Did a private party with these ladies and attend regular aerial yoga classes. My birthday event with them was a huge hit! Everyone had a blast and it was so fun to share with my friends and family something I love doing! If you are looking for a fun new hobby I would highly recommend giving them a try!!

My experience go all the way back to the early 2000s. Patty has been a yogic light in this town forever. LDY is what I believe to be her reward for commitment to her passion. The space is gorgeous, inviting, and peaceful. As I have wandered in and out of class practice, Patty and her growing staff remain a constant. I leave every class feeling better than when I entered.

I love taking classes at Lizard Dreaming Yoga. I like all types of classes there: Hot Yoga, Antigravity Restorative or Aerial, Soft and Slow, and am looking forward to taking Pilates. I have had a private with Debra and look forward to a class situation. I think Patty Williamson is one of the most informative and inspirational Yoga instructors around. The entire staff shares her positive, enthusiastic vibe.
