Jerell is hands down the best trainer that I’ve worked with. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his craft. He also customizes your workouts to your fitness level, but still challenges you to ensure progress. I highly recommend Jerell to anyone looking for a trainer!

Jerell is a great trainer I took my son there for boxing classes and he loves it he got challenged and is more confident. I go to his boot camp and had a great time, I still consult with LMSL about my diet and get advice about my knee injury. Jerell adds a personal touch because you can tell he cares about his clients. I would recommend anyone who needs that extra motivation from a trainer who really has his clients health and well-being as his top priority.

Jerell is an amazing trainer! I have been going to him for a while. I play tennis for my cardio but needed to get my strength training in and Jerell has really helped me with that. He can work with all kinds of clients. He has trained me, my husband and our daughter. I highly recommend him. He can customize the workout to your needs. I go to him for strength training and my husband boxes with him. Jerell is a great trainer for everyone!!

I worked with Jerell for nearly 2 years, without a doubt he is the best personal trainer I have worked with. In order to achieve my goals and accommodate my hectic schedule Jerell was able to adapt to train at a time that suited me.
Jerell is able to get the best out of you and helps drive your overall fitness, regardless of your goals. He is able to do what every other trainer hasn’t and get me appreciably fitter and more flexible. His methods work. If you are prepared to put in half as much effort as he does, you’ll see the results.

I love the boot camps. Even being pregnant, I had a great time. Jerell had modifications and i still got a great sweat. He is really passionate about his company and clients. He will push you and help you get to the goals you have.
