I recently returned to the gym after an 8-year break, and I couldn't be happier! My first class left me feeling incredibly grateful to be back. Just 45 minutes of purposeful dancing reignited my passion. The energy in the room is contagious, and the professionalism of Eliana is truly impressive! I can’t wait to keep my membership and continue this amazing journey. Thank you for making dance so enjoyable and uplifting!

Eliana C.’s Zumba class is one of the best cardio classes offered at LT. Eliana makes a point to welcome everyone to her class and has created a ‘family’ following. She leads with her heart, plays great music, and simply makes exercising fun! Very thankful that she shares her gift with us! Wish she could teach other classes too, like cycle!

Staff is great and the equipment is good. Unfortunately, many of the people who go here seem to lack basic courtesy for those around them. They’ll stop directly in front of you, don’t wipe down equipment, and rarely put weights back where they belong. Some whistle loudly like they’re songbirds, and others bring their gym bags into the workout area. Overall, the facility is solid, but the gym etiquette of many members leaves a lot to be desired.

Training with Mason has truly been life-changing. He's more than just a trainer - he's a coach, motivator, and partner in my fitness journey. From our very first session, his professionalism and communication skills stood out - he explains every workout clearly, makes sure I understand the purpose behind each movement, and creates a positive environment that keeps me motivated and confident.
What really sets Mason apart is his genuine and unwavering commitment to helping me reach my fitness goals. He doesn't just plan workouts - he invests in my journey. Mason tracks my progress, adjusts routines to keep me challenged, and motivates me on the days I need it most. You can feel how mich he truly cares about seeing his clients grow and achieve their personal goals.
Because of Mason's guidance, I’ve seen incredible results. I'm stronger, more confident, and finally hitting milestones I never thought possible. If you want a trainer who truly listens, communicates clearly, and is completely dedicated to helping you reach your goals, Mason Carr is the one!
And ladies looking to grow your glutes, Mason's your guy!! You're welcome😁

PEACE. LINDSAY DONE IT! some folks do their job. Some folks don’t. Then there’s few in between who give themselves to the work they signed up for and/or are called to do. Lindsay, you give great POSTIVE energy, you arent afraid to be dynamic. You are knowledgeable & authentic. Precise. You made it clear this is the place to be but it wasn’t forceful. Although the place was packed your presentation was as though I could be missing out on A one in a kind luxury experience. For someone who may give tours to many of folks day after day, I was truly impressed by your delivery and your ability to curate the experience towards me while also pulling on everything Life Time has to offer. I appreciate your hard work and effort and all the game you passed on. I see myself joining the club very soon my reasoning encompasses what you’ve done here today. HIGH LEVEL . PEACE 🕊️☀️🌙✨

I would like to thank and recognize Jessy, who works at the Life Time restaurant. When I first called to ask about membership prices and a tour of the gym, I faced a language barrier since no one spoke Spanish. However, they transferred me to Jessy, who, even though he works in the kitchen, was the only one who made the effort to speak with me in Spanish.
He kindly offered me a guest pass, took the time to show me the entire gym, and even welcomed me with a complimentary smoothie at the café. His kindness, effort, and outstanding attitude truly made the difference.
Because of Jessy, I’ve decided this will be my gym, no matter the cost of the membership. People like him make the experience unique and special.

Of all the lifetime gyms I’ve been to this is by far one of the nicest ones. It is an extra hundred dollars per month, which for some people is absolutely outrageous… But when you see the beauty of the inside of this, you realize also you don’t have to be stared at or wait for machines… Sometimes paying extra creates Connections and services. You would’ve never thought of because instead of waiting and losing your time… You’ve paid for your time and you’ve bought that back
I absolutely love going to this location and am a new member of this one from transferring from one of the other locations

Went to the gym the other evening and walked out to my car plus several other cars in the parking lot that got their cars broken into. The staff didn't give a shit, multiple light poles in the parking lot were broken and when we asked about the security that is supposed to be patrolling the parking lot they were dumbfounded!! They were like, "Oh yeah we have been wondering where he has been." Apparently this has been an ongoing issue of break ins. Highly recommend not going here until this has been resolved.

Excellent gym. I was visiting from out of town, so I came in for a day pass to use the workout area and pool before my flight. Damian at the front desk was really helpful, kind, and sorted everything out for my visit. The facilities are excellent, with a huge workout area upstairs. It was mid-day Saturday, so it looked quite busy, but I didn't need to wait for or share any equipment. Later in the afternoon things calmed down by the time I went for a swim. The indoor pool was super clean and not crowded at all. There was enough parking in the lot even during the peak. Overall, I recommend and would definitely come again if in the area.

Came here as a guest, I must say it’s kept up very well. The sauna, hot tub, steam room and cold plunge are extremely relaxing. In terms of workout equipment it’s got everything. Not too sure I’m ready to spend $100-$230 a month on membership depending on whether you join as a group or singular. Also I came around 5-6PM on a week day and the parking lot was nearly full, so it was fairly busy. While it is nice comparatively to like EOS, Life Time has very bland/neutral colors while EOS has some additional colors to its theme and a green Astro turf. Life Time does have a lot of amenities and is very country club like. But if you’re looking for something much cheaper but some similar amenities I’d go for EOS.

Exceptional Service at Lifetime Fitness Irving
I can't speak highly enough about the incredible care and professionalism I experienced at Lifetime Fitness in Irving, especially from two standout team members—Attira and Hailey.
Attira provided one of the best sports recovery massages I've ever had. Her understanding of muscle recovery for athletic training is unmatched. She was not only skilled in targeting the right areas with precision and care, but she also demonstrated incredible patience and communication, checking in throughout the session to ensure comfort and effectiveness. It’s clear she’s passionate about helping clients recover and perform at their best. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to hit the gym again. (80 min CBD massage)
Hailey was equally phenomenal with my hydrafacial. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and commitment to delivering top-notch results made the experience relaxing and effective. What stood out most was her personalized recommendations tailored to my skin’s specific needs—she truly goes above and beyond. Her dedication to excellence shows in every step of her work, and my skin has never looked better! (Hydrafacial/Dermaflash - 70 min)
If you're looking for true professionals who care about your wellness and recovery, do yourself a favor and book with Attira and Hailey. Lifetime Fitness Irving is lucky to have them!

Way overpriced for how quickly the “luxury” experience has declined. Over the past couple of months, membership caps have been lifted, and the gym is incredibly crowded even late into the evening. Nearly impossible to find parking, let alone available equipment.
Cleanliness / hygiene is also lacking. The classes are subpar to what I experienced when I was close enough to an Equinox to go, which is quite disappointing given how expensive this place is.
My advice: save your money and drive the extra 5 minutes to go somewhere else.

Not worth the price.
One of the main selling points at the outset was the controlled number of members. They seem to have opened the enrollment and retained the exorbitant prices. It is now overcrowded at the common gym hours with parking being a nightmare. AC commonly not working in the weight room.

I’ve been going here for a full calendar month and already can’t wait to cancel my membership. It’s overrun by people running rampant breaking the rules and creating a mess for everyone else. I’ve spoken up here about people smoking weed, men in their late 50s being creeps (staring provocatively and licking their lips) towards the minors, couples getting WAY too comfortable and handsy in public, the list goes on. I tried using the lane pool one day when these stoners jumped into the lane I was using completely oblivious of the world around them.
Whenever I bring it to the attention of the staff, nothing happens. The building itself is beautiful but it becomes completely unendurable when the staff seem careless.

Ive been a lifetime member for 25 years but quit after joining Las Colinas. Irving has a mixed demographic that highly populates this location. Poor hygiene and manners with sweating all over equipment and not cleaning up after yourself. So gross. They need to reinforce wiping down equipment and have more than sporadic wipe stations.

Life Time Las Colinas has taken on more members than they can handle. If you go at any popular time (times you’d want to be there), you can look forward to 15+ minutes of time to find parking, limited locker space, and an extremely packed gym.
Would absolutely not recommend coming here, especially given you’re paying a significant premium for an awful experience.
If you are considering becoming a new member, please come do your tour at 6 pm on a Monday so you get the full experience!

Long overdue review but the front desk staff are confrontational rude and one is borderline psychotic. I canceled my membership due to the older front desk girl with brassy orange yellow blonde hair harassing me. She was trying to pick a fight with me and it was so weird and uncomfortable and I was so confused as to what her issue was with me so I just flat out ignored her so things would not get out of hand. She got upset and started yelling at me again on my way out because I wouldn’t acknowledge her. It was only my second/third time working out there and I canceled my membership. Other people probably would’ve escalated that situation and it wouldn’t have ended up well for her. As an employee they should be trained to de escalate and certainly not be the aggressor. Hopefully she was removed from her employment because the gym is nice and it would be nice to workout there without being harassed and screamed at. In hindsight I should have recorded her and sent it to corporate instead. Even some of the other front desk staff are a bit aggressive as well. I have never been treated at any gym like that nor experienced the front desk staff with such terrible attitudes.

My wife and I are Day One members of Lifetime Las Colinas which opened in April 2024. We are there all the time with some of my stays lasting up to 3 hours which my wife and friends often joke about. This Lifetime is right around the corner from where I live and I consider my time there working out and recovering an integral part of my health and wellness life. I've developed good relationships with the staff and many of the members there and it is very much an escape for me from everyday life. The spacious Recovery and Rejuvenation areas are really what sets this location apart from other Lifetimes: Massage chairs, high-end massage guns, cryo chairs, leg compression and the sauna and steam rooms are in the men's/women's room along with a hot tub and cold plunge - so usually I can walk into the locker room and get what I'm looking for all in one spot with no distractions as long as kids aren't in there unsupervised or undetected by staff.
Lifetime Las Colinas has a bustling pickleball community with three indoor courts and 4 outdoors and the indoor courts have a turf surface that is easier on your feet and legs. I have never belonged to Lifetime because of pickleball but it matters there. I could take up a whole review just on Lifetime Pickleball but it is mostly an asset for the club despite my own thoughts on programming and what I hear other players talk and complain about. There's also a great work space if you need a place to go to as an alternative to home or office. The outdoor pool area is gigantic with a kids slide and lap section and you can order food and drink. The cafe is a nice place to unwind and you can get food although as you can imagine, it's pricey.
So with all of this said, this review should be 5 stars - but it's not. The reason is that with the start of summer, I've felt a shift at this place. It feels like a corporate operation struggling to keep up with higher sales performance goals and other expectations from above. I have no concrete proof that is actually what is happening but that is how I feel based on what I see: Class wait lists are into the teens, the parking lot is completely packed at 6 p.m. with new arrivals following departing members to their cars to claim their spot, the place looks dishoeveled with a heap of towels piled up in the men's changing room and the compression sleeve closets completely disorganized and in disarray as more recent examples. Rules like keeping unsupervised kids under age 14 out of the rejuvenation suite go unenforced. Staff members at the desk frequently cluster with each other and don't always say goodbye to members on the way out. Then there are other things I see happening that are easy to tie back to sales pressure.
There's a level of service that's expected with the Lifetime brand and the investment we make in it and the little things that matter are often not showing up. It might just be the arrival of summer or something more under the surface - but I feel it. I know the club leadership is strong and that's what will be needed to fix it.

Things I love about this gym: dry and wet Sauna area, different free classes, all kinds of kid’s classes, pickleball courts, swimming pools with water slide, cryotherapy chairs, nice staff, clean women’s rooms with unlimited towels to use. The nicest gym in this metro area I’ve ever been to.

I’d give 4.5 stars if I could, not quite 5 (given the cost of membership). The classes are AWESOME. I’ve done quite a few with a variety of instructors and have left feeling appropriately challenged after each one. The pool is excellent for the family, my five year old can stand everywhere in the pool so I feel really safe as he learns to swim. The kids academy has been great for the kids too with a lot of engaging activities. The only thing I’m missing is a bigger variety of racket sports - they went all in on pickleball, which is on trend, but the classes/courts are almost always waitlisted. I’ve also seen other locations with a large indoor playground for the kids, which I wish las colinas had put into theirs. Overall, this is literally 5 times the price we were paying for a family membership at the YMCA and we’ve decided to continue the membership because we do believe we’re getting a good value and benefits for our family.
Edited: been attending for over a year now. Love love love. Upgraded to 5 stars for great classes, clean facilities, and great service.

Very disappointed with the daycare at this location today. Just 15 minutes after dropping off my child—who has been going to daycare here for 2 months—I was called to pick him up because they said they couldn’t manage him.
This is in sharp contrast to our experience at the Flower Mound location, where staff showed great patience during his very first visit. A staff member sat with him calmly until he adjusted and started playing.
I’m not sure if the policies differ by location, but today’s experience felt careless. I’ll be canceling my child’s daycare membership

Expensive and a lot of flaws. This could have been such a better gym, you’re paying for premium experience but it falls way short
Pool: access to the pool is very strange, you have to pass through the locker room and is the only way to get to it however it has no outdoor showers to encourage people to shower before entering the pool, I guess passing through the gym was supposed to encourage them to shower? The outdoor lap pool is surrounded to lounge chairs which encourages people to hang out in the lap pool so you won’t have as many lanes and may have to wait. The larger pool you cannot escape from the children whose parents are barely watching them.
Steam Room: no showers in the steam room sauna area- large sweaty men go directly from steam room/sauna into jacuzzi or cold plunge while covered in sweat-GROSS. I refuse to use those facilities.
Gym: machines that are frequently used they only have one of, so you have to wait to use them. No crossfit area, no sled or sprinting area and no outside gym.
Gym Clients: A lot of people working out here don’t understand gyms, exercising or gym etiquette. Weights are not put away, equipment isn’t wiped down, people can be found lounging in equipment on their phones, people don’t understand about letting others work in while they’re on their 20th set, children run around unsupervised and a lot of people wear clothing that leave little to the imagination. I really wish some of these concerns would be addressed because this gym is kinda expensive.

Not Worth the Hype or the Price
I’ve been a member at this Lifetime Fitness location for a few months, and honestly, it’s not worth the premium price tag.
1. Equipment is Underwhelming – If you’re serious about lifting, this gym is very mid. There’s only one Smith machine, very limited chest and leg equipment, and zero support for basic barbell movements like seated overhead presses. For the size and brand, the selection is surprisingly sparse.
2. Poor Facility Management – Policies are barely enforced. The steam room, for example, is treated like a personal grooming station. I’ve seen people shaving body hair in there—with zero intervention from staff. For a communal space, it’s frankly unsanitary and off-putting.
Not sure why anyone would pay these dues to deal with limited equipment and unsanitary behavior in shared areas. I’d recommend steering clear of this location.

This is my favorite Lifetime that I've had a membership at. I love that the sauna is in the locker rooms and not co-ed like some of the others. The cold plunge is AMAZING for my recovery. The employees are so great! Cameron in Pilates is THE BEST! She is so patient and good at what she does. Working with her has made a huge difference for my form and posture in day to day life. I don’t come to this one as often as I used to… but I do think it’s great overall. Always clean and friendly staff.
My one complaint!! The massage and cryo beds… I do like that they are self monitored and no appts/reservation needed. However!! Signs need to be posted for when people are waiting… only one cycle or something. Too many people just keep resetting. If you need one that bad… get one for your house. Have some common courtesy.
Or the people working the life clinic area need to assist a bit… peep over and if someone is there for 45 minutes tell them to get up.

I love this club. The good energy and smiles from almost every staff member says a lot about the culture of the gym. I feel energized when I walk in with the smiles from the front desk staff, and then the amazing classes I take. I love taking Zumba on Mondays and Thursdays with Eliana. She brings such an amazing energy and vibes to the class. I always leave the class ready to finish my workouts. Eliana is inspiring and always making me smile while sweating and running out of breath while dancing (this is great!). Another class is the AMP sculpt by the amazing Chantal on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Her energy is like no other, and even when I feel like my legs are giving up, I keep on going with a big smile because of her motivating everyone to give our best. I just recently started taking Xtreme HIIT with Trey, and let me tell you, it kicked my behinds and made me ask myself "why am i doing this?" (This is really good for me). These three people and the front desk folks make a tremendous difference with other LT clubs, and I've been to multiple. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for the great culture and professionalism you provide to the members.

The facility is beautiful, but I was not happy with how we were treated. I scheduled a tour time and we arrived on time. None of the three men there at the front desk greeted us or acknowledged us when we came in. I piped up and told them we were there for a tour, and the reaction was weird. “A tour?” Then he looked at the other dudes like he didn’t believe me. “Ok, you can sit over there.” Then they sniggered at us. We weren’t dressed inappropriately or anything like that, we were just two somewhat overweight women looking for a great general gym.
When a woman came to give us a tour, she was very pleasant but did not acknowledge or make eye contact with the black woman I was with. She only spoke to me (a white woman) and asked me questions. It was very bizarre and the vibe was off. Too bad, I was excited to go there, but I guess not everyone is welcome.

This club has so much to offer and the staff is always so friendly! The main reason I joined Lifetime was because of Kids Academy. Lien, Kelley, and Lalitha are amazing and my kids love them. It was my little ones’ first time at childcare and they handled his transition exceptionally well despite his extreme difficulty.

I was excited to try this new Life Time location with a guest pass from a family member right up until I got there. Front staff was very uninviting and informed me that my member had to be with me, which is no problem but then the staff watched me closely as I waited until my family member came to the front. Never had an issue previously at other Life Time’s and never heard of this policy, but the treatment as if they didn’t want me there was terrible. Then the front staff decides to give a presentation and said he wants to educate us on how this works and I cannot just come in alone, I told him I have been to Life Times previously and none of them had this policy. Throughout the visit the front staff was exceedingly nice to mainly white people but didn’t really care to acknowledge me or my family member. Very telling, I’ll find another club.

I have been thoroughly impressed by this wellness center. The staff is always professional, and the facilities are always clean. Also, whenever something stops working (which is inevitable), I can count on them to get it fixed right away.
Here's a quick true story: I experienced two thefts at this location, one several months ago, and one just a few weeks ago. Since then, I have learned to scramble the lock every time, and I haven't had any problems.
When I brought the issue to the attention of the administration, they were kind enough to offer a compensatory arrangement with no questions asked, which speaks volumes about their customer service. I am 100% satisfied with their response to the misfortune, which is why I am submitting a five-star review despite the minor inconvenience.

So when I first heard that Lifetime Athletic was opening in Las Colinas just four minutes from my house, that was actually the deciding factor for me to extend my lease on my apartment and stay in the area. I moved to Dallas three years ago from New York and I was a member at Lifetime Athletic on Long Island for about two years, but my experience at this club has been absolutely amazing from day one. I wanted to point out a couple of employees that are simply amazing people with the biggest personalities and really take pride in their work every single day. When I enter the club in the evenings, I am always greeted by two of the nicest people I have ever met. Joshua Carter and Damian Paton. These guys make me feel great as a member and make me feel very welcomed to the club. Both of them have the biggest hearts and always go out of their way to make me feel wanted as a member. Thank you guys for making my fitness time at the club a wonderful experience. I also wanted to say thank you to another very special employee who has always made my time in the pool area during the summer an absolute amazing experience. Salvador Liberato is a very knowledgeable and passionate employee who really cares about his job and cares about the members. Salvador has always answered any questions I had and has always made me feel welcomed in the club. Thank you Salvador! I would like to thank all of the employees at Lifetime Las Colinas for always going the extra mile. Thank you!

One of the workers named ROMAN asked me for a tip because he had to put my yoga mat up!
I’ve never been asked to tip an employee in any other lifetime. We are paying $150/month for gym membership and this guy Roman asks for a tip. Is lifetime not paying their grassroots employees enough that they feel the need to ask for a tip at a gym?! I don’t carry cash while doing working out …what an odd experience

Highly Recommend - World Class Gym
I’ve waited to write a review until I had thoroughly used all of the amenities, and experienced most of what Lifetime has to offer.
TLDR - Awesome gym with a large variety of free weight / equipment, classes, machines, and pool options. Kind staff and awesome trainers. Expensive, but worth it if the gym is part of your daily life.
I’ll preface this by saying that I moved over from Equinox in Plano, which was also a really great gym. This Lifetime location specifically outranks Equinox in all but 2 small areas - Eucalyptus towels and face wash in the locker rooms. Everything else, Los Colinas has over Equinox.
Facilities - The first floor is mostly reception, a cafe with hot / cold foods, smoothies, a small shop, and a coffee bar. There are also very large / clean locker rooms with towels provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic toiletries like razors, lotion, and mouthwash and hairdryers. Also a hot plunge, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room per each locker room. There is also a small “workspace” and a salon with hair, nails, massage, and facial services. The entire second floor is pretty much dedicated to cardio, free weights, weight machines, and also includes indoor pickleball courts (which are full most of the time), 2 studios for classes, a barre studio, a yoga studio, a Pilates studio (extra cost), and 2 “areas” which are set up for circuit style classes including treadmills, free weight bar racks, and other equipment. There are so many unique machines here which I haven’t seen at other gyms before, which is appreciated. There is also an entire area with heated / cooled beds and compression machines, as well as a stretching studio. There are 4 pool options on the first floor, including 2 indoor at different temps and 2 outdoor (one lap pool with a bar - yes with alcohol for purchase - and one “kid” pool with slide). Outdoor pickleball courts are available as well.
Every area is clean, well maintained, and cared after.
Staff - I haven’t had a bad interaction with staff yet. From the check in, to the instructors, to the personal trainers, everyone is kind and helpful.
Classes - All equipment is provided to you, and sometimes partially set up for you when entering the class. The yoga studio legit feels like entering a spa or a retreat. The classes offered are similar to ones you’d pay serious money for at specialized studios like orange theory or true barre.
Personal Training - This is where I give a HUGE shoutout to Emoni Williams. He is an amazing asset to Lifetime and has coached me through a few personal training sessions thus far. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really cares about tailoring programs to YOU and your personal needs. Highly recommend him if you are looking for DPT.
Value - The cost is about $240 a month for one adult. I think this gym is a good value if you utilize all of the facilities monthly. You really need to be here most days of the week, take advantage of the classes, and use the pools / sauna because you’re paying for all of it in your membership. I’d recommend even bringing your friends / family as guests to the pool for a relaxing day , and maybe even doing a little workout class together beforehand. You get 4 per month I believe. Find every way to maximize your membership.
Book a tour and see for yourself! You’ll likely be hooked.

I had the opportunity to visit this facility, and I must say they pulled out all of the bells and whistles at this location! Everything in this facility was brand new & and top-notch. You can literally spend the whole day here. The cafe had several food options. I enjoyed the many choices of equipment as well as the pool area. Very clean & spacious locker room. They really outdid themselves. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the young lady at the front desk was not welcoming & came off a bit snobby. I have been with lifetime for years now and have enjoyed their facilities a lot. I am a member at lifetime mansfield. A friend asked me if I wanted to meet her at this new lifetime in los colinas. I did, my first experience was great however this second time I came I was told by Sam at the front desk " that this club is on a higher point system than the mansfield location" and I needed to upgrade to continue to use this facility. The price increase was unbelievable. Literally double what I already pay which is not cheap. So, if you are looking to visit this place from your original gym I would not recommend it. They will try and make you pay double then what you are already paying.

Well, first of all, this is a brand new facility, and it was amazing, but it’s already gone completely downhill probably because of the local population. The fact that it’s Irving does not help anybody.
Secondly, the food is delicious at the front end but if you go get the poolside food, good luck, that’s some low-grade food served up by some hourly teenagers.
Also, they have some ghost hunting and which hunting shows on all the time up on the screens it’s exhausting. Just put the olympics on.
The front desk is a little burnt out, you’re not gonna get the quality that you would get at the Frisco location. This is kind of like already going downhill. I wouldn’t want to see what it’s gonna happen in a couple years. It’s the typical Lifetime population. They’re always slamming the weights so a lot of the machines are starting to break, but they do this at every lifetime.
Do I really have to go back to absolute recomp. Please don’t make me, but as obnoxious as that place, I can get a good workout in.
I highly suggest that Lifetime hires, like competent people, like real serious managers. Are they ever even here? Their hiring process is like a Whataburger standards.

I wanted to upgrade my gym experience so I went to this location because it was close to my house and it’s also a new facility. I’ve never been to Lifetime before but I heard it was the King of the gyms. I was excited to take a tour of the facility to get a visual of what my membership would offer me. I entered the facility with my better half and our grandchildren… all of whom would be getting memberships as well. Instead of getting a tour, the young lady was a bit snobbish and really didn’t want to wait on us as if our money didn’t spend like everyone else’s money. She told us that there was no tour available and that she could get us scheduled for a few days from now. We told her that was okay. My better half found it quite strange that no tours were available and said that when he had a previous membership with them that it was always tours available. We called another location… an older location and they welcomed us with opened arms. It was the best $350 spent. I enjoyed the staff at the older location and the environment.

An Incredible gym. After being an equinox member for over 10 years I recently joined Lifetime. It’s a gigantic workout hard, play hard and relax big time, more than just a gym. It’s got all the perks / bells-whistles you can imagine - from state of art fitness equipment, instructors to pool parties to pickleball / squash games. Spas. Friendly staff. You can see the Best of Irving there. Recently they introduced cabanas where you can invite friends over for a good sun tan over margs. I love it! I even work from there sometimes. The facility itself is great.
However, the classes not so much.
It was my impression that Lifetime fitness classes were top tier; no.
First of all, good luck trying to schedule any of the barre classes.
Second, when purchasing classes such as pilates be aware that the classes DO NOT roll over . So, if you don't use them that month you loose them and the class times are limited.
Lastly, the classes are so large that you get lost in the sauce. These classes are 25:1. The instructor may be excellent but 25:1 and is insane.

This location is stunning and new. Might be as nice if not better than the Frisco location. This high-end gym is like entering a wellness wonderland. From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with an atmosphere of luxury and dedication to fitness and well-being. My few interactions with the front desk staff have all been positive.
The classes offered here are nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're into Barre, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, or seeking personalized nutrition guidance, there's something for every fitness enthusiast. The intro to Pilates class was great but Pilates costs extra.
The facilities are top-notch, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and meticulously maintained spaces. After a rigorous workout, relax with a hydro massage, unwind in the spa, or locker room complete with steam room and a refreshing cold plunge or hot tub and full showering facilities with everything you need to get ready for work or going out such as blow dryers, etc.
The cafe offers nutritious options to refuel your energy. And there's a great section to connect the laptop if you need to get some work done. The Mediterranean bowl was good, slightly pricey in my opinion.
There's all kinds of people, ages, body types, etc so the atmosphere is not intimidating if you're gym shy.
For those who love outdoor activities, the indoor and outdoor pickleball courts provide a fun and competitive way to stay active. And there's a fantastic pool area. But there's no basketball court, which is disappointing for many.
The inclusion of kid care services makes it convenient for parents to prioritize their fitness without worry.
What sets this gym apart is its holistic approach to wellness. It's not just about working out; it's about nurturing your body and mind. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, this gym caters to your needs with excellence and care. It's more than a gym; it's a lifestyle destination for those committed to their well-being.
Downsides-No basketball court, No squash/racquet ball, No rock climbing, Pilates costs extra.

This location is really nice, which is not surprising since it’s so new. I especially appreciate the recovery amenities like the water massagers and leg sleeves.
I tried a dynamic stretch with Jonathon, and I’m so excited to make it part of my routine. My hips are usually tight from running, and my shoulders and traps are always in knots from sitting at a computer all day. After the stretch, I felt so much looser. I signed up to be on the waiting list weeks ago. I came in to tour the place in between appointments at work. The lady at the front desk was on the phone and would not put the phone down to have a conversation to let me know why they wouldn’t let me in.
Evidently they don’t let anyone in without taking a picture. I had to call the corporate 800 concierge line just to figure this out.
I paid up front without seeing the facilities because I was so excited and just wanted a 10 min tour.
I understand taking pictures for security purposes, but the least you can do is tell me to wait till you’re off the phone and have a proper conversation with someone. Extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed to have to write this! A beautiful facility, and amazing amenities but the aquatics department is sadly unsafe! My 4 year old daughter had her first swim lesson last weekend and she almost drowned due to lack of supervision and neglect. I found myself having to jump in the pool with a 9 month old baby to save her. There was not a single life guard or even aquatics worker paying attention let alone the instructor who had their back to her in the water. It's really unfortunate how this situation was handled and no follow up from the Aquatics Director or the General Manager. No one really cares if your child is okay in the end.

I am new to this gym and absolutely loving how welcoming and friendly everyone is! I’m very much back at square one with my fitness journey and nobody makes me feel uncomfortable or ashamed of any needed modifications. Jermeshia and Haley really help & encourage me a lot in GTX. Emoni and Asantra are hidden gems with the DPT team and I’ve enjoyed their small sessions! They always say hi when they see me around. I want to take an extra minute to brag on Jonathan who works with the Dynamic Stretch team! Not only is he absolutely amazing to be around, but he’s extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and ensures that he explains the why behind his stretches so that I can understand how to help myself going forward. He helped relieve a sore area that I’ve had for months in my back after one session. I can’t thank him enough for that because it was really altering my mobility and comfort. Though I am a nurse, I’m kind of self-conscious with this type of thing like working out around people so advanced or trying professional stretching but he talks to me on my level and makes me feel so comfortable. He wants to know what classes I’m doing so he can plan my stretches around them to keep me able to give my max effort so I can lose this weight. I appreciate his advice and extreme professionalism! Thank you for helping me on my journey Jonathan and Lifetime Team! The only suggestion that I would make is to add hand sanitizers around the facility so that guests can keep their hands clean easier between equipment.

I have joined Lifetime Las Colinas last month (April). And I have as my trainer David chapple. He is really a good PT. He is very knowledgeable and I like his motivational skills. He makes the work out more fun and at the same time challenging without even knowing his challenging you. For the short time I have been with him, I can see the difference in my body. Prior to David, I didn't have a good experience with PT, he has definitely changed my view on that. Thanks David and I look forward reaching my goals with your help.

New clean great yada yada yada….it’s oversold and packed too!
The treamills are terrible—hate them—go back to the LifeFitness treadmills or at least put 6 of them in!!!! TechnoGym treads—not that great and a reason alone for less stars.
The good news—you can always get a tread, as others don’t like them too.
Belt > Slat
Come on LifeTime!!!!
Had to drop a star—after using the treadmills more, I have learned that the screens are trash—pause the workout, hit Restart and it ends🤬—totally messing up a good sprint workout.

The classes they offer are top notch with well trained knowledgeable instructors. Highly recommend Lifetime Fitness LC! You will no doubt have an excellent experience there ! 🥰

Pretty place but there’s no basketball :/ main reason for my husband and his friends to come to the gym for play. We are cancelling our membership. Not worth driving 20 minutes one direction for basketball at a different Lifetime club.

Love love love Life Time. I like this one specifically because of the pool area. It’s like belonging to and going to a country club.

We have been anticipating the opening of this facility for some time, and it does not disappoint!
When we were initially sent the pricing, we were floored - like you want me to pay the same price as an Equinox? Are you on the same level as them? After touring the facility, and having been a member for just a short week, I can say this particular club BLOWS EQUINOX OUT OF THE WATER. Everything about this facility screams luxury (well, except maybe the towels, but that’s so minuscule) from the cafe to the spa, the over-the-top outdoor resort-style pool and even the kids’ facility (if they open a school, I’m enrolling my kids - haha!). The people are friendly, the facility is clean and the amenities are way beyond expectations. So yes, the price tag is high, but this place makes me want to go to the gym just to experience the that feeling of luxury and being VIP. I would liken this to more of a country club than a fitness facility. When I’m there, I feel like I’m on a luxury cruise, and being a once-seasoned cruiser who decided to give up that life to have children, this fulfills that void, just without the Caribbean waters.
The only disappointment is that they opted for everything pickleball, which means there are no basketball courts. It’s not a dealbreaker, buy just wish they had even one court. All good since we can go to other clubs nearby that do offer basketball courts.
My only hope is that the club does not decline. It’s in the honeymoon phase where team members are excited to be there and everything works… but it will leave big shoes to fill, if these things begin to deteriorate. Fingers crossed!
We plan on spending lots of time here with our kiddos and would encourage other families with kids to ensure they’re abiding by the rules of where children should and should not be as well as ensuring you’re monitoring them so that everyone paying this high price tag can fully enjoy the club (for parents, this time to spend on self care is so important, and having to deal with kids running around the fitness area and relaxation areas - like sauna and steam room - is not cool!).
We have been members in the past, at other Life Time facilities and those instantly became subpar when this club came online!

Janiel (Nelly) is an amazing stretch specialist. She really took the time to understand my mobility needs and explained to me that’s it’s more than just a stretch. It’s about your body mobilization. She’s very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and her craft and is always seeking ways to enhance your experience. Highly recommend her for dynamic stretch.

I'm usually the type of person who dreads going to the gym, but ever since joining Life Time Las Colinas, I go all the time and I actually look forward to it! The facilities are beautiful. I've had incredibly positive experiences with all of the front desk people, the LifeSpa, and several of the classes.
My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get into some of the classes. Especially the ones before and after typical working hours (9am-5pm). I'm not sure if it's because the place isn't big enough to accommodate all of the members, or if people are just super eager since everything just opened.
All in all, it's a great place! I love it so far and I think it'll only improve with time.

Beautiful new Lifetime. However, they really need to fix the men’s sauna. It’s been broken for days, and at the price point they charge, it’s unacceptable it hasn’t been fixed. The men’s steam room burns your feet if you sit on the lower level due to poor design. They also need to do a better job of mopping the excess water in the men’s pool area, and it’s unfortunate they don’t have a basketball court.
