Absolutely love the energy Caro has in the studio. She has expectations for me based on my goals I shared with her my first day and she ensures I meet them by holding me accountable. She motivates in the moments I need it during our workouts. She provides personal training to challenge you and also modifies the workouts when you need it. Great studio with a good vibes and an awesome coach who has a passion for what she does! I PERSONALLY feel intimated at the gym and well i hate waiting for some machines but if you're looking to get a good workout in that focuses on different areas I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed..
