At Lee Houston Fitness we have designed a training environment that will exceed your expectations. With Lee's small group approach, you will get the feel of your own personal trainer as well as the team motivation! These programs are specifically designed to work the critical areas of the body in a short period of time for maximum productivity and efficiency. We also offer very flexible hours to be able to get your training in around even the most rigorous work schedule. Here at Lee Houston Fitness, we train everyone from the professional athlete, children involved in sports, stay at home moms, and even the general hobbyist just looking to shed some pounds for the summer. We look forward to helping you with all your fitness goals!!
