what I appreciate the most.
What I love about Jon-Jon is that he can adapt to anyone, whether you're a newbie or a seasoned gym-goer. He's not just a trainer; he's a motivator and a friend who genuinely cares about your progress.

Jon is an amazing trainer. 100% recommend!!! I was struggling with losing weight for my upcoming wedding and staying motivated when I wasn't seeing the results. With only 7 months to go, I reached out to Jon. He put together a personalized training and health plan for me and before I knew it, I was slowly but steadily reaching my weight and fitness goals. He was able to do all this through video which allowed me to exercise from the comforts of my own home with minimal equipment. Jon is so passionate about helping people get to their ideal self and always puts his clients first. He always made sure I had good form, stayed consistent, offered support, and gave constructive feedback. He’s also always just a message away whenever I needed additional guidance. As a nurse who has variable/long work hours and HATES exercising, going into the gym can be intimidating and time consuming. Joh Joh is the best personal trainer i have ever had! I trained with him for almost 1 year. He’s extremely professional, very knowledgable, and he listens to you. He will cater his training towards what you want to achieve. He is also extremely personable. you feel comfortable the whole time.

I reached out to Jon for virtual coaching / fitness training. I wanted to lose weight, get stronger, all while learning how to eat in a nutritious way to support my weight loss plan. He taught me how to count macros, which was the difference maker! I was exploring CrossFit at the time, and he gave great advice during that process and then also as I transitioned to more traditional lifting at a local gym. For example, I’ve always had knee pain, but Jon taught me how to adapt my lifting movement to strengthen my legs to support my knees. He gave helpful tips on how to eat healthy while still losing weight and helped me understand which foods lined up with my goals. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire time. In 5 months, I lost 20 pounds and got much stronger! He also taught me how to sustain my weight after my diet - I’ve kept it off for about 4 months now and eating twice as much as I did during my training. Thank you, Jon!!!

I have been training with Jon Jon for about 8 months now and have really enjoyed the experience! He has not only helped me lose weight but also gain a lot of strength.
I have weight trained before and was looking for a trainer who can teach me how to work out in a different way. Jon Jon has an in depth understanding of the mechanics of each movement and explains everything thoroughly. I feel like I'm always learning something new and he adds a lot more context to the workouts you might see on social media or Youtube. He will tell you what muscle group the exercise targets and how to maximize that the work that muscle is doing. He also goes into anatomy and physiology of everything which I love because I nerd out on stuff like that.
He also perfectly tailors programs to your specific goals. For example, when I first started working with him, my main goal was weight loss. He helped me track my nutrition, tailored my workouts, as well as workout programs for when we are not meeting, and I lost 10lbs in about 2 months.
Now my goal is to squat heavier, be able to do a pull up and push ups easily. He put together a program in which we work on squats in a different way each week to be able to hit that goal. For example, we're not just barbell squatting everyday, instead we're also being banded barbell squats, box squats, and dead stop squats. The rotation not only makes the workout more fun because there is variety but also very effective. I started out squatting 115 and we just hit a PR max of 180 3-4 months into the program.
While numbers are always nice to default on and satisfying to hit, I also do appreciate that Jon Jon offers a healthy lifestyle and wellness approach to fitness. He helps correct stretching to not only help with muscle recovery but also mobility. During the workouts themselves, it's actually like working out with a friend because he is very friendly and will make good conversation. Except watch out because while you're distracted, he will just casually add 10lbs without you looking LOL While I am in tears at the end of the workout, I do appreciate that he pushes me harder than I would push myself by myself and that's one of the reasons why I see results but also enjoy the process of getting results.
