I decided to write reviews based how this location of life time full of men going not to work out to watch women and they look to the women body and they take pictures. It’s full of creepy men who don’t respect women. 2/10

Yleana is a great receptionist and saleswoman. She suggested Normatec to me, tried it and had to enroll. Also pilates, tried with Isabel and am planning to enroll as well. She certainly took care of me.

Kristen was absolutely wonderful at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile the moment I walked in and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions I had, she took the time to explain everything clearly and kindly. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine friendliness made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Kristen is truly an asset to the team!

Mrs. Kristin at Lifetime Concierge is incredible. She helped my guests check in with zero stress and handled everything quickly and professionally. She was super helpful the entire time and did it all with a genuinely happy, positive attitude. You can tell she loves her job and cares about making people feel welcomed.

Her energy, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience smooth and easy. Lifetime is lucky to have her — she’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

Simply disappointing in so many ways. As a runner and cyclist having a club nearby with a close park to run was great. Run Club was a benefit, that is, until cancelled. A former Area Run Manager in SA decided to play politics with the Run Leads. In the end, he was gone. So, too, was the run club. The FB page has a ton of advertisements. The admins own and run another club. How is that for being professional, taking care of business?

I have been coming to this location for about 7 months. I overall like this place. I have met wonderful people but the management team can definitely do better. The Women sign is still missing the M and it’s been months. The restrooms are clean in the morning but if you workout at night the upstairs woman’s bathroom has toilet paper and paper towels laying on the floor. And machines take a long time to get fixed. I am glad the sauna got revamped and now everyone needs to remove their shoes before entering. I can say I have always been greeted when walking in and everyone has been very friendly.

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. Towels are frequently unavailable, and the outdoor pool access for families with kids is very limited. Recently, they’ve further reduced family pool availability, claiming “staff shortages”, yet that shouldn’t be paying members fault. Despite higher membership fees and shorter operating hours, the overall service continues to decline. Families would be better off joining a gym that truly values its members and provides the amenities promised.

NEGATIVE!!! I was looking to work out this morning. I just moved to the area and wanted to see if Lifetime was gonna be a good fit. I have been a member in a different state, but wanted to get an idea if this location would be my “vibe” age group, tried to get a sense of the energy of the space, trainers, concierge. The second I walked in the door I was ignored. So I waited until somebody could help me, Kristin was beyond passive and aloof. Really didn’t care about helping me or getting me in to possibly become a member at this location. Eylana was also there and both of them should be ashamed of themselves and how they conduct interactions with possible new members. Nasty welcoming. Shame on you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I want to take a moment to recognize Kristen Harvey for her exceptional honesty, professionalism, and care. After a workout, I accidentally left behind my wedding ring in the locker room—something of tremendous personal and sentimental value. Kristen not only found it, but went out of her way to ensure it was safely returned to me.
This level of integrity is rare and deserves to be celebrated. Kristen could have easily overlooked the ring, but instead she showed genuine concern and responsibility. Her actions reflect the highest standards of trustworthiness and customer service.
Thanks to Kristen, what could have been a heartbreaking loss turned into a reminder that there are people who truly go above and beyond.
She is a tremendous asset, and I cannot thank her enough for her honesty and professionalism.

Very disappointed. We really like the club's spas, sauna, pools, and exercise rooms, but the service isn't good. I feel very disappointed with my experience, I would give zero stars if I could. The staff who worked for the Life Time swim department were very rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. We joined Life Time Cinco Ranch 7 years ago, and my daughter was 9 back then. My daughter enjoys swimming at the pool each weekend, and during the summer. We knew that children who were under the age of 12 should take safety breaks. 4 years ago, the swim department decided that children who were under the age of 14 should take safety breaks. I'm upset with the new policies, but my daughter handled everything. 2 years ago, the swim department decided to go back to their first decision where children who were under the age of 12 should take safety breaks at the pool. Today, July 21, 2025, my daughter, who is currently 16 years old, swam for 10 minutes at the leisure pool, and the lifeguard blew the whistle when it was time for a safety break. My daughter was very upset when she was forced to leave the pool. I asked the manager of the swim department, and she told us that children who are currently under the age of 18 are required to leave the pool for safety breaks. I asked her if she changed the rules again, she said yes. They never update the sign for the leisure pool, and the sign still says that children who are under the age of 12 need a safety break. The Life Time Swim Department of Cinco Ranch never notify the customers when the rules are updated. There is something going on with the manager's attitude at the swim department. We are very uncomfortable with the customer service here. This happened 4 times, and my daughter, an excellent swimmer, was very confused about the change. If The Life Time Swim Department won't correct their behavior, they can lose a lot of great customers who attend this club.

My 7-year-old grandson, a beautiful little boy, was excluded by some of his fellow campers who refused to play with him because of the color of his skin. As disheartening as this was, what truly shocked and outraged me was an incident with one of the young activity coordinators. As the children were headed to the pool, this staff member made an unacceptable, sarcastic remark to my grandson, saying that if he got sunburned, it wouldn’t matter because it wouldn’t show on him. While my grandson, in his innocence, thankfully didn’t grasp the offensive nature of this comment, we adults certainly did — and it is absolutely intolerable.

To add insult to injury, during a recent water park outing, the camp failed to provide him with the lunch we had already prepaid when registering him online. Instead, he was handed a piece of bread, a few carrots, and some apple slices. According to my grandson, those items were then thrown, and shockingly, a coordinator stepped on them, leaving him with nothing but a piece of bread. Even if this was accidental, the lack of care and supervision shown is inexcusable. No child should ever be treated this way — especially not in a place where parents entrust their children’s well-being.
This complete disregard for a family’s concerns further proves the elitist, careless attitude that seems to prevail within this camp’s administration.

I would strongly caution any family, especially those from minority backgrounds, to think twice before enrolling their child in this program. No child should feel unwelcome, neglected, or belittled — and certainly not in a place meant to foster joy, growth, and inclusion.

After many days without doorknob they finally installed a home made handle covered with foam pipe wrap that feels sticky and gross when touched and we have to pull it really hard and put towels on the floor to keep the door closed and many times doesn't work, it keeps opening by itself all the time.

Overpriced membership, unprofessional staff, and zero accountability. Think twice before joining.

If you’re thinking about signing up for a membership, here are some things to consider:

The membership fee is over $200 for primary member, but the service does not reflect that value. During my time there, I rarely saw the General Manager at the facility, and she never responded to member emails. When my car was broken into in their parking lot, along with two other cars, she refused to share the security footage with the police. Their parking security only runs from 9 AM to 5 PM, and my incident happened at 7 PM.

My experience with their pickleball program was equally disappointing. The club has only 3 courts. They provide only ONE ball for one court. When the ball is broken you will get one replacement if there is a pickleball staff working in the court. The staff even questioned members “who broke the ball?”. Two female staff members persistently pushed me to join clinics, private lessons, and paid events, even after I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested. It felt more like harassment than customer service.

The facility also offers chair massages for recovery, which sounds nice in theory. However, the staff made it impossible to relax. One staff member in particular—a blonde woman—kept pressuring me about lessons and lectured me on policy, even though I had confirmation from the regional GM that Signature Members have unlimited access to recovery equipment. She continued to create conflict and even told me to “go ahead and complain to the manager.”

The swim club’s instructors, manager, and lead coach are immature and unprofessional.

A group of 2-3 instructors belittled a family who gave them homemade cookies/breads as a Christmas gift. They laughed and ridiculed them in a public pool place. I saw the kid crying afterwards and the mom could not bring it up because she doesn’t speak English. It’s truly horrible.

I canceled my membership. I recommend taking your time, money, and energy somewhere else.

Hey guys, not sure what the management has in mind but if you are a parent with a kid under 12 years old and you just want to lay your tired body outside it’s not allowed. So even if your under 12 years old kid is NOT going into the water, they are just there next to you, you and them are still not allowed to sit outside.
Not sure how this makes any sense, all I wanted to do is sit in the sun. Still doesn’t make any sense.

I was just on the phone with someone from this location wanting to get more information about the memberships. An older woman picked up the phone and with every question I asked I felt it was annoying her. When I had asked a question about what type of classes they offer she told me “ we offer a lot”. I personally have worked at multiple gyms and for a luxury gym my experience was far from hospitable. I ended the call saying thank you and her response was “ aha” and ended the call in my face. I’m a new member at this gym and my car got broken into today (11/15/2024) in the parking lot. I did not have anything in my car, yet it still got broken into. As I was waiting for the police to arrive, many members claimed the gym’s parking lot is targeted 2-3 times a week. Staff members also claimed this is a regular and normal occurrence for this gym. The car next to me got broken into as well, which happened to be the second time for that member over a five month span. I do not plan on coming back here again and will be canceling my membership. The gym itself is great but what’s the point of working out at a place when you have constant fear about your car being broken into. Especially when it doesn't make a difference whether you have items or not in the car.

Update:
I requested public records and spoke to the police department today, and Lifetime Fitness in Cinco Ranch has had about 100 reported car break-ins in the last 6 months. This incident is costing me close to $2400 to replace my window. I’ve attached the receipt from the dealership to show you what this gym could cost you to repair your car damage. This receipt does not include the cost of the window tint. Additionally, the manager (Melissa Hernandez-Rios) of this gym does not cooperate with the police to provide video footage. She sent them pictures from 11/1, whereas the break-in happened on 11/15. Save your time and money and do not become a member of this gym.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of security at this gym. It doesn’t matter the time of day—cars are constantly getting broken into, and clearly, nothing is being done about it. This is now the second time in just six months that my truck has been broken into while parked here.

It’s clear that the management does not take the safety and security of its members seriously. If they cared, there would be proper surveillance, security patrols, or at the very least some visible deterrents to prevent this from happening over and over again. Instead, we’re left vulnerable every time we show up.

I’m officially done with this place. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business somewhere that actually prioritizes the safety of its members. If you value your property or your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid this gym at all costs.

This lifetime location has really disappointed us. My husband has had his truck broken into twice in the parking lot while working out. What’s even worse was staffs response to the incident, claiming that ‘this happens everywhere else’ was just completely inconsiderate. Both times this has happened, it’s not just my husband’s truck that is targeted, but a few others along with his. We pay too much money to this gym for them not to have security, especially when this happens so often at this location. We will be cancelling our membership.

The MOST overpriced, stinky lifetime out of all the lifetimes in Texas. It smells like Fish, the toolets are always covered in piss, and the towels always smell like bleach or terrible BO. If youre a younger person i would stay FAR AWAY from this gym. They only prioritize senior citizens and their stupid classes and stupid kids camps. All the basketball players can never play on the court because rhey constsntly shut it down for stupid parties and other nonsense. Youre better off spending $40 at a nice 24 hour fitness or LA fitness then tocwaste your time here.

You pay $200 a month for lifetime membership here’s what you get, 1. Cars frequently being broken into 2. Restrooms are pretty disgusting they’re only cleaned once a day if lucky 3. Steam rooms are rarely cleaned they smell horrible weird brown stains have been there for over a week. They broke into my truck last night and seeing the reviews when writing this one it happens very often you would think they would hire more security. I’m very disappointed in this Gym and the managers response to all of these complaints saying “well this is how every Gym is doesn’t matter if you pay less” well this is why I pay more so I should be able to work out in peace not in disgust or worried that my truck is going to be broken into!!

Update: a couple months later I went to the gym with my friend as a guest after cancelling my membership and leaving the Gym someone gets called up on the speaker and this is what happened right infront of the building once again no security in the parking lot this gym is just disappointing and depressing

Outdoor pool is my favorite! they have underwater robot cleaner that cleans the bottom and I often see their staff cleaning the fallen leaves which I love about autumn, but not in the water. Equipments are new and up to date. Towels are sometimes folded into elephants and pup, little touch like that often makes my day. However, yoga rooms can use some air circulation before and after the previous class. Anytime I step in the women’s shower and locker room is always organized & clean, the cleaning lady is awesome! Probably the reason why I enjoy this location than Sugar land, never too overly crowded.
InBody machine has a printer so you can be old fashioned and keep a paper copy to compare your rates! Oh and did I mention, their açaí bowl, is amazing! Perfect snack or a meal after training.

What’s the meaning of being a general manager at Life Time fitness if she or he never cares about their members’ property safety, concerns and requests?? My car got scratched from the LF cinco ranch parking lot last Tuesday while I was inside the building working out. All I asked was whoever in charge, pull the security footage and get the screenshot handed over to the police. I tried calling in, many times, asking in person, also a few times, and emailing to meet with the GM to feed her info of accident time and my model and make of the car to help her dig out the footage. Definitely, the General Manager has bigger fish to fry and I am nobody, not entitled or not having enough “privileges” to get a single word from her.. They don’t care about their members’ properties loss as they have countless other members anyway. Police are dropping the ball as well as they claimed this is “private property” parking lot. Good, no-man’s land.

Edit 3: As a life long basketball player, I am so tired of wasting my money on this gym. Monday-Friday all summer long they run kids camp from 8am-6pm. The kids leave trash, gum, and destroy the gym surface and surrounding materials. Then on Saturday, I came in to play FINALLY only for the gym to be closed at 2 pm for a 5:30 pm birthday party. Why the **** is the gym closed for 3 hours leading up to an event??? Absolutely horrible management for basketball players. No communication about court availability either.

The solution is building a bigger kids center (yes, they already have one) for summer camp or events, or they could build new basketball courts.

Edit: The last time the children’s camp took over the court, they at least left 1/2 of the court open. This is an improvement. So I have raised the review from 1/5 to 3/5 stars.

Edit 2: They back to the usual taking over the entire court, even though the kids aren’t even using the entire space. I should just cancel my membership or just stop coming to this lifetime location. The cypress location at least has two basketball courts, so one stays free during kids camp.

Is this a day care or a gym? I pay nearly $300 a month to be able use a basketball court and play, but I feel robbed that the staff has reserved the entire basketball court for children only the last two days most of the days (happens regularly throughout the month). Other basketball players are pissed as well. First took away one of the two courts for pickleball, and now, the children take over the other court. If this doesn’t change, I will have to find another gym with a court instead. How about Pickleball gets shut down instead of the basketball court half the time?

It’s nice if you’d use a lot of the facilities and want to just go to one place, but otherwise the value seems pretty poor. I don’t swim or play anything that would use a court so I ended up switching to 2 gyms: One for weightlifting and one for rock climbing.

Do not take your kids their for swimming classes. I took my son for a swimming lesson and the instructor was aggressive to even he said so himself afterwards. My son screamed for him to let go and the swim instructor wouldnt. but they said my son shouldnt have hit the instructor even though he was scared for HIS LIfe. They give me the run around. they told me action was taken but they wouldnt tell me what action. I had to call every day for two weeks because when I would go to the gym everyone would tell me they were busy. I expect more. I should have called the cops that day but I was so drained and in shock from the tornado and not having electricity for days I was stumped. Find another gym.
Hopefully corporate can shed some light.

also they said if I sued I wouldn't have much of a chance bc essentially I didn't make that big of a deal. or take my son out of the pool there and then. Which honestly I should have I was in shock and feared for my sons life.

I’m member of this location and my daughter swimming for at least 4 years in this club. After the coach Chris left the club, all the problems started.young coach has no knowledge of training (he is just a warming assistant coach), or the club asked him to don’t do it. I pay a lot for my daughter to receive best training however, they can’t even register my kids name in the competition list.

Dear Lifetime Gym Corporate Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience my family and I had at your Cinco Ranch location. This morning, we called to inquire about enrolling our entire family in a membership. During the call, Ronny informed us that no representative was available to show us the facilities, but we were welcome to come and see them ourselves.

After driving 45 minutes to the location, we encountered Mariah at the concierge desk. Unfortunately, her lack of commitment, customer service, and her "can't-do" attitude significantly impacted our experience. She repeatedly responded with "no" to our inquiries and ultimately advised us to check the information online. This behavior is detrimental to attracting new members.

I urge you to ensure that your staff are trained to better represent your business and drive sales. Mariah’s attitude is not conducive to the welcoming environment expected from a prestigious gym like Lifetime. I would appreciate a follow-up with a resolution to this matter.

Sincerely,

Chris Oliveras

Thanks

Unfortunately we haven’t had a great experience and very poor value for money. We only get our membership to use the outdoor pool lap lane but can rarely use it. It was closed for most of April as they didn’t have the correct signage to meet county requirements. Have tried to come this evening but it has been rented out for a private party (!) and indoor pool is reserved for swim lessons (the only 2 lanes set aside for member use are full) - no notification about the outdoor pool being closed for party on the app so it was a wasted trip.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed in life time ! We were very excited to start and not even going into a month in our membership with cinco location and our truck has already been broken into and not only ours but TWO OTHER PEOPLE last night. We were told by the constable that this is a recurring situation that happens every 3 WEEKS!!! We are baffled with the general manager response today telling my husband that “ They see 70k visitors a month so it’s not worth hiring security guard for 5 break ins every month”. There is no incentive on making sure that every member feels safe and assured our cars won’t be vandalized everyday! We would like to continue going but if they continue to not value their members then we’ll have no choice to end our membership.

My wife and I have been going here for a couple months now and we really enjoy it.

A couple things we appreciate.

*We love that the treadmills link up to our Apple Watches.

*We go in the mornings usually (7:00-9:00) and the gym isn’t overly crowded.

*Complimentary Fresh Gym towels are a nice perk.

*The hot tub has never had to many people in it.

*The members for the most part seem to always rack their weights in the right slots. Everyone that is there seems to respect the space.

*We considered Villa Sport but decided to join here because there wasn’t as many teenagers at this location after school is out.

*Everything is really clean. Every morning we see staff wiping down the equipment.

*If something is going to be worked on they send out an email blast to let the members know. In every instance something was to be fixed, the actual repair was done in a shorter timeframe than the email said it would take.

This is the most expensive gym in Katy, but with the unlimited classes available to us, the very professional staff, and their attention to detail in keeping things clean and orderly.

What we pay is worth it.

We like this place.

During my work-related travels, I've had the chance to visit several LifeTime Fitness locations, but this one, unfortunately, stands out as the least impressive. The facility appears rather aged and lacks the expected level of cleanliness. Regrettably, the state of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Even after using sanitizing wipes on the weights and machines, the residue they pick up is quite noticeable.

There’s a nice little cafe in the facility so you can grab something if you are hungry!

Please be aware that between 4:30 pm to 8 pm, almost all lanes are reserved for lessons for kids. The only available lanes are family pool (for little children) and the one right next to slide which is not suitable for swimming.

Although some of lanes with reserved for lessons signs were being idle, no one could swim in there only because it was reserved.

Every time I go to the swimming pool late afternoon, I feel like I’m kicked out even though they cost me $180 per month.

Great facilities and classes. The folks are there to help you meet your goals. Negative reviews are almost always by people who did not reach their goals and then blamed the gym. They offer classes almost all day at all fitness levels and desires. There are tons of classes that come as part of your membership: swimming, cycling, full body workouts/cardio, and more. If you want to go to a higher intensity workout, there are classes you can pay to join. They also have an app that makes it super easy to see when classes are, and to sign up for the ones you can reserve a spot ahead of time. It also automatically integrates with your calendar and sets reminders. Bathrooms are clean and they have complimentary towels everywhere. They gave lockers you can use while there that have lock built in. The childcare requires an additional membership fee, but from age 3 up they offer great classes throughout the week so your child is gaining exercise and enrichment while you exercise, much better than just putting them in front of a TV. The childcare room is also staffed by good people and your kid will have a great timr. It's on the high end for s gym membership, but if you have real goals and want to reach them, the membership is more than reasonable for what you get.

UPDATE: they changed their pricing schedule and now small group fitness classes are included in the membership at a much cheaper rate than before.

This post is dedicated to one of the BEST STYLISTS THAT I HAVE GONE TO FOR 5+ YEARS! Felicia is HANDS DOWN the best in the business. She is just a joy to be around, so social and most importantly knows that healthiest option for you hair if you don’t know what to do with it (like i do half the time!). A few months back I decided to color my hair (first time ever, i will include photos) by doing a balayage. Although nervous about coloring my hair, Felicia educated me through the whole process along with how long the process would take. She also informed me the proper steps for after care to keep up the color which was nice and very helpful. Felicia will continue to be the artist I go to for hair and if any one needs a new stylist, she is the first person I am recommending. She is a go to person for styling products and tips!

Beautiful club but 5 very disappointing experiences which is why I now canceled my membership and will go to a competitor.
1.- When I went into "lifetime" for the first time. I asked for information and also asked to see if someone was available to tour the club. The gentleman at the front desk asked me to give him a minute so he could look for someone to tour us. He left and came back 15 minutes later with no acknowledgment of us standing there. Didn't assign anyone to us, and nothing happened. He went back to the front desk as if he had never seen us before in his life. So I approached another gentleman that had just arrived 2 min earlier to ask if we could go in and tour the place ourselves. He let us through so we went exploring...
2.- Once we came back from exploring the club, we came back to the same gentleman, and asked him for prices and information. I specifically asked all clubs in Houston. We were told that it was $159 for one person, $199 for two people and as long as we lived in the same household a third could be added to the account for just $49. (I could be off by $10) My partner and I live and take care of my mother (Senior) and since we saw they had some senior classes thought it would be good for her to go and enjoy it a couple of times a week. The next day my partner and I come back with my mother to get the ball rolling and they wanted to charge my mother as a separate account a full $159. Because contrary to what I was told, it's not only "under the same household" it's also if they are a minor. This was expressed to me specifically by the gentleman from the day before who left us standing there.
3.- If you recall in #2 I asked for information for all club access in Houston. I went to visit a club in Houston ( I live in Richmond) and I was told at the entrance I didn't have access and I needed to pay $50 or upgrade my membership completely which was an extra $200 per month. I explained the situation and the manager there was kind enough to let me through that one time. Truth is I'm going to the competitor that charges double the price for something similar. The value is there, but that's not what I was told from the beginning and it lead me to a few uncomfortable situations.
4.- One of the main reasons I became a member was because they had rock climbing which I was told that most likely would be available in the next couple of weeks... 3 months later, nothing.
5.- I left for a month for Mexico and asked about possibly suspending the membership if it's not something we were going to use. I WAS TOLD: You can suspend it, not pay anything, come back and reactivate it into the new year price or... Pay $15 a month while suspended to be grandfathered into the new year with your current membership price. I decided to pay the $15 to be grandfathered into the new year with my previous monthly. I come back one month later... and they increased the membership by $20. regardless if I paid those $15 or not... I decided to leave because I don't feel I can trust them with any type of information.
So all around, the club is great, but the front desk is not properly trained, and one specific guy, from my perspective, is not fit to be client-facing at any level. To my belief as head of sales to one of the largest marketing companies in the US, these misunderstandings are not acceptable in a business of this caliber and frankly made the experience rather unpleasant.

Hopefully, they fix this. Unfortunately, I read similar reviews to this before going in the first time and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and from our very first encounter, it was pretty bad. I never write reviews but this club is great and the people who pay those prices do not deserve that treatment or that level of miscommunication.

I have been seeing a trainer for a few months and I am thrilled with my results! If you have been trying to lose weight or get stronger with little results think about getting a trainer! I was going to the gym religiously and I eat really clean! I’m pescatarian, no dairy, no gluten, and no chicken or red meat. Jason my trainer, helped me achieve my personal goals for 2022 AND helped me with my diet! I was not adding enough protein and he helped me find great alternatives and provided recipes. Jason is not just a trainer, he goes out of his way to make sure you are healthy in all aspects of your life. He is incredibly good at his job and intelligent. If you are struggling like I was, just try a personal trainer (if you’re lucky enough to get Jason, I highly suggest him) invest in yourself and your body because no one else will!!

Overpriced, poor service, terrible swim lesson and personal training

The person trainer was rude, unknowledgeable, unprofessional.
The personal training costed me $90/h and it’s terrible. He asked me to start with 50lbs while I told him I wanted to start with 10lbs first. He kept on saying “No, put more weight”. He kept on shouting to me to do 40 push up and I told him 20 was a lot for me. We stopped at 30mins while I paid for 1h. It’s horrible experience. It was more mental and physical torture. He was very annoying to approach me to convince me to purchase more sessions with him!?

About swim lessons: The swim team lessons are teaching by immature students. They not only don’t have much teaching experience and knowledge but also they aren’t serious. They sometimes left the pool and the kids were standing in the pool and didn’t know what to do.

$699+tax monthly membership for my kid and me in this club with group swim lessons and 4h personal training sessions for personal training was extremely expensive. Terrible experience, terrible service. I canceled the whole membership package. I do not recommend this club to people.
