I am so happy I found Life Challenge Fitness Gym. Nice environment. Friendly people. If you are looking to get strong/healthy this is the place. Coach Jefferson, Daniela and Oscar are excellent. This gym is for everyone, if you are new to the gym or advanced. Coaches are alway there to help, to get you where you want to accomplish. My 11 years old daughter I love it ❤️

I highly recommend Life Challenge Fitness! I had not attended any gyms in three years, and the trainer, Jefferson worked with me. He modified workouts, and we have been building up from there. If you are looking for a trainer that will encourage, push, and believe in you, this is the place for you. I am already seeing great results from his amazing workouts.

I like that I can come before or after work, depending on my schedule for the day. The environment here is very friendly, and not cliquey. Everyone encourages one another from day one. If you are looking to transform your body, come join us! :)
