I canceled my membership years ago. But, I had run in with the manager of gym regarding my bag on the floor. Multiple other patrons had their bag that. The manager was rude. I filed a complaint about about him via the app. Explained the situation. I also noted the days I typically came in, which was usually at 4am at the time. I distinctly remember checking in at the front desk. There was a Hispanic female, who usually works as cleaning staff and a black male trainer. Once I check in and walked towards the stairs I over heard the trainer say to the female " See, I told you nothing was going to happen " as if the manager made it seem as if i were going to cause some sort of scene or commotion. I immediately canceled my membership. I've never been back.

Gym management is bad …dude took my spot on the equipment in the middle my set and refuse to let me continue my workout and the managers had to audacity to blame me for it and the trainers try to fight the gym members …. and on top of that they don’t let you use tripods and record which is kind of bad giving that a lot of gyms let you use them !

My husband, our 2-year-old, our 4-month-old, and I adore this gym. It has supported our family again and again! The client service and care are truly exceptional. I’ve personally lost weight and built muscle through the GTX and Alpha classes, and Sydnie is hands-down the best instructor!

Our kids love their time in the Kids Academy, and the childcare team gives such thoughtful, individualized attention. Nia, Nyah, and Janie (to name a few!) are incredible. My daughter talks about them even when we’re at home!

On the rare occasions we’ve had concerns, management addressed everything immediately. We genuinely feel seen, known, and cared for. A huge shoutout to Brian and Cooper for always looking after our family.

We truly couldn’t keep our busy lives healthy and organized without this place. Highly recommend!

When I first saw some of the reviews, I started to question the place. I’ve been going for a couple of months now, and honestly the reviews are not accurate at all. As a first-time mom, I was very skeptical about leaving my baby in the kids’ care so I could do the tour. But after seeing their setup, I felt so much more confident. Now, I can say it’s a true life saver. The staff is amazing friendly, welcoming, and they actually know you by name. They are in great shape, they’re professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Being able to work out and know my daughter is safe and well taken care of is priceless. The environment is clean, family-friendly, and the gym feels complete. I try to go to as many classes as I can, they are fun and motivating.
I truly recommend it, especially for moms looking for a place where they and their babies are cared for.

Decent gym but unfortunately, like most gyms their cancellation policy is very slimy. I moved out of the area and no longer could commute to the gym. After cancellation, Lifetime charged my account twice in the last month of my membership.

Heads up they’re not very flexible when it comes to membership cancellations due to moving and you cancellation doesn’t go into effect immediately. They will charge you an extra month after.

It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it if you take advantage of the amenities. The gym is very clean, and the sauna and cold plunge are excellent. I do wish I could add more people to my plan, but none of my family members are interested. What really sets them apart is their transparency with clear pricing, no gimmicks, and easy one-click cancellation. More gyms should follow this model. I recently signed up on Sunday and I’m loving my membership so far.

From the moment I walked in, the girl at the front desk was welcoming and engaging. Even though she was the only one working while her coworker was on break, she still took the time to get me signed up, while still greeting others and helping them out, and later made sure to give me a full tour.

The gym has been clean every day I’ve gone, even during the busy after work hours. The locker rooms and showers are well kept, towels are always stocked, and the sauna and eucalyptus steam room are amazing after a workout. I used to go to 24 and their sauna/steam always smelled musty. The whole place here smells fresh. The bathroom toilets aren’t spotless 24/7, but that’s expected...I don’t expect someone to constantly be cleaning toilet stalls.

Tonight I tried my first group class (Barre Fusion) and 100% recommend it! I was hesitant as a beginner, but I left with my muscles burning and a smile on my face. The instructor was friendly and made the class so much fun. Definitely take advantage of the free classes, they’re worth it!!

You members need to protect your valuables one of the attendees unlockedtthe locker where I had my back pack and my personal valuables and now I got my valuables missing and now I have email the gym and corporate and haven't heard from neither of them so I'm just telling all members you think that all your personal belongings are safe in the lockers but when they have attendees with keys to open any locker they want that's not secure

This is the only Lifetime gym with a cold plunge that I know of. The gm (Kendell) went above and beyond to get the licensing for it. That alone says alot, but recently I also had a massage in the spa. Rosa at the front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and made me feel at ease even before the massage started. Jodi (masseuse) was awesome and I had one of the best massages I've ever had. I also tried a dynamic stretch with Ben and had a great experience. I just started going to the gym again after a long hiatus and so far, I'm glad I joined this gym.

An absolutely unacceptable experience.
I went with my husband to inquire about membership prices and packages, and the treatment we received was truly awful. From the very beginning, the front desk staff member was rude, had a terrible attitude, and showed zero willingness to help. Towards me, she was blatantly racist— her body language, the way she looked at me, and her complete lack of respect made it painfully clear. She gave us no useful information and dismissed us by telling us to apply online, as if we were a bother.
Any gym that allows this kind of behavior from their staff does not deserve anyone’s business. Basic customer service should be a given, but what we experienced was discriminatory and humiliating. I will not return and absolutely do not recommend this place.

Staff is incredible. Facility is solid. Weight floor has everything you could need. I deducted one star because this particular location feels overly restricted compared to the other locations. This place needs to shape up, first off keeps going up in price with no new qualities. Guess passed were 20 then 30 now 50 dollars for the exact same experience. They don’t allow outside food or drinks and expect u to pay top dollar for the cafe food which there really isn’t much to offer. Upstairs usually has no wipes at all to wipe machines before and after use. Or it’s just broken in general. I will say women locker room is nice and clean but upstairs around equipment is dusty. I get inflation but to raise prices from 109 to 150 within the two years with no improvements is outrageous.

Started out great. Now there is a bunch of equipment broken for a long time. The stretch machine has been uncalibrated (starting at 6) and in desperate need of oil for months. The place is not clean (at all detailed cleaning level) and feels like a budget gym in terms of quality and cleanliness.

The showers are hit and miss on being broken, loose, missing handles etc. The locker rooms are not clean. They had no cleaning wipes many times and have a cheap sign telling to use the spray bottle and regular towels. There is not towel disposable except at the very front of the gym.

The entire gym seems to have been built and never maintained. I home base in las colinas for work, but this one is closer to home. Unfortunately it feels like I am going to a low end trash gym in Mansfield. It is not to lifetime fitness standards.

They need to replace management and do a desperately needed refurbishment, hire more staff to man the front desk and clean the areas. The equipment needs regular maintenance and replaced when no longer functional.

I've been a long-time member of this gym and have always appreciated the inclusive and respectful environment it promotes. One of the employees brings her service dog, Peanut, to the gym, and I want to take a moment to speak up in support.

Peanut is extremely well-behaved, stays close to his owner, and has never once disrupted anyone’s workout. In fact, he’s become a welcomed and familiar presence to many of us regulars. It’s disappointing to hear that someone recently took issue with him being there, especially when no legitimate problems have ever arisen from his presence.

Service animals play a vital role in many people's lives, and it's important we support both the individuals who rely on them and the animals themselves. If something as harmless and helpful as a calm, trained service dog bothers someone, perhaps it says more about that person than the dog.

I have been a member of Life Time for a long time and have worked out in a lot of different locations throughout the country. This one used to be alright but has taken a sharp turn downhill. The same piece of floor has been broken for months, the carpets are dirty and smell and when you come

I know it's not the trainers' faults, but I've had two trainers, on separate occasions, tell me that I couldn't take videos or pictures. Only this Lifetime location seems to care. I go to every other Lifetime around the DFW area, and literally none of them care; I even have GMs hype me and others in the videos. It seems like they are sticklers for no reason. It kinda seems like they don't want me recording their corny exercises with their clients, even though they are nowhere near the videos or pictures I take. It's 2025; let's grow up and realize that it's a part of life now. There is no need to respond to this because I already know youre gonna respond saying "according to our policy". Dont waste your time. Would reccommend any other lifetime.

Member for close to a decade now. This location started absolutely fantastic, it has diminished greatly over the past few years in quality.

Classes upstairs are non stop now, large areas of equipment are blocked off even if few members are in the class. Does not allow athletes to train.

No dress code is enforced. Morbidly obese individuals wrapped in kitchen cling wrap. It can be akin to an adult entertainment venue.

Men’s locker room is perpetually trashed. Towels everywhere, water fountain perpetually broken, individuals shaving in the saunas and randomly thought the restroom leaving a film of hair everywhere. No decorum.

The area for athletes downstairs was ripped out for endless pickleball yet no changes made to the facility upstairs.

Changes to the kitchen calories and macros no longer on the board. Food choices have been downgraded both regarding quality and nutrition.

It went from a high quality performance center to an 24 hour fitness.

Individuals with mental handicaps are dropped off here by their families as a free babysitter service. All are very nice individuals but it isn’t appropriate.

Please raise membership dues, place is too crowded and frankly turning into a zoo.

To the staff member that responded. These concerns have been brought up now multiple times to your staff.

We have been going to Lifetime for 3 years now. A few notable observations from the moment you walk in:

- The front desk is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome
- The trainers are personable, knowledgeable, and push you to your limits
- There are several classes to choose from ranging from Hot Yoga, Zumba, to HIIT

I see some negative reviews on here that I don’t understand. The staff is great from top to bottom, the bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean, and the price is so reasonable for the access you receive in return. We are blessed to have this gym in our neighborhood.

Terrible club. By far the worst LifeTime I’ve been. Everything is dirty. Bathrooms smell and are dirty as a gas station bathroom. At any given point there are 10-25 broken pieces of equipment. There are very few good trainers who are actually fit and know what they are talking about. The fees…are insane and are constantly going up. Spend half the money and go find yourself a real gym.

On fourth of July, this white female around her 20-30s was unprofessional and discriminating 2 teens. Did not meet the EXPECTATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP!! she didn’t even have her badge on and i just left because i felt uncomfortable. I have been going to this Lifetime for many years, and I have never had any problems. Had good years with this Lifetime, but recently, the staff has gotten worse. I'm not sure what if something changed, or what changed, but this is unbelievable. Earlier this week, I went to the front desk to chat about my membership, as I wanted to remove people from my membership, but Alyssa stopped me for completely no reason, so I never got to remove the people, which means I am overpaying for absolutely no reason every month to this day. Alyssa was insanely rude while I was questioning why I couldn't remove them, didn't want to listen to me, and clearly wasn't interested in what I had to say. I tried to communicate, but Alyssa wasn't having it with me. So my wife and I decided to just walk out, and will likely cancel our membership by the end of this month.

This place is pricey but totally worth it. They have amazing trainers who are helpful but not pushy. The trainers from other gyms I've been to either are trying to sell you services or completely aloof and unavailable. They also have a great play area for kids for a small additional monthly fee. My daughter is 14 now and can have a full membership and is living getting to work out and learn how to keep her body healthy.

I go to lifetime gym religiously. The staff there is welcoming and excellent and very informative should you have any questions? The equipment is always kept clean safe and updated. Also, the amenities are endless, and it is worth every dollar spent. I spent money at other clubs in the past and they may be cheaper, but the juice is not worth the squeeze to attend the cheaper clubs.

My experiences with this gym chain has been horrible. I swear they have a crook’s mentality and haven’t changed since I had to deal with corporate and cancelled and joined somewhere else a few years ago.
My son decided to join last year and if his experience was good, I considered rejoining. Well, he went a while and paused membership while he was off to college. He just took his membership off hold since he just got home for summer break from college and found out they cancelled membership instead of placing on hold a few months ago.
One of the staff members told us to call corporate, bcz they saw the mistake. The male I began speaking to on corporate line must have been having a horrible day because they started and kept an attitude. At the end, they said, whether it was error or not, it has been over 30days and we would need to go back to gym to fix, but the gym is the one who sent us to them. Both sides are saying he would need a new membership at this point, which is $30-40 more than the membership deal he had since they don’t have the previous one anymore. They refuse to honor the membership agreement he had and during that time, they had another membership increase. My son noticed the crookedness and they burned him good enough to where he stated he doesn’t want us to spend another dollar there for him to go back. This company and location is too dishonest and rude, if you have any concerns. It’s not worth it and I would rather spend my money where it is welcomed AND respected. Glad my son quickly found a better one. Lifetime is not worth it ! The recent reviews show it. They are too RUDE and Crooked for us!

I just received my first service, a full balayage, at LifeSpa done by Natalie, it was such an amazing and professional experience, I was so comfortable and excited! I explained what I was going for and she nailed it , I eventually want to work my way to full blonde ,and she took time to explain the healthiest process for me to do so. Kristi in the Life Spa is incredible! I’ve had two appointments with her so far. My first appointment was a haircut to clean up my dead ends with my long hair, and the second was a cut with partial highlights. She is patient, promptly started my appointment on time and finished within the window time that was quoted to me, and communicated well with me. It was not until I had my first appointment with her in the Life Spa that I learned you do NOT have to be a Life Time member to have services done in the Life Spa. From hair appointments, to nails, massages, or even a visit to the cafe - you just need to let the front desk know! I am very satisfied with the services I’ve received within Life Time, so I will for sure be back!

I’ve been a member here since 2011. Always enjoyed the place. Things are bound to break and when they did in the past, issues were quickly resolved. Both the wet and dry sauna in the men’s locker room are out of order. Drinking fountain making noises like it’s going to go out. The men’s room lockers jam half the time, so you have to call and wait for somebody to come with the key to get in. It’s never been this bad!

We were previous Lifetime Members for over 5 years. We decided to cancel our membership 6 months ago. I was told I needed to go into the location to cancel which I did. I just looked out our card statement 6 months later and we were charged $460 for the last two months.

I was obviously confused so I called the location. After speaking with the “concierge” associate and reiterating that I did indeed cancel my membership I was told there was no record of cancelation and that they actually put our membership on a 6 month hold which I did not agree to. Furthermore they had no record of who put my membership on hold. After asked once again for them to cancel the membership and in receive my money back for the past two months I was told “it is not possible” to receive my money back.

If you decide to get a membership with this company I would be VERY careful about checking your card statements and keeping records of everyone you speak with. Because at the end of the day “that’s not their responsibility”.

I had a membership in 2022-2023, my last payment was January 2023 then I cancelled then. Why am I being charged January 2024? It makes no sense and I can't get in touch with anyone about this charge. I have the email proof that I cancelled my membership. They make it seem like they have all these amenities but they dont follow through. I initially made my membership for the kids club and for the swim classes. But every time I emailed to book the swim lessons, I never got a response. Finally months later they told me that the swim instructor was on leave or something, connected me with the new one, and she never answered my emails as well. My kids never got their swim lessons. You can leave the kids in the kids club and they say if they cry for 15 min they will call you. But at times they would call as soon as I dropped the kids off. They really don't commit to the value that they say they do, yet feel comfortable charging you after cancelling.

This gym has gone to the toilet. They don't care about how clean it is once the day shift leaves. They use to close at 1am on weekdays now its 12 and 12 on weekends now its 11. Yet and still we get charged the same fees. It's hard to find a small towel at night because they don't Give a dam. I truly believe I'm about done with this gym. It's always filthy at night. Weights everywhere. Mens locker room shower are nasty. I really wish Andy was still GM over here. He had this gym in good shape it has gone completely down. I'm going to try Colleyville out. Just hate I have to drive 20 miles to get there. At least if you're going to close early lower your prices to members. After I read most of the comments about this gym and they're pretty much the same as mines about how filthy and dirty this gym has become. I think I'm going to check out 24hr fitness around the corner. This makes no since how nasty this gym has become. So they decided after covid to not be open 24 hrs anymore. Then kept reducing the time they stay open but Increasing the price we pay. Come on peoples does that make sense. This is what you call corporate business men taken advantage of the little people. Has everyone noticed how the reply is pretty much the same on all complaints. It's like there is a automatic generated answer from a computer. It's been awhile since I've did a review and the mens locker room is still filthy, especially the restroom. Their turnover rate with workers is extremely high. I wonder why

Member for 8 years.. I am very pleased. Majority of staff are very friendly, polite, and professional.I have trained with two trainers over the time of my membership. Both were great.
Front desk staff are awesome.They make a “ First Impression “ everyday. The following Front Desk personnel are great: Barbara, Odis, and Musken.
Also, Blake ( Manager ) and Alysa ( Concierge Leader ) have provided excellent assistance to me on several occasions.
Also you will be very pleased with all the facilities.

I continue to be amazed at the excellent service that is provided by Lifetime. The staff continues to amaze me , how friendly they are . If they are having a bad day, you would never know it Most of front desk staff and trainers have been there so long, they know lots of Members by first name.This is very unusual for any company.
I recently began doing a stretch Program with Eric . Very impressed with his knowledge .
I also, again want to compliment the Front Desk staff , Barbara, Odis, & Musken. They continue to provide a “Best First Impression as members enter the location.
Also Alysa, ( Concierge Leader ) has assisted me several times Always does this with a smile and patience. Also, I notice she imakes it a point to walk around the gym, being a FACE for Lifetime, communicating to the Members.
I highly recommend , if you are looking for a great place to exercise, then Lifetime will not disappoint.

One single rude closing staff. We walked out 15 minutes past closing (for the first time ever, AND the first time back at lifetime since 2014) at the same time as MULTIPLE other groups of members, but she decided to single out my smaller group of 3 and rudely exclaimed (our only interaction with her aside from checking in), "Next time, let's finish our workouts BEFORE closing instead of WHEN we close, okay guys??" while scowling at us. We were not loud or loitering, but quietly packing up and preparing to leave the facility at the same time as everyone else. It had come out of nowhere because she didn't yell at anyone else walking right in front of us. Didn't expect to be scolded like a grade schooler at a luxury fitness center that we pay $200+/mo for. I would not have minded being told in a more professional tone to prepare to leave earlier in the future to prevent this, but it seemed like she chose only our group to belittle because she felt she couldn't intimidate the other groups for some strange reason. It left a bad impression on all of us. You receive the energy you give to others. On the flip hand, the staff member that checked the pools and women's locker room was very kind and professionally let us know when it was time to leave and asked if we needed anything to help us out faster. THAT is what I hope to experience from all lifetime employees.

We put the membership on hold and the continued to charge the same amount...and then raised the price when we resumed the membership. When we ask to see the GM they play games and avoid confrontation.

As a new member, I have been really impressed. The staff is super friendly. The equipment is plentiful, clean, and in good working order. The pickleball courts are the best around. I can’t wait to use the pool and saunas (both wet and dry) and I was pleasantly surprised to see items in the cafe were maybe $1-$2 cheaper than on the outside. I’m told they are going to change the Silver Sneakers hours after the first of the year. I’m not sure why. Even though I’m not paying for my visit, they are still getting reimbursed just the same. Maybe those seniors are too wild and crazy. As nice as the pickleball courts are, there is hardly anyone playing which makes open play a little difficult. Overall it’s a beautiful place to workout.

To be 100% honest, since collegiate football, I haven’t stepped one foot inside of anyone’s gym in over 13 years. I honestly saw it as a waste of money. I felt I could train and workout in my on home or space and get the same results!! But after my second visit, I now realize this is a lot more beneficial! This place is amazing!! They have so many great classes, knowledgeable instructors and access to a plethora of equipment and tools to get you in the best shape mentally and physically! Proud to say I became a member today!!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the members services and I’d recommend avoiding this gym at all cost. My family and I have been a member for over a decade now, and when I was going overseas last month I put my account on hold temporarily and PAID them to do that to keep my rate. When I got back and lifted the hold they started charging me 60 dollars more per month and when I asked them about it they refused to fix it for me (I believe the person putting my account on hold did it incorrectly maybe). Terrible customer service!

Rude staff. I called to inquire about membership and got hung up on when I asked about a day pass. Called back and they would not answer. Ended up having to drive down there just to ask about a day pass. By the way, it's $40 for a one day pass.

As if increased monthly premiums of $100+ per month were not bad enough, they have now started to push Signature membership / paid workouts by reserving entire workout areas for these classes during peak hours. These reserved areas run at 30% occupancy at max while paying members have to wait till these classes are over to get to use the squat racks. Spoke with teh onsite manager Elena yesterday and all she could say was that she has informed the Manager Blake Auriti about the situation. Hopefully this trend ends ! Make this right Blake A !

Clean facilities, great instructors, love my personal trainer. However, it’s happened TWICE now that my locker wouldn’t open, and staff would just unlock it for me without asking for any type of verification (such as: what will we find inside? Do you have an ID in the locker to prove these are your things?)
Basically, all you have to do is point at a locker you want unlocked, and they’ll do it without question. Totally defeats the purpose of a locker.

I love this gym. I've been going to lifetime since the pandemic because gold's stopped offering childcare. You pay extra, but it's like a spa. They have at least 4 swimming pools (with 2 water slidesfor all ages), I think 4 hot tubs, 3 saunas, most classes are included like cycling, got yoga, weight lifting, a bunch of other classes that I haven't taken... but I have the option. If I wanna spice it up out, try something new. Let's not forget the Rockwall.... there's a lot to it. You can literally spend the entire day there. I stay away from the salon because it's overpriced, but overall I love Lifetime fitness 🙃 😌 🤗.

The best front receptionist staff! I visited here from out of town and I could not have been welcomed and treated better. I used the pool and hot tub and had a wonderful experience. The locker rooms and showers were clean and spacious. Overall a good experience. I highly recommend!

Was looking forward to my return to the gym but the membership fee has sky rocketed. 150$ for 1 membership. You must be off your rocking chair. Nothing has been added/upgraded since 2011 if anything it’s downgraded. Jacuzzis no longer have the waterfall feature it had. They are charging extra to use the outside pool. You guys are wild.

This is the dirtiest lifetime I’ve ever been to. I would not shower there or walk barefoot. In fact I don’t use the steam room because of how rarely it’s cleaned… so disappointing when you can’t use half the “luxury” amenities you pay for with a brand like lifetime. I really hope this location takes staffing seriously and pays enough workers to keep this place clean. They’re always low or missing towels. I can’t believe the locker room floors, bathrooms etc are dirty enough to where it stinks, and looks bad every dang time I’m there. It is consistently dirty. I never write reviews and I was waiting for this place to get better. I really hope management contacts me or just takes it seriously and does something about it. I know I’m not the only one. Cause everytime I go there people say the same thing about not wanting to use the steam room anymore because of lazy upkeep

Showers where closed for two weeks and they look exactly the same minus the towel holders.
They should have invested in getting the treadmills fixed 90 % of them shake badly and need to be leveled. some of the up and down speed buttons Don't work and most of the cup holders can't hold water bottles or cups.

You charge a lot for gym memberships everything should work properly.

On a positive note, the Staff is very helpful and friendly towels are always full.

Nice gym. Did a tour and a 1 day with a friend. The place is huge. 130 for indi ideal and 50 for a kid monthly. So big the parking lot is full and takes a bit to get inside. Staff seem very friendly and the kids care area is huge w tons of activities.

Best gym I've ever worked out at and I've been to gyms all over the country. From 24 hour, Golds, Fitness 19, Anytime, Planet Fit, Crunch, etc. The variety of equipment is incredible!! So clean. Amazing locker rooms. LifeTime is the gym of the future. BUT....... It's gonna cost you. Cuz it is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. So if you only plan on going to the gym a couple times a month, I recommend going somewhere else. It's just not worth paying the high cost. But if you're going to utilize all the amenities a gym has to offer, then this is DEF the place to be.

I was walking to the sauna in the pool area when another female member at this location confronted me at the lockers room after class. She asked me if I was recording her during class because it seemed like I was recording her and not the instructor. I told her I was recording my friend and the instructor and that I didn't even know her to be honest. She walked away awkwardly. I thought that was the end of it.

After class, an instructor asked to speak with me. She told me another member told her about the altercation in the locker room. I told her there was no altercation just that she walked up to me. I showed the instructor the videos in question and she confirmed that I wasn’t recording the member. Another member, friend’s of this member also tried to add me on social media.

I asked the gym to let me out of my membership without the 30 days notice because I'm very uncomfortable by the whole situation. I just like to go to the gym to workout. The only reason I like this location it's because is where my friends go. They also have great instructors and trainers. I definitely don't like to be in everyone's mouth. My request for early cancellation of my membership was denied. Luckily, I had previously submitted a request to put my membership on hold because I’m going on vacation next week.

My family and I have been coming to this gym for many years. It has taken a turn for the worst over the past 18 months. The overall cleanliness of the gym is horrible. The equipment is not maintained. If equipment breaks, they take it out. If the GM would show up during peak hour he MIGHT understand where his club needs the attention. There is a huge worthless and unused rope and heavy bag area and two cross fit areas upstairs. CLEAN UP YOUR GYM AND GET A CLUE ABOUT WHAT THE GYM NEEDS. You will loose business. This is by far the worst lifetime in the DFW area. Our family is shopping for a good clean gym right now. Any suggestions?

When I left yesterday, I forgot to take away the iPad. I went to the front desk and found three staff members. They were very patient and helped me. One staff member went to help me find it, and the other one comforted me. Their attitude was very good and efficient. They helped me find it very quickly. Their hygiene was very good, I can see that lady cleaning every day. The environment is also very good, and the sports equipment is very complete. This is the most advanced gym I have ever seen here

I’ve been a customer with this gym since 2019 I love the atmosphere and how clean the gym is. But today I was stopped on my way up the gym by a lady. She advised me I couldn’t take my duffel bag upstairs. I told her due to the different type of belts and wristbands that I carry the bag I always carried it upstairs. I open the bad and showed her what was inside, she proceeded to informed me that she could keep the items I wasn’t going to used with her till I finished working out. I canceled my membership after the interaction I had with the lady, I have never been told I couldn’t had a duffel bag and when I was canceling my membership the front desk lady advised I could have a clear bag.

Mesh. Clear. Or drawstring?? Bc people are stealing/scared of guns?? Other gyms allows you to bring these workout equipment with you but here you really can’t carry anything without a bag. For as much as you pay here you should be able to. OR provide the necessary equipment. They’re allowing others to bring tote and bigger bags but it’s up to management. This location also does not have the amenities that other lifetimes at the same tier as also.
