I also want to call out Quinton, Brooke, and Tien. They were all incredible and knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile for my wife and I. Lift House was a key part of my fitness journey - I would not be where I am today without them.

Honestly I have never seen a better gym at my work place than this gym. I’m so incredibly impressed with the selection of machines, weights, locker room and more. It’s also incredibly clean and the locker room has ample lockers and clean showers! If I could give lift house fitness more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Well done!

I’ve really enjoyed training at Lift House Fitness. The small class sizes create a supportive, tight-knit environment where you get personal attention without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve taken classes with both Tien and Matt, and both are fantastic coaches. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at pushing you to improve without ever making it intimidating. Whether you’re newer to lifting or more experienced, they meet you where you are and help you progress. I highly recommend Lift House if you’re looking for quality coaching and a great community.

Highly recommend! I love the classes, the space, and the trainers (I know Quinton and Tien the best so far). They focus on slow and controlled movements. It's a very supportive environment. Clean and not noisy or crowded. The exercises that they come up with are super creative and keep hitting muscles I've never had be sore before. It's a great gym with great staff and a great environment.

I love Lift House!! I’ve been working out here for about two years now. I love that they have small group classes that cap at 8 people and that they have two locations. All of the trainers are amazing. They plan the best, most effective work outs. I’ve gotten much stronger since joining. Thank you Lift House!

Lift House is my favorite place to train. The community is super welcoming and motivating, but what really makes it for me are the trainers. Tien, Matt, David, and Logan are all amazing in their own way. Their classes are challenging but fun, and they really pay attention to form and making sure you’re doing things safely. I’ve gotten so much stronger since starting here and always feel supported. Can’t recommend it enough!

Lift House has created a friendly, streamlined and focused atmosphere to reach my fitness goals. I came in to training with a lot of limitations due to past injuries. Matt Larson used his knowledge in biomechanics to help restore my gait, decrease muscle atrophy and increase mobility. My trainer Brooke Sharp is excellent in building programs that consistently push me and keep my body safe from injury. She can intuit where my body needs to go, while keeping me moving and focused. I am seeing results and feeling stronger than ever. I’ve learned it’s never too late to invest in myself! Getting a trainer to support me through this process, remain consistent and hold me accountable has been invaluable.

I work with Brooke Sharp who is a fantastic trainer. She's great at targeting muscles holistically. I have some long standing trauma from an accident and she's great about going the pace needed to not cause more damage.
With a trainer, you get access to the gym which is well stocked with machines and equipment. It's always clean, never loud, and always has great energy.
The group classes can be purchased in packs and are super affordable.

Love going here on Saturdays… It is so quiet and peaceful… They have every piece of equipment you could possibly need and zero crowds!!
Always super clean which is a huge perk.
The huge windows allow for natural light everywhere, making it very inviting with great views of downtown Dallas . If you want a great workout in a chill environment this is your spot!

This is the BEST GYM! This is the kind of place where the instructor is your friend, but also will constantly challenge you to be your best. Whatever level of fitness you’re at, the workout routine will work for you. When I first started here a year ago, I hadn’t worked out in years, but was in the same class as a recent marathon finisher.

Lift House is my favorite studio! This location is spacious and super clean. There are so many different equipment options (barbells, kettlebells, machines and even climbers) that you’ll never get bored in class. Ryan, Tyler and Steve are the most knowledgeable trainers I’ve ever worked with - you won’t be disappointed by taking a class here!

Simply put - this is the gym experience in Dallas. I’m consistently working out for the first time in a decade.
The trainers are experts in total health and utilize an array of styles to motivate me to reach my goals. They incorporate new equipment and exercises to keep class interesting.
