Absolutely love working out at Lindsay Kay! All the trainers care so much about your lifting progress and it’s nice to have someone to push you into lifting heavier than you ever thought you could! Also love that there’s no cardio 😅 12/10 recommend to everyone!

I hit a plateau in my fitness journey, and a friend suggested weightlifting. I walked in not knowing what to expect—and walked out feeling like I’d just met the dream team. Turns out, there are two Lindseys, and they know exactly what they’re doing.
They teach proper form, adjust your weights (sometimes sneakily!), and push you toward your goals. They know when to increase reps, when to add weight, and how to keep you motivated. Honestly, I didn’t even realize I was training to be the next female Olympian.
The community of women at this gym is incredibly kind, supportive, and fun. I used to dread lifting weights because I never knew what I was doing or how to stay consistent. Now, I look forward to every session and feel stronger each week.

I started with Lindsey in February after finding her on a local Moms page, and 6 months later I’m still going strong (pun intended!). Such a supportive and welcoming environment for someone that has really never done weight lifting like this before. It’s awesome to celebrate milestones with the group and see my improvement. I’ve been going to Lindsey Kay Fitness for 8 months now and absolutely love it! I’ve been amazed at how much stronger I’ve become in such a short time. The women’s-only environment feels so welcoming and supportive, and having free childcare included is an amazing bonus. Lindsey is incredible and she really knows her stuff and has the perfect balance of encouragement and challenge. I’m so grateful I found this gym, it’s truly the best!

This is my happy place! Lindsey is amazing and I look forward to working out with her and the other ladies of my group!
I’d been strength training on my own for a year, but hit a plateau. A friend posted about training with Lindsey, and I signed up! In 3 months I have had more results than a year of training on my own.
We do small group training and rotate with Lindsey, so the best part is that we all get to visit and have encourage each other.
We are all different levels from beginner to more advanced, so it doesn’t matter your skill or strength level. It’s wonderful to be able to train at a gym full of wonderful women.
A huge bonus is that she also has childcare. During certain times she has an incredible teacher for the kids (all ages). If the teacher isn’t there, I can still bring my kiddos and they have an area to play with toys or sit and play games. I can bring them with me, which is such a rare find.
I love training with Lindsey and I am so glad to be a part of her community!

Signed up to learn proper form for lifting as I have a previous shoulder/neck injury and wanted to start back up safely. Loved how she paid close attention to show me adjustments, even minor ones, to protect my back/neck. And the best part- all female!

I’ve been training at Lindsey Kay Fitness since September and am so glad I took that step to get started! I have regained so much strength and am rebuilding what I lost after shoulder surgery several years ago in a fun and safe environment. I highly recommend especially if you don’t know where or how to start on a fitness journey. Lindsey takes care of it all!

I've been going to Lindsey since last March. I'm a mom of two and currently pregnant with another. Lindsey's knowledge of moms bodies and things such as diastasis recti is rare and makes such a huge difference. Being physically strong while pregnant is also VERY nice too.

I have been here for about 4 months now and I love it! The gym is so cute, always clean and ready to workout in. They have an awesome childcare room so moms who want to workout can bring their kids too.
Lindsey takes the time to show you proper form, keeps track of your progress, cheers you on constantly and creates personal workouts for you every time you come in.

Lindsey is awesome! She makes sure that we are lifting with the correct form and increases weight gradually. Being a little older (just turned 50) I was concerned with getting too sore. I have not had any problems with that at all! I also enjoy the small class size and Lindsey’s fun personality. It is always super fun to get to hang out with the other ladies. I have been lifting for about 6 weeks and already feel stronger!!

Perfect combination of childcare and fitness. No gym-intimidation, female empowerment, and educational childcare all in one! It's so easy to swing by with the littles in-hand. Lindsey has created an incredibly safe gym where you can come as you are and leave a better version of yourself. SO excited to continue training and I know my kids can't wait to come back too!
