Instructor Megan’s power mat class is the best fitness class you can find. Her music is on point and the class is challenging but provides results. She has great energy and is very knowledgeable about fitness so you are not wasting your time. The class is upbeat and super positive. You’ll walk out feeling accomplished. Highly recommend LHTX and Megan’s class.

While I was in Houston, I visited this studio and took several classes with different instructors (every single one was amazing!)

This Lagree studio STILL ROCKS... I had to take off for a year for medical reasons but have just returned. I lost a lot of my great results from the first 196 classes SO NOW.... HEAD DOWN and concentrate.

Don't let anyone fool you...it may look like palates, BUT it's NOT!

One of the most intense workouts that I've participated in, which delivers results!

Truly the best workout studio in Houston! The studio is always spotless, upbeat, and so motivating the second you walk in. The owners and coaches are incredible at what they do and really make you feel welcome and supported. Sara, Ana, and Megan have each made such a difference in my experience here. They push you in the best way and make the workouts fun. I truly look forward to coming in! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Must challenging lagree studio in existence! Have been attending this studio since they only offered reformer classes down the street. They offer a heated room with different types of workout as well. Come here if you are okay with getting pushed to the max, sweating profusely, and okay with dying a little.

Awesome workout! I've tried both the reformer and mat classes. Extremely clean facility, amazing and energizing instructors (shout out to Toni!) and top notch locker rooms with everything you need to jet off to work after class. Highly recommend. I am a runner and was new to Pilates and every instructor is great about giving modifications so that everyone in class can be challenged. 10/10.

Lauren's hot pilates class is exactly what I've been searching for that has similar vibe to studios in Miami, high energy house music, no mellow vibe. Her playlist is fire and the workout pushes you in the best way. The staff is also super sweet and welcoming.
Please please consider using a bit of essential oil to mask the intense body odor during class. It can get overwhelming and rough..I almost passed out. A light scent could make a huge difference.

A great studio, hard but doable workouts, and an aesthetic environment. My only issue is members need to have spatial awareness. It’s common courtesy to be aware of your surroundings and other people around you.

Also, LHTX should have number reserved mats because some members are literally gathering at the doors and shoving to get in and get their preferred mat. I get it you want your spot, but the unnecessary crowding at the doors would be alleviated if we could reserve a mat like at other studios.

My journey at LHTX started when a friend invited me to join her at a private lesson. I was already doing regular cardio and strength training but had never done pilates before so I was excited to give this a shot. It was shockingly difficult but such an incredible work out. I love/hated it and immediately signed up for the beginners package that was offered for newbies. I have been going 3-4 times a week for the past year and a half and still find it as tough as I did the first time I went. They have since moved into a new studio that offers Power Mat & Bounce classes along with the PowerFormer classes.

The instructors are wonderful and the community overall is very supportive and friendly. I love seeing the same people every Monday morning and have really embraced this as part of my routine.

Lauren O’s powerMat class is AMAZING. She teaches a very safe, fun & CHALLENGING class in the heat! She is very encouraging and has such a positive energy around her. I can’t wait to take her class again! Highly recommend. (Also love that they have showers/locker rooms here)

Came here for the first time ever and took Lauren’s powermat class on Monday 6am. The class…wow it was wild and amazing and hard. Lauren brought great energy and a difficult workout but the energy in the room makes you want to push through. I loved the challenge and will definitely be back!! I am incredibly sore. I recommend drinking/having electrolytes after the class as you will sweat so much. It was nice that they provide mats for the class. The studio was also very clean and beautifully made, and the girl working the front desk was nice! Also love that they have showers as so many studios don’t. Great first experience.

Love, love, love this studio! I’ve been coming here since June 2019 & now don’t do any other workout! It is challenging in a way I never knew possible & that post-LHTX feeling is so empowering & addicting. All of the coaches are amazing & put form first to prevent injuries. There are always modifications to every move so it is a suitable workout for all levels. I’ve unfortunately moved out of the country, but when I am in town I get my sessions in at LHTX!

After coming half a dozen times to this studio I wanted to give a thorough review. I am new to Pilates, but not new to working out; I’m coming from a weight lifting routine.
This is my favorite studio in Houston because it is the most challenging, and they focus on your core and stabilizing your body. Form comes first!
This is a low impact workout, but super effective. Every time I leave here my body feels great, and I am drenched in sweat. Today I did Sara Stein‘s class and she is awesome extremely thorough with her explanations of each move and I love that she takes the time to adjust anyone that needs adjustments.
The music is the right level so you can hear the instructor talking and still hear yourself think.
The studio is always extremely clean and they give you wipes to wipe down the machine after you’re done.
My advice. If you are new, let yourself be known and introduce yourself to the instructor upon entering. Class starts precisely at the start time. There is plenty of parking. I’ve never had an issue with parking. I normally arrive five minutes ahead of class.

Great workout with very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly instructors. I was pleasantly surprised with how other people attending class also helped with getting comfortable on the reformer. There is definitely a learning curve with the proper form and equipment, but loved the class and I’m 100% sure I’ll be back for workouts while I’m in Houston!

Probably the hardest and most rewarding exercise I’ve ever done. The classes are addicting, the equipment are top notch and well taken care of, but the instructors and community are one of a kind. Everyone is so inviting, so inclusive, and encouraging. Love these people.

My home away from home. The vibe and sense of community is unparalleled. From the beginning, I’ve always felt comfortable and welcomed. The coaches are encouraging and form/prevention of injury are clearly important. There is nothing like this in Houston. It’s intense, it’s for everyone, and it will transform your body (and your mental strength).

I have been coming to Lagree for 1.5 years, 5x a week. I love the sense of community and welcoming from the instructors AND everybody else you are working out with. I was an inactive couch potato for 30+ years before I stumbled into this studio. IT IS TOUGH! However, if this old man (48 years old) can do it...and survive...you can too! I quickly lost 35 lbs, and have kept the weight off, and lost 4 pant sizes - and have kept the gains.

All of the instructors are incredible, and I have developed great friendships/bonds with them. They are always encouraging, and most importantly, push you to your max potential, and doing it with an eye for your own safety. Form is ALWAYS pushed, and they care more rhat you are in proper form versus reps. Guys...give it a try. One of the most rewarding workouts ever!

I have been going here for over 2 years now, and I could not love it more. The instructors are incredible, welcoming, and they never stop pushing you to be better than you were yesterday. I go 6-7 times a week, but because the routines are constantly evolving, it never stops being challenging. The studio is small and intimate, so you don't feel like you're just another client, you feel like part of a community. I've tried a lot of workout classes and programs, but nothing compares to Lagree HTX. Because the classes are small, you never lose the personal touch. They make sure you never feel pressured to hurt yourself just to stay in a move and always offer ways to modify without making you feel weak for needing to. But more than that, they encourage and support every single client so you always feel empowered to work harder for yourself -- not anyone else. I cannot recommend LHTX more!

Wow!! Addicted is all I need to say. I work out on a daily basis so when I come across a challenge, I love it! Lagree HTX has to be one of the hardest workouts I’ve had on a reformer. The location is great, always clean, and reformers are always well-maintained. I appreciate that the instructors are always giving feedback while taking the class which has really helped me improve on my form. Since December, I’ve come every single day and don’t plan on stopping. 😀 I love it and the challenging workout it gives.

Since day 1, everyone at LagreeHTX has treated me like family. There is zero judgment here from the clients and the coaches. I am very particular when it comes to the workout and the instructors. The workout is nothing like any Lagree studio I have been to in Houston. The routines are a mix of slow movements and double time movements to really get your heart rate going! I was hesitant to try a workout I have never done before, but with a (strong) push from my wife I was signed up and in class before I knew it. As an athlete, I like to be challenged. It is important to me to get the most out of my workout and this was exactly that. This class focused on low impact strength training while also focusing on core strength and major muscle groups. My instructor was knowledgeable and patient as I followed along throughout the routine. Here to say...I vote Lagree HTX as an awesome, butt kicking workout for both men and women. THANK YOU!!

Lagreehtx has been my go to workout! I have gone to this studio for 2 years now and I can not stop! The routines change daily and it is truly a Full body workout! I love the people, atmosphere and the workout! What I love most about Lagreehtx is that there is always a modification so I have no excuse not to show up. It is also very Covid safe and clean. I’ve been coming to Lagree Htx for 4-5 months now and overall have had a great experience. I had been doing classical pilates for about 6 months and was looking for something more intense, but also including more cardio or interval training. This literally is the most intense workout I’ve ever done in my life; Anna has a gift for making some truly fat-shedding routines using the Lagree method. I’m drenched in sweat when I leave, but feel so accomplished physically and mentally. I’ve never been a runner, but after a few months of classes 3x a week here I was able to run almost 3 miles no problem. In the midst of a class, the instructors are encouraging, know their stuff, and can help with perfecting form so you get the most out of the workout. Ive taken most of my classes with Conlee and Angela D, and both are really great with cues and pushing you to your personal edge. SO glad I found this place; commit to yourself and try THIS Lagree method.

I’ve been in Houston my whole life and loved all the studios I have worked out at. No other place has pushed me, mentally, physically and emotionally as LaGreeHTX. Anna and Leah have changed my life, when I think I’m done (muscles shaking) they confidently let me know I have (a little) more to give. 💁🏻‍♀️

I’m obsessed with Lagree HTX. I’ve done pilates for years and have never been challenged so much. Every class is different and works every muscle to exhaustion. I’m so much stronger and my body looks like it’s been shrink wrapped. I’ve seen the most improvement in my booty, core and hamstrings.
