Anthony is amazing! He’s always taken the time to listen to come together with a plan that fits your wants, needs and budget. I am incredibly happy to have Anthony as my personal trainer. Even when I had to work out of town for a couple of months, Anthony took the time to draw up a weekly plan that I could follow. Thank you Anthony!

I would highly recommend Anthony Wong as your fitness trainer. I have been training with Anthony for about four months. He is attentive to function, correct form, and varies routines. I have an old injury to my shoulder and arthritis. Anthony takes this into account and adjusts exercises as needed. My level of stamina and my strength have increased dramatically in such a short time. Head to the gym and meet Anthony!

I have been working with Anthony for 4 years and it has been an outstanding experience. I am in my 60s and probably in the best shape I have been in for a long time. He is careful about making sure I don't sustain injuries and to adjust the workouts to meet any concerns for the day. His workouts focus on strength, balance and he sets cardio goals for me outside of the gym. These are all important toward enhancing my quality of life as I get older. Anthony takes great pride in his work, is very knowledgeable about training, and a great person in general.

Anthony is great. He got me stronger and healthier than I could’ve ever expected without it getting boring or tedious. He works around injuries/conditions really well while still strengthening what needs to be strengthened. He will push you when you need to be pushed, while also knowing when to back off some and adjusts to any type of pain to mitigate injury. Each time you workout with him there will be new types of exercises to keep your body guessing and to get all around much stronger. I can’t recommend him enough.
