I highly recommend LKA to anyone looking to be not only a part of a great team but a family. My son has learned so much and has enjoyed his experience attending coach Sonny’s classes. Unfortunately we’re moving but will be a must stop when we are in town. Thank you coach Sonny! My son has improved all around because of your teachings both in self defense and as a little man.

I used to think I was jason bourne until the lka team handed me my own butt. Coach sonny's training is as real and effective as can be but his standards call for consistency and ruggedness. 🔥

Ladies Kickboxing out of this world! Every time I go I shed weight like crazy and not to mention that I learn proper technique when it comes to boxing and kickboxing! I love it! 100% Recommended. MMA Classes are amazing for youngsters because Sonny's instruction boost self confidence in a valuable way and also kids learn how to deal with bullying in a non-violent positive way!

Personally one of the best MMA traing facility there is. Coach Luque is an awesome coach. He works with you, corrects your mistakes and takes his time showing you the proper techniques. And you cant beat the two frre days to try it out. Im one of his students and ive learned a lot from him and plus shedded tons of weight training in his class

Whether you looking to get in shape, learn self defense, or to compete, it's a one stop destination. I have known Mr. Luque for years. He's a real deal fighter with a wealth of knowledge. I love this place! Sonny Luque and Micheal Esquivel are amazing trainers that will share their knowledge in their respective disciplines to the best of their abilities and with a lot of heart. The kids class is great for the young ones to begin having a sense of discipline, humility, and respect! The women’s strength and conditioning class will challenge you but will definitely change you. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class has a very supportive environment and will be taught to you with the utmost respect for the art! The MMA class has produced state ranking competitors. There is no other MMA school in Laredo that has as many recognitions as Laredo Kickboxing Academy.
