About the Club

Lift House Fitness in Dallas, Texas provides a positive community where individuals can accomplish their fitness goals through integrated weight lifting and group classes. Our philosophy promotes “lifting with purpose” which means we focus on the purpose and concentration of weight lifting and not necessarily the amount of weight. We believe this philosophy promotes a positive and encouraging environment that will help our clients build muscle, lose weight, and empower themselves. Each class is also accompanied by a secondary form coach to guide you through the larger classes and to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. A really great gym. The attitude is fun and encouraging. Ryan is the best trainer I’ve ever had hands down. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology and nutrition is superb. He understands and teaches how to train for strength, for size, for athleticism, and he tailors the training based on age and needs, longevity and flexibility. It’s been a blast working with him and being a part of the community there with Tyler and the other trainers.

David Case has been amazing but ALL the trainers are great! I have been working / training with David over a year, twice a week and the benefits physically and mentally have been noticeable. I have been working with Tyler Dickey at Lift House for a few weeks now. The facility is always clean , the womens locker room was very thought out. There are always hair ties in case you forgot yours, deodorant spray , etc. I am super pleased with this gym and the training!

I've trained at many top notch Dallas area gyms, but Lift House is my favorite by a long shot. It is always clean, never crowded - and they have all the latest equipment you could possibly need. Truly feels like a family run business, and they treat you like such. Definitely recommend this place!
In the past, I used to pay for a gym (and had access to a free gym at work) that I rarely went to. I realized I needed a personal trainer or someone to workout with for accountability.

The classes are structured to set your ‘pace’ and ‘level of intensity’, so this place is for everyone (beginner/intermediate/advanced) who wants to challenge themselves each time. There are 1 or more trainers per class and a very small group.

Everyone at Lift House is super friendly, helpful, and patient. You will get the level of attention you want or need. Shoutout to Tyler and Kendall for helping me push through workouts and making me feel more confident in my form.

I love going to Lift House! I know I am going to get a great workout in every time. The intensity is kept high throughout the entire class which I really enjoy. The coaches are so nice and patient, and they have both an instructor and a form coach in each class to make sure you’re doing the moves correctly. The studio itself has great equipment and facilities. The showers are super nice and they have towels and other toiletries for you to use. They really thought of everything. You NEED to try this class out!

Been going there since they opened and can't say enough good things! The trainers are friendly and helpful, the facilities are well maintained, and the classes are tough but fun. I like there are 2 people helping with form and weight selection during group classes. I usually go early in the morning before work, so I use the showers and locker room, and it's always clean with amenities available. I have done all types of group fitness classes, from HIIT classes at Equinox and Larry North, to bootcamps, to boutique gyms (tread fit/Alpha Project), and I prefer Lift House because they offer different class formats, and within the formats, they constantly change up the exercises.

Love coming to this gym! I can get the high heart rate and calorie burn of a HIIT class, while lifting heavier weights than in a normal group fitness class with a form coach there to help! Plus, rotating through the different stations and exercises makes the class go by so quickly. I can really push myself knowing it will quickly be over. Glad I found this gym.
