My wife has been training with Robyn, complimenting her, and I finally went and had my first class this morning. It is a nice, clean, good vibes studio, and Robyn was amazing. She instructed me so I understood what to do, and I felt safe. Really interesting to feel muscles in your body work, that you were not aware of before. Thank you Robyn.
