This is my home gym. I love the classes and all the Staff excluding a rude yoga instructor, Peggy. I don’t blame the gym for her low emotional intelligence. Mr. Nesbitt is always so helpful and a genuine man.

You pay a huge monthly fee - many pieces of equipment are broken and never fixed, bathrooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. If you use the sled there is no designated area so you are constantly having to ask people to move out of your path which creates conflict.

This has been a great gym experience for me! The class sizes are small, so I don't feel ignored when working out. The trainers do a great job of pushing us to our goals without over doing it. The programs are structured and easy to understand.

This place is huge and has a lot of Amenities however they expect a certain $$$ clientele. Got the sense of if you can't afford it go somewhere else feel. Which in a sense is true however its one thing too just be quiet and another to be very overt about it.

Nice upscale facility with towel service, greeted at concierge by receptionists dressed as such. (Not so at other gyms or fitness centers.) Plenty of upscale features. I like the outdoor swimming pool, another rarity for gyms. I didn't notice any area I feel comfortable slamming med balls onto though. Also appreciate the free fat scale, another feature not found in cheaper gyms.

Over the years, I have had gym memberships elsewhere. Comparing Lifetime to other gyms is not a fair play--nothing suits me better than being a member here.

As someone with epilepsy, I will tell you, this is a great gym to go to. I have been able to see and feel significant improvements in my functioning. My body recovers faster than it has in years.

Kellyn helped me to figure out my fitness goals, as well as assess what was realistic for my recovery. Oseas helped suggest classes to me for strength training. Everyone else I have encountered in terms of staff have been excellent.

This was my first time visiting Lifetime and it made a great first impression! The locker room was clean, the showers were clean, the bathroom was clean, and the gym itself was clean! It doesn’t have the smell that most gyms have; I, for one, sincerely appreciate that! lol They have shampoo and conditioner and soap built into the shower and the smell great! As well as blow dryers , towels, litter everything you could possibly need after a workout.
The variety of equipment, as well as the number of each type is equipment, is impressive. Everything seemed to be in working order and I like that I didn’t have to wait for any particular piece of equipment.

Excellent personalized high performance tennis training. Thanks to Lifetime Tennis my kids had a wonderful Summer during this difficult time living with Covid-19 outbreak. My kids are motivated to train and play, they love all of their coaches, and they have made a wonderful group of friends that has been so important for safe socialization during the pandemic. AMAZING! Here for a tennis tournament. There are 10 indoor courts. Ceilings are approximately 50 foot high. Lighting is ambient, so slightly less than what I would prefer. AC works WELL! So much better than the 100°+ outside...

My favorite Gym ever in my life, so far! I love all the amenities this fitness center has and their organization. I have 3 kids and a spouse. We all come here and enjoy it. I was really happy with the customer service I received from every employee. Unfortunately, I stopped my membership because this location was too far from my home. I specifically like this gym in comparison to the one in Dallas because there was more to it and it was extremely clean. Plus the pricing for me and my family was better. I highly recommend starting your fitness journey here or continue your fitness at this location. I loved it!

This place needs to stop having so many private lessons taking up all the courts. Also teach the kids discipline instead of them yelling for every single second, which distracts the other players so much. Overall not a pleasant experience at all.

As an out of towner and if price doesn't matter, this place is pretty fantastic.

Great indoor courts. Restrooms have razors and all the amenities of a super facility. Outdoor courts are well maintained. I didn't use the gym as a guest but the courts are superb. My friend mentioned the fees for the courts and the gym, and well, it isn't for the faint at heart.

My review is based on the facility, not the price.

Good place to workout. It says that it is a platinum club but the amenities do not correlate with that. Examples of the locket room. Towels are small and very thin, no razors, or q tips, generic soap in showers. Towels are always in short supply in the mornings. Weight area is not always the cleanest and is not laid out very well compared to other Lifetimes. I go between Flower Mound, Alliance, and Plano Lifetimes due to where i am working and live. I just compare all three and Plano is laid out in a way that is very awkward, esp when there are a lot of people there; which is often. I have been a member at Lifetime for 4 years now. It is shocking the amount of women meatheads that workout there. There are just nuances in each one i go to. All different but overall they are all a great place to exercise.

Had so much fun here last Thursday for our work outing! One of our sales reps helped a sales director for the facility & she gave us a great price for 2-court reservation for our office.

The facilities are clean, spacious, the entire staff is friendly, and overall it’s a great place to build team camaraderie and enjoy yourself.

I’m already a lifetime platinum member, but I’d be lying if I said Puhnam didn’t almost convince me to upgrade to Diamond... who knows, maybe I’ll do it soon!
