Oscar was the most kind hearted person who has given me service at this lifetime. I see him daily now, that I have become apart of the LT community, and he has done nothing but make me feel the most welcome. He goes beyond his duties and makes not only me, but others feel at home when they come to workout at LT. He was the epitome of great customer service. 10/10 for Oscar

The staff are nice and helpful, and unfortunately that's about it. My biggest complaint about Lifetime is their billing practices. It seems like price increases don't affect existing members, or at least not immediately. I asked several existing members and they are locked in the rate when they first joined, e.g. $179 vs my $199. This is absolutely a shock to me, because it effectively means 2 things: 1. price discrimination - newer members are subsidizing existing members because we are paying higher fees, despite we access the same exact facility. 2. They effectively put up a giant paywall to discourage new members. I wonder if a member signed up 7 years ago, are they still paying the $99 price? I would be really upset if that's the case. That would mean they enjoy the same exact facility and only paying half.
Either way, when I found out about this I immediately cancelled. I have never heard of this kind of practice. If there's a price increase (cable, phone, social clubs, Netflix), everyone should get the same increase, not just new members. Some clubs could increase their initiation fee to new members - I get this, but there's NO club I have been to that only charge new members more on a monthly basis.

This is so much more than just a gym! They create an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer than the usual dreaded hour-long workout. The cafe has really wonderful food and smoothies. The equipment is kept in wonderful condition and cleaned constantly. Top-notch customer service and creating healthy lifestyles is something they value beyond anything. Pretty pricey, but if you can add it to the budget, I highly recommend!

An Amazing Experience at Life Time San Antonio – The Rim!
I’ve been a member here for the past few weeks, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience so far. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their positivity and support really set the tone for each visit.
The pickleball courts are a huge highlight – top-notch quality and an awesome community vibe! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, you’ll love the energy here.
The pool area is always clean and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing after a workout. And speaking of cleanliness – the locker rooms and restrooms are spotless, well-stocked, and clearly well-managed.
Overall, Life Time at The Rim offers a premium, well-rounded fitness experience that goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be updating this review again in a couple of months, but so far, it’s been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommended!

The gym is what you would expect from a lifetime and staff are friendly. The parking lot is the most irritating lifetime parking, only one way in. Before there was multiple entrances making leaving and entering convenient. But now leaving during peak hours makes it’s so much more tedious. The other location off of 281 does not have this problem.

There hasn’t been wipes to clean the equipment in days. Paying over $200 a month for just myself to use equipment no one is cleaning is ridiculous. This is one of the most expensive gyms in the area, it’s unacceptable.

This place is a joke. You’re paying premium prices for a gym that feels more like a social lounge than a place to actually work out. It’s always packed, machines are taken by people scrolling on their phones, walking around aimlessly, or treating the gym floor like it’s a fashion runway. If you’re trying to get a real workout in, good luck. You’ll spend more time waiting than lifting.
It used to be solid, but now it’s just overcrowded and overhyped. Unless your goal is to take mirror selfies or overhear someone’s loud FaceTime call, save your money. Only reason I’m still going is because it’s the closest gym, but if another halfway decent spot opens nearby, I’m gone. Lifetime? More like waste of time.

Vehicle Broken Into – No Security Measures in Place
I’ve been a LifeTime Fitness member for over 10 years, but what happened today has me seriously questioning my membership. My truck was broken into this morning while parked at the San Antonio location. Thankfully, nothing was stolen, but the violation alone is unacceptable — especially given that I know of multiple recent break-ins here, including one member whose car was hit two days in a row last week.
This is clearly a recurring issue, yet there are zero visible security measures in place. No patrols, no cameras, no presence. Members are paying $200+/month and the rates continue to rise, but basic safety is being ignored. It's unacceptable for a premium facility like this to show such disregard for member security.
LifeTime — this needs to be addressed immediately. Enough is enough.

Unethical Billing Practices & Zero Accountability.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Fitness Life. I notified the staff on May 30 to pause my membership. Despite this, I was charged for the entire month of June, and now they are claiming I’ll also be charged for July because “nothing can happen before July 14.”
I personally visited the club twice, was told the manager (Miss Tina) would call me, and she never did. Every time I go, I get a different excuse, and no one takes ownership of the issue. It’s clear that this place does not care about its members once they have your card on file.
This is beyond poor communication—it’s dishonest and unethical. I have already raised a formal complaint and will consider further action if my charges are not reversed and my membership is not paused as originally requested.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and overcharged.

Have been going for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Can’t recommend the yoga classes enough, all instructors are kind and build relationships with frequent goers. Class instructors of any kind are so helpful and their passion for fitness is obvious in the way they teach! Amenities are also great and definitely worth the price.

While the staff at this gym is friendly and the amenities are decent, the safety of customers' vehicles is a major concern. There have been multiple instances of vehicle break-ins, thefts, and even attempted thefts (including my own vehicle). Unfortunately, the gym has not made any meaningful efforts to address this issue or to notify customers about the risks in the parking lot.
Given the prices we pay for a membership, it's reasonable to expect security coverage during all operating hours. Additionally, informing customers about these incidents would help them make more informed decisions about what vehicles to bring. My biggest concern is the potential for an active theft to escalate into a dangerous confrontation, especially if a customer unknowingly walks in on the crime.
This gym is marketed as a family-friendly space, but with these ongoing security issues, families are being put at risk.

Customer service is nice but too Overcrowded for $200 a month. Better off at a Crunch Fitness or Warhouse for cheaper. Classes during rush hour make for no space, no consistent workouts, and running out of weights to put on a bar. Unacceptable to pay this amount and take away more.
1 Covid happens and 24 hours disappear but rates didn’t change.
2. Took outside pool and hot tub away at night and raise the rates.
3. Added a cold plunge and created a cesspool for a hot tub.
4. Added $50 just to use the outside pool in summer???
Is this place run by bureaucrats invested in diminishing a good gym?

So, I'm new to the gym here. People are friendly and the service is swift. Not their problem, but the traffic can be somewhat hecktick around peak times(4-5pm) but because of construction on the highways... If you want a spa experience with the gym experience, don't pass this place up. Literally, in the woman's area, they have razors for your legs and showers yo freshen you up, lotions and fresh clean towels for a nice shower after the hot tub or workout experience. I wouldn't choose a different gym to indulge my goals. 356lbs to 192lbs, heck yes!! And not to mention, the trainers will always help you if you have questions. Remember, no question is a bad question....thats how we learn Lol 😆 Also, the café has so much much to offer for the foods. If you want broccoli and a slice of chicken breasts...they got you, to fit your everyday diet needs and a shake to hold you over until your din din at home. Sure the membership may be a little much, but it definitely changes your lifestyle. I highly recommend this gym, I don't feel alien in here..they make me feel like I finally belong lol 😎

It is the evening of August 14. This morning checking my bank account notice that my payment was deducted. It shouldn’t had, for on 5th I when on medical leave. I will be out two months , due to back surgery. The front desk had me fill out a form, gave them copy of medical restrictions from my surgeon. I thought that would be it. I contacted the club this morning, spoke with manager Eileen. She was very rude, which she ending up . Hanging up on me. You never never expend a manager this action from a club of this caliber. Maybe a McDonald or jack in a box. I then contacted corporate, which advise they would let GM know about this situation, They will contact me. I will continue write my reviews, till this issue is solve
It’s now day two, which have not hear from anyone from the club. I was advised by corporate, manager named Eric would contact me, resolve the problem. Did not hear from him today. I guess I going have to call again tomorrow. To get my monthly dues of $141.

I have been a member for 8 Months. Here are the Pros:
1) Gym is super clean. I see employees cleaning the equipment and structure almost daily. Very nice.
2) Employees are well trained and genuinely nice.
3) Variety of classes for all fitness levels
4) Additional amenities like Rock Climbing wall, Pickleball and Basketball courts, cafeteria and hair salon make this place a one-stop place for self.
Now the ugly.
1) People are allowed to place towels, phones, or other personal items on multiple workout stations. I go to the gym at 4:30am, Monday through Friday and there are four people who take up 10 to 12 workout stations by doing what I described.
2) You have to decide between personal safety or time to work out at Life Time Fitness. If you decide to move a towel from a workout station to workout you WILL have some roided up dude or an intitled woman threatening you for working out on at a station they will be using soon. I have gotten to the point that I carry mace just in case.
3) Management is not responsive to any concerns whatsoever. I'm not sure what it takes to get their attention.
4) Due to my job I work out at the Austin South location and the Rim location. When you use the Life Time Fitness app to get directions to the Austin South location you will be directed to the Austin Bat Hospital. That is correct, the Austin Bat Hospital. I have told no less than 10 people, including this morning (August 2,2024) at 4:45am at the Rim location and nothing has been done. The Austin Bat Hospital is in a dark neighborhood when arriving at 4:45am. If some young lady or older person is to follow the directions provided by the Life Time app they will be lost. This was reported months ago to Austin South and the Rim and NOTHING has happened.
5) Entering and Exiting the Rim location is terrible. There is only ONE WAY in or out. Additional entry/exit gates have been closed for some reason.
6) Gym is almost unbearable after 7:00am. Too many people. Almost impossible to work out in a timely manner. FORGET SHOWING UP AROUND 5:00-7:00pm unless you want to wait a long time to work out.
In closing, I would only recommend Life Time if you have time to wait and don't mind carrying mace to ward off the Roided up and entitled people

This gym is just a “status”, if you want to really workout this is not the place for you. There’s not enough equipment for the quantity of people, people save their spot at machines with water bottles while on another machine, and if you use the machine they will say “i was here” even though you know they weren’t. The jacuzzi, sauna and pool maintenance and responsibility to clean is by the teenage lifeguards so it is always disgusting and dirty, because they won’t clean even after sending so many emails to the manager, for $190 monthly it’s not worth at all, unless you love paying a lot of money to swim in a dirty pool and sit in a ridiculously dirty jacuzzi and stay in a line to use equipment while someone is just sitting there playing on the phone you are in the right place. Also can’t forget the disgusting bathroom which is dirty all the time.

This gym has really everything you could ask for in one spot. And I do like coming here but don’t love it. It’s very expensive for a gym and I get why but the benefits don’t outweigh the price. For example, the classes are full a lot of the time so you better know when you’re going and book a spot well in advance. There’s classes that go on right in the middle of the gym floor and it takes up a decent portion of the room where you stretch at and they blast loud music so you can’t even hear your own. You have to pay for the kids club even if you don’t/ can’t use it. We don’t have kids but yet I’m paying for that. They added a pickle ball court which is ALWAYS booked so good luck. And the rock wall there is ALWAYS closed. I have gone at all hours and all days and never have seen it open. Lastly, ITS ALWAYS SP BUSY AND PACKED! Not just packed but packed full of kids like 15-19 year olds that’s sit on machines and take up space. And Life times solution to this is to raise prices (which they have) I guess in attempt to “weed out” some of the younger population? I’m not sure. Anyways, for $237 dollars a month for two people I’m not sure it’s worth it. I’ll probably be canceling soon.

I was pretty set on wanting to join. Took the first logical step and scheduled a tour for 3pm. I showed up promptly about 2:55, was told Dillon was still on a tour but would be done shortly. At 3:20, he was STILL on a tour… I finally left at 3:30. What’s the point in making an appointment (that Life Time confirmed multiple times)? That type of customer service up front doesn’t bode well for what I can expect after they get my money.

Whenever I go to play pickle ball, their staff members are playing, and I just wait wait.. they continuously play for like 3 hours non stop. It’s so frustrating. I am planning to send email complaints to life time headquarter because this location managers have no controls. In fact managers just like to stay in room hide and let the junior staff handle.
On top they increases the membership without any notice, and when I ask questions, they threaten to call cops to the members. It’s so shameful.
I sometimes wonder how they become diamond gym, they poor old machines, cockroaches in bathrooms.
I WISH SOMEONE FROM HEADQUARTER LOCATION WILL AUDIT THEM AND SEE THIER FRONT STAFF RUDE BEHAVIOR AND THESE STAFF PLAYING PICKLEBALL AND INCREASING FEES issues.
They will soon!!

If you take advantage of all the classes and amenities offered in your membership not only will you see results with yourself, but you will also realize it is money well spent on your health and well-being. I've traveled to their other gyms and the quality of the people, facilities and service do not waiver. I’ve gone to Lifetime at The Rim for over 2 years now. There isn’t any comparison to another gym in San Antonio. The convenience is high and they’re very family friendly, they really go out of their way for kids. I’m not a parent but I do witness the care they provide. The recent remodel and renovation helped a lot of things, more squat racks and more group training opportunities. While I don’t participate, I can appreciate what they do having ran the fitness program at my former Squadron at my last Base (yea I’m Military). The staff always has a positive attitude and some even remember me 😅. The only gym that has a steam room and sauna. They have great amenities. I mean, it’s pricey, I pay $193 for my boyfriend and I. Comes recommended. To be fair, I have to include some things I don’t like, and tbh it’s a stretch, but I can’t stand when they put new towels up without washing them first, covering your face in lent. I also don’t like getting long hair stuck to me from the towels, lol, I’ve literally had to explain to my boyfriend why I have a woman’s hair on me and my clothes 😅. They do a great job at this gym but there’s always room for improvement 💪🏽.

I’m embarrassed to have ever thought they were good people. Life time’s “healthy way of life” is fake, they don’t care about employees or members really, they’d rather tolerate workplace harassment. The managers josh morehouse and jasmine Mitchell I dealt with should be the last people on earth that should ever be in the position to make the lives of those around them better. They’re both sad, sad, leaches. Wasn’t surprised but was more than happy to hear morehouse “stepped down” from the general manager position, good riddance. The facility is great tho :)

i’ve been going to lifetime since i was 13 and
1) they need to clean their pools. deep clean. especially their hot tub walls and stairs
2) they aren’t 24 hours which is a HUGE disadvantage especially for students and night owls.
3) their policy for bringing an extra person is ridiculous with only being able to bring two separate people every 60 days
4) they should provide more classes since most of them are always full
with how much i pay, as a student paying 100+ i would enjoy the gym more with these adjustments.
i do love the things they include like shaving cream, blow dryers, etc and appreciate the effort

Just went to The Rim location. The greeting I received was lacking in everything that I expected a gym like this to have. I left with the impression that my business wasn’t needed in the slightest. The greeting I got was cold and unwelcoming, to say the least. I had every intent on purchasing a membership today too. However, the lack of welcome, absolute lack of salesmanship, combined with news you no longer offer military discount on memberships made turning down your $179 a month rate very easy. The literal 5 steps I made it inside the door to the front desk was as far as I’ll get. Didn’t get invited in, shown around, or sold on any of the many amenities I’m sure you have to offer. Having once worked at and opened the first LifeTime fitness in San Antonio, I was looking forward to getting to see how much it’s changed. It was a very disappointing experience. Do better.

i was a member on 2022 and was paying $150 and now its $180?! the place is decent, apart from the fact that the weight gym was always full of people. But $180 a month for a gym in san antonio is outrageous, this is not san francisco. i left in late 2022 because i felt ripped off and signed up for both a climbing gym and a weight gym and i am still paying ~$80/month less than what it costs to be a member here. unless you are someone who spends ~3 hours a day here taking advantage of all the amenities then this gym is not worth it.

I love Lifetime! I’m a full time nurse and work 3 12 hour shifts, and also have 2 toddlers. Back in October I made a commitment to myself to get healthy and invest in myself. I worked Covid ICU for the previous 2 years and gained a lot of weight from the stress, as well as having a baby. I was the heaviest I had EVER been in my life, and I decided it was time to do something about it. Now, I’m 40lbs down in 6 months! I actually want to come. Everyone is so nice and knows you by name. My kids love the girls at kids club and they know them by name too. It’s a great stress reliever to do my workout and then have time to shower, get dressed for the day, and chill on the couches reading my book and eat something uninterrupted (they will watch them for up to 2.5 hours). Sometimes I go to the hot tub, and my kids love the pool. If you know anyone who's looking for a PT, definitely send them Drew's way. I’ve been working with him for 6 weeks now, and have already seen huge results. I’m stronger, and my clothes fit way looser. He's so awesome. Nothing like I expected. He cares about you as a person, what's going on in your life, and adapts to you. He's not mean or pushy or intimidating. But he still is supportive and encouraging. He doesn't force you into anything. Yes, this place is expensive. But I see it as an investment. I’m investing in my mental and physical health. Plus with as much as I cut down on fast food, it really isn’t that much more. Definitely recommend! The equipment, facilities and staff are top notch.

Been going to gold gym for 10 years, decided to up my powerlifting, and thought why not upgrade gyms! WORST thing I have done in a long time.
The gym it self is nice, but the cliental worst people I have ever encountered at any gym. I tried for 3 months, only getting worse. People making TikTok videos, abusing equipment, rude, and for the love of god ladies… respect yourself and wear clothing that actually covers you and not see through and then complain “PeOpLE bOtHeRiNg Me”. Saw one wearing completely see through outfit… I could count the bumps on her nipples and see her private area clear as day. Even my male friend I workout with couldn’t believe what he was seeing. Guys just wonder around, don’t see them work out, people hogging weights, out of control. I hate going here. Cancelling asap. Gold gym was wayyy better and respectful.

I saw someone else post about this…why was one of the basketball courts turned into a “pickle-ball” only court? Most of the time is not being used, we cannot play with our kids because the grown ups are are always having their league on the only one available, we cannot use the room on the side that has a smaller basketball rim because it’s just for private events and upstairs is packed because people cannot play basketball anymore. I have no problem with the pickle ball court but this should have been an addition, not to replace a basketball court. As a matter of fact, we need more than 2 basketball courts and this is supposed to be a kid friendly gym.

Meme bet for 2 years here. Staff is amazing, amenities are always clean and well maintained. I decided to give it 5 stars because they deserve it. However, the crowd is now out of control. It doesn’t matter if you come in the morning, noon, afternoon or night, always expect the gym to be incredibly busy. The maintenance team is great, but whoever their contractor is takes for ever to fix stuff.

I use to be excited to come here and play basketball now you can't even ever play basketball. They got rid of 1 of the 2 basketball courts for a pickle ball court that rarely anyone uses. Now apparently they want to start charging you to play pickle ball. You pay 150$ a month and they some how keep trying to find way to charge you more. They would rather try to find way to up charge you. Can't ever play Wednesday because they always do the the league games. And you know what the GM Josh has to say? That if we didn't like what they were doing that they make it easy sign up and easy to leave. Management has been super poor. Gym smells terrible and is all dirty. If you like a gym that raises its rates and takes away amenities with terrible customer support this is the gym for you

This gym gets more and more expensive and dirtier and dirtier. The upstairs girls restroom smells like urine everyday and the sauna smells terrible. It’s like management doesn’t exist or care. All they care about is getting more money from you and trying to upsell you on classes. Don’t waste your money here.

The customer service has been really bad lately and they just recently added a pickle ball court and removed one of the basketball courts. Talked to workers and they all gave different stories about the new policies. Josh the GM had nothing to say about the policies and said that they make it easy to sign up and easy to leave. Another member said he wanted to fight another member the GM said they are friends and gave him a warning even though he said "we have a zero tolerance policy". How do you have a zero tolerance policy and give warnings? If you want to have to deal with members fighting you this is the gym to go to. Only can play full court at insane hours, and this is all the while monthly prices have increased. Paying for more and getting less has been the story from lifetime lately and it is getting out of hand. Looking into canceling and going to a new gym where the staff actually care about ALL the members.

The decision to convert one of the basketball courts to a pickleball court was not a good move. It was already crowded and most people say they hardly see anyone playing pickleball. Make sure you don’t leave anything there. Even if you run back or call back within 10 mins they are gone. They don’t have a lost and found department. They pretend they do. But someone must be collecting all the items either to trash or steal them all! With everything that I have left there even within minutes I went back and they are all gone !! Not a very professional place. Corporate will need to look into their employees. It has to be someone who works inside. Because so many things are being stolen within minutes.

i've been a member of lifetime since its opening in 2008, and by far, the dumbest thing this gym could ever do is convert one of the basketball courts into a pickle ball court. the removal of the basketball court has caused the inability to shoot around or have a casual game while others play 5 on 5.
absolutely abysmal decision-making from leaders at this gym— and the irony is they have stripped AWAY amenities but have INCREASED prices. the gym has removed the court, removed it's open 24-hour schedule, and have not added premium weight training equipment.
i have decided to cancel my membership, as the price point has not reflected it's value.

Was a member for 10 years until a little after COVID when they decided to up the prices a ridiculous amount without adding any value to the facility whatsoever. They actually made things worse.. Place got dirtier, no longer 24 hours which In my opinion was the most lucrative part of lifetimes existence, and the weight room is simply too small to enjoy your workout.. to make things worse the basketball courts are almost impossible to play on during most parts of the day due to pickle ball, or some mens league and there are dead spots all over the wood.. It’s a joke they want that much money while they only get worse.

I’ve been a member of lifetime for 4 years now. It used to be great, but it’s slowly getting worse and worse and continuing to be more and more expensive.
If you go to lifetime to play basketball, good luck. They’re replacing one of the two basketball courts in each gym with a pickle ball court…why? Who knows.
The gym is always packed.
One of the managers was very rude and condescending to me and my family when we asked about adding our family to our plan.
The girls dry sauna smells awful and has smelled awful for years.
They started charging new members extra to use the outdoor pool in the summer.
They give you 2 “guest passes” a month, but if you bring the same person twice in 60 days they want to charge them $40 to give them a “day pass” so your guest passes aren’t really guest passes. They’re 1 day trials as a ploy to try to get more people to sign up for the overpriced/overpacked gym. Lol.

Update: they're removing one basketball court from each lifetime now. There's half of the remaining value I saw in it left. Continuously making poor choices.
It's no longer worth the price and it continues to get worse. We no longer have 24 hr access and any new members have to have a separate membership to be able to access the outdoor pool. They're also leaning further into "premium" fitness classes rather than those that are included in our memberships. As the features get worse, our prices stay the same... and that makes us lucky, since any new members will pay more with these updates. This makes us unwilling to invite friends to come join us, since we don't even see the value in the services anymore. I wish there were more health club type options.

Hope you don’t sign up to play basketball. During peak hours, they will have a men’s league game take up one of their courts, and then on the other of their two courts they have made the anachronistic, half-baked, McKinsey focus-group hair brained decision to take down the basketball hoops and replace them with pickle ball nets. As you can see, they get a ton of use. Don’t know what else I should expect from the mouthbreathing dimwits that run this place. Too interested in upselling useless classes than to cater to the actual user experience. Imagine paying $160/month for this… will be cancelling asap.

Been going here for 5 years now and they recently started turning one of the 2 basketball courts that they have into a pickle ball court. This was fine as I understand some people would like to play pickle ball but it rarely ever gets used and now they’re taking down the rims to make sure no one plays basketball even when no one is using the pickle ball nets (No one is ever using the nets when I’m here). I understand having a side for pickle ball but atleast leave the rims up for when no one’s using the pickle ball nets. It’s super annoying walking in and seeing one side being used for their basketball league and the other having the pickle ball nets up, and now I just have to leave. Seriously considering canceling my membership for me and my family.

My Family Felt UNSAFE at Lifetime Fitness. Lifetimes fitness, emotionally traumatized African American/ Hispanic Medical Professional Family!!!!! My family has suffered emotional trauma at the hands of Lifetime Fitness. We were insulted and humiliated. I have dedicated my life to serving my community and helping people find their voice. Life Time, hid behind policy, are not transparent, take no accountability, and treated us like we were nothing. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO LIFETIME SUMMER CAMP! I AM A PROFESSIONAL AND WAS NOT FREE OF DISCRIMINATION. I offered to be transparent about my life but was told it was none of their business, after they accused me of criminal activity and made it their business. After offering to prove my innocence they still refused to apologize. I will make the truth of what you have done to my family public! Get Ready KSAT! I teach my daughter that she has a voice, and her voice matters! I will lead by example in showing her to fight for justice! One member of management handled this situation in a way that offered my family the opportunity to feel seen, heard, understood and empathized with. It is all I wanted for my family including the concept that my family could feel safe. The others 3 members of management including one member from corporate could have done better. The worst 2 were Anna who runs the summer camp and a man from corporate. They both offered my family no respect. Anna, was not fully engaged during conversation, her tone, body language and facial expressions show zero signs of compassion or understanding for us as a family and what they put us through. In response to Anna's behavior, I let it be known that I would sue for defamation of character if I continued to be harassed due to false allegations. At the end of the day, I am just a mother who wanted to be treated with compassion. I think it's the least we can offer each other as humans. My daughter will be completing her summer at a Christian Camp, where we can be free of judgement, and racial profiling.

I have never seen children playing on squat racks and weights as a playground. This not only careless, but also not safe. This is a reflection of no control of their lifting area is bad practice that will result in injury. The last thing I saw a young guy bring his small Chihuahua to the gym. All it takes is one dropped weight to crush that animal. I understand a service dog, but this was not the case. A very disappointing first visit to this location.

2. It has become a club membership within another membership! Half of the gym is taken by “alpha” classes! Of course the time that the classes are in session it’s when most people come to the gym.
3. Fees increase .. yet we don’t have our 24/7 access any longer..
4. YOU NOW HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL TO ACCESS THE OUTSIDE POOL FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP!!! That’s insane!!

It's an alright gym. They have most equipment you need for a full workout but it's always pretty busy, so you have to wait for machines and weights more often than not.
Also, there are a lot of kids. I don't mean teens, I mean actual children. They treat the workout area like a playroom, I get that kids will be kids but I don't appreciate them running by me when I'm lifting heavy weights.
But it is always clean, which is a big plus.
So all in all, has nearly all the equipment you want a gym to have but very crowded so just factor in some wait time with your workout
