When I started training a year ago with Walter, I had constant hip/back pain. Moving, sitting, and sleeping was painful. Walter created a personalized workout that focused on increasing my strength and flexibility. I am now back to playing tennis and my neighbors have even commented on how fit I am.
Walter varies the workouts so you are not bored, while also making them challenging for your fitness level. Whatever your fitness goals may be, I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I have been training with Walter for 5 years and through two surgeries. He is a fantastic trainer that sets up programs around your fitness level and limitations you may have.

My husband and I have individually been training 8 times per month with Walter for about 1.5 years. I am in my late 60's and my husband is in his early 70's. Walter's workouts for us are focused primarily on mobility, strength and balance. There is no question that each area of focus has improved dramatically. Walter is quick to correct improper form that could lead to injuries. And most importantly, we enjoy the sessions and look forward to the challenges that Walter has designed.

I have been training with Walter 2-3 times a week for six months and have really enjoyed it. I've had three surgeries on the same shoulder as well as a knee surgery (ACL repair), and Walter does a great job working around my injuries and helping me develop functional strength.
