We love this gym and the coaches. My daughter has improved her skills so much with the guidance they give . I really appreciate Becky, Kassidy, Solange, Lolo and and Kate for helping my daughter become so confident in her skills this year. We are blessed to have a gym like this near Frisco. ❤️ Also love the staff, Adrian and Brittany. They are very helpful even when the gym is very busy.

I was really let down by my experience at kurt Out of the blue, they charged a significant sum to my creditcard without any heads-up or receipt. When I brought this up, I found response both rude and unhelpful—they even suggested that if I didn’t like it, I could just take my daughter out of their program.The atmosphere among the coaches wasn’t much better The gym itself was also less than welcoming—it was cramped, didn't smell great, and lacked even basic WiFi. I’ve since decided to pull my daughter from the program, and honestly, it feels like a weight has been lifted. Given the negativity and lackluster training, I just can’t recommend this place. she even don’t know who is talking to my Doughter is not Remy I been doing payment I was not ever informed that I have do immediate payment. Be careful when you leave your Credit for auto pay

The coaches are great and my little boy loves practicing here! The only issue is, can the owner invest some money in refreshing the air indoor or do you have ventilation system at all? The air was really smelly (I believe it is due to kids taking off their smelly sneakers😂) each time we went inside! We have to wait there like an hour each time please make some fresh air for kids and parents!!

Fantastic Gym!!! We have been at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics for almost 5 years now. Our daughter started in the Rec program and then transitioned to the competitive USAG program. I really can’t say enough good things about this gym!

The front desk team is amazing! They are always available to help regardless of what I need! The coaches are hands down the best! I am truly thankful that they encourage and lift up our gymnast and her teammates through great coaching. They are tough, but still sweet. It keeps the sport fun and our girl motivated to do her best and keep growing as a gymnast! My daughter is confident and has become a true leader, and I believe gymnastics has something to do with that. Her coaches are mentors and their positive influence on her has been so great!

We also started our son in a Rec Class and his coach was also our daughter’s first coach from almost 5 years ago! I love that!!!

I also love that if I have questions, I can email the gym and get a response quickly. Beckie, the owner of the gym, has always been so helpful when I’ve had questions or didn’t understand something. It’s obvious to me that Beckie and her team of coaches have the gymnast’s best interest at heart. It’s their top priority and I appreciate that so much.

I am truly thankful for Kurt Thomas Gymnastics. Kurt and Beckie Thomas have created an amazing gym with a positive, loving, and family atmosphere. It’s the place to be if you are looking for a gymnastics gym home.

We have been at Kurt Thomas for over three years now. I have two girls on team (the youngest started in rec classes) and the skills they are learning far exceed just gymnastics. The gymnastics coaching is top notch, focusing on form and attention to detail and not just being able to “throw a skill,” but additionally these girls have mentors in their coaches and learn how to be on a team and a good teammate.
The gym is incredibly family friendly and oriented and after having been to other gyms we are proud to call this our gym home.
If you are moving to Frisco, you have many choices in gymnastics in the area, but for my family this was the only choice.

My daughter has attended this facility since the age of 2. Attending Kurt Thomas gymnastics has boosted her self confidence, gained discipline and she’s made so many good friends in this sport. This is by far the BEST gym for my daughter!! They are extremely protective of the safety of my child! They are the very first gym to sanitize with a professional company that specializes in Covid and other nasty germs! My daughter has thrived in their family oriented setting! Our daughter has been coached at Kurt Thomas gymnastics for the past 4 years and is now a level 9 gymnast. Every detail regarding her safety, the coaching she receives, the equipment she uses and the communication with us as her parents is completed with excellence. The practices are precisely organized for maximum progress during which the girls are encouraged to reach their potential but at the same time forming appropriate yet caring relationships with their coaches. At meets, everything regarding time schedules, assignment of coaching staff, the girls safety and the presentation of the Kurt Thomas team members is incredibly organized, allowing the gymnasts to compete with confidence and the parents to know every detail has been taken care of. I am confident that our daughter’s progression as a gymnast now and her pursuit of a future collegiate gymnastic scholarship is and will be fully pursued by Kurt Thomas Gymnastics staff. My daughter and I have had an awesome experience from the beginning . There has been great communication via email on a regular basis. My daughter was on team , we were initially looking at the USAG program and we made the decision to enroll into the TAAF program due to scheduling. They were very informative in helping us get settled into the gym as well understanding the difference in each team program and what to expect. The Coaches ( Princetta, Katie, Mary and Stephanie ) are amazing , no yelling , always being positive and encouraging to help build confidence in the gymnasts. It says a lot when other Coaches take the time to acknowledge and give corrections and offer support to a gymnast who is not necessarily under their own instruction and group on several occasions ( my daughter was spotted by Rick and Kadence on uneven bars ) . Anytime I have called or stood at the front desk Ms. Lori and Adrian were very helpful and welcoming . They were always eager to assist and make sure I had a good understanding when I had questions. They also would double check any payments or team fees when I had to update my records during meet season. They helped walk me through a blind access to my account and never passed any judgment for not being tech savvy. As far as the gym it is a very uniform and structured facility. If the gymnast are are on the uneven bars / balance beam they are able to see themselves on a tv screen to be able to see form and visualize the error / correction. A larger gym would be ideal somedays it may seam a little over crowded ( prior to COVID -19) . You have the ability to watch practice or drop off. As far as Beckie and Kurt they always made themselves accessible to any parents who had any questions or concerns . They gym has done a phenomenal job of insuring the gymnast safety. I would highly recommend this gym- KT STRONG!

You really have to know what you want for your child and what your child wants before deciding to go to this gym. They have incredible coaches and if your child is young and has potential, they will work with your child well and teach them good foundations. However, they are widely known throughout the gymnastics community for holding girls back to win the podium so the can say that they are number one in the compulsory levels. However, they are not producing any elite gymnasts. Also, if your child is a little older, they are willing to sacrifice her gymnastics career to take the podium at competitions. They don't focus on up training as the child's ability permits, rather they teach to the compulsory routine so that they can ensure podium wins. Other gyms will tell you that you should always be training one to two levels ahead for proper progression, yet this gym's owner wants the titles and sacrifices the up training.

This place is just amazing. I had one of my daughters join here since she was 3, and as soon as my other one was able to join, I automatically knew this would be great for her too. Both have very different personalities but they love this place. All of the coaches they've had are very detailed and professional. I love that they teach and correct them when they do something wrong, without taking the "fun" away. They always use have different activities and are taught all around the gym areas. I highly recommend Kurt Thomas Gymnastics. They're great.

We went for my 3 years old's trial class today and were so impressed with the staff. They genuinely cared about his experience and really worked with him when he wouldn't go in. Laurie, at the front desk, talked to him and let him know she'd go in and sit with him if he wanted her to. They let him sit and observe and he went in on his own timing. He came out wanting to do it again and we will definitely be returning!

I had an issue with Billing with the Office Manager who refused to resolve the issue after talking twice.
I had posted this review and the Business Owner got involved and she immediately resolved the issue satisfactorily.
Very happy to see that the Business Owner was very proactive in this matter and I sincerely hope the Office Manager gets a few lessons on Customer Service. This place has maintained an A+ rating with BBB and I am sure the major reason is the Owners running it ethically.
