I can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio! The instructors are wonderful—supportive, knowledgeable, and so encouraging. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a true sense of community that makes you feel right at home. This was my very first experience with yoga, and I loved it so much that I became a member right away. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or more experienced!

I HIGHLY recommend Lost Lotus Yoga for both the yoga classes offered as well as their Yoga Teacher Training program. I’ve been doing yoga off and on for a few years, but only about 6 months ago recommitted myself to it and started attending classes here with Natasha (the owner) each week. The community that she has fostered at Lost Lotus is truly special and unlike any yoga studio I’ve ever attended. You will absolutely leave any of her classes feeling more connected to yourself and your community while also having deepened your yoga practice. I also made the decision to join her teacher training program and am so glad I did. It was incredibly well-organized and lead with so much heart by Natasha and Lead Teacher Allison. YTT was not only transformative for my yoga practice, but also for me as a person. I emerged feeling prepared to step into teaching and more empowered in my personal life. I can’t recommend Natasha and this studio enough!

My Yoga Teacher Training experience was amazing and very heartwarming. I enrolled in the class specially to learn how to sequence my flows.

By the end of the class I was able to comfortably sequence my flows and expand my practice in ways I never thought would be possible.
The class was very intimate, which allowed me to be more comfortable and confident on my mat throughout the training.

I highly recommend the Lost Lotus YTT Program or any other great yoga classes you are seeking for your practice. You are in good hands with the lovely teachers at Lost Lotus. The best yoga studio in town!

Lost Lotus stands out as my absolute favorite yoga studio. I even completed my yoga teacher training here. The Lost Lotus 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently lead yoga classes. More than that, it offers a journey to deepen your personal yoga practice. Over 11 weeks, practicing meditation, yoga, and mindfulness proved to be extremely beneficial. It cultivated a mindset of acceptance and compassion over competition, bringing peace to both my yoga practice and daily life. It also led to wonderful friendships. The small group setting, limited to six participants, made the training exceptionally personal. I am so grateful to Natasha and Allison for the amazing experience they created.

I’ve been to a few Sunday classes with Natasha and here are my honest takeaways:
-The studio itself feels like a home as soon as you step into it; small space that feels very personal and intimate, a separate room that is kept cool in case you get too warm and a small kitchen space where tea is made :)
-Natasha is an amazing instructor, especially for someone who is just starting out with Yoga. She has made me fall in love with stretching and moving my body, even though I wasn’t sure about Yoga at first.
-The non-judgmental nature of this place and the people who frequent it is the main reason I keep going back. Everyone is so welcoming of all levels and it’s always such a beautiful experience!

Please do yourself a favor and book a session with Natasha, or any other instructor there. You will definitely not regret it!!

I first met Tasha at a pop-up and fell in love with her energy. She cares about her students- their progress and making yoga adaptive. She has a really great block flow- it’s hard but it challenges our misconception that the block is a sign of weakness vs a tool for strength. She’s super engaged with her students and keeps yoga interesting and fresh. Her studio has a great atmosphere- it feels personal and colorful- not the usual bare white walls of a studio.

Lost Lotus was easily the best yoga experience I’ve had! As a beginner it’s so easy to feel overwhelmed and intimidated when it comes to yoga but that was NOT the case at Lost Lotus. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in the space at Lost Lotus. The friendly, accepting, and overall good energy that radiates from Natasha the instructor and owner definitely adds to the experience you can expect from this studio, I can’t recommend it more!

This is a cozy, speakeasy style, studio tucked in the heights. The movement space and bathroom are separated by a sweet artist’s studio where people can lounge after class and chat with new friends. This would be a great place if you’re trying to impress someone on a date or someone from out of town. The owner is super sweet and knowledgeable as well. Would give more stars if I could. Oh and the yoga is great too 🫶

Lost Lotus Yoga is truly an amazing place. It's so different from your typical yoga studio that you would normally find in Houston. From the moment you pull up, you question if you are in the right place. As you walk up, there are small subtle signs that verify that you are indeed in the right spot as you slowly journey your way up the stairs and notice the door. You take off your shoes and get welcomed by the most amazing galactical being that is Natasha. From the layout to how cozy the space is, everything is well though out. The class itself leaves you wanting more and you instantly fall in love with the space. Everyone human being deserves a chance to stumble upon this gem cause you will never leave the same. Highly recommend this studio to anyone!

Lost Lotus is perfect for all yoga levels. The setting is so intimate with every attention to detail. My first time I was given a journal and tea after. I found myself staying at the space and I truly connected with both my friend I knew and some people in the yoga community I’d seen for years but never had the chance to formally meet. The space is truly a hidden gem in houston. It would be perfect for a private yoga party. Natasha the owner is one of the best teachers in Houston, she’s both powerful but also welcomes you to honor what you need; if you need to not take every Asana. I always leave her class feeling empowered and better than when I walked in.

Love this place! The studio itself is so cute and comfortable. I enjoy how the classes are smaller so the instructor is able to really help you. They definitely push you but you are rewarded with a soothing cold scented towel that they place over your eyes at the end of the practice. After you’re done there is no rush and you’re offered infused water or hot tea while you sit and chat or stretch out the stretching lol. Always coming back

My favorite thing about going to Lost Lotus is that it feels like a community and a safe space. I’ve gone to the yoga classes and two of the workshops and always leave feeling with a warm, fuzzy feeling and new friends. The yoga classes are set up to be 45 mins of hot flow followed by a guided meditation, journaling, and then tea at the end. The flow itself is accessible to those who aren’t seasoned yogis (this is where I bring my friends who are on the fence about yoga), but has enough spice to keep people who practice regularly engaged. I’ve gotten to know Natasha over time and she radiates kindness and makes everyone feel welcome. I go in and out of yoga phases so sometimes shy away from yoga studios, but Natasha has managed to create something that goes beyond solely a place to sweat. She’s created a place that, in many ways, feels like home.

I have been attending Natasha’s classes in Houston for 2 years. There is something extremely special and calming about her presence, aura and voice. Her classes are my absolute favorite because she has a way of putting me in such a calming state! I was so excited to learn she opened her own studio! She truly has created a magical and therapeutic space that offers more than yoga. She has incorporated so many personal touches to her immaculately and thoughtfully designed studio- my particular favorite, are the eucalyptus towels she drapes on your face after class! After class we enjoy ginger tea and sit in her “Artist Room” where art from local Houston artists fills the walls and chat about life. I have met so many new amazing people there! From the moment you step in her studio you can just feel the love, attention and detail that goes into each class-straight down to every song on her playlist! Plus her line of crop tops and sweaters are so comfortable and such amazing quality! Definitely check it out!

THE BEST YOGA STUDIO EVER IN HOUSTON, TX! It’s a great intimate studio especially if you’re an introvert like me. You get to meet new people, but you don’t feel overwhelmed or anxious because it’s not a big studio with tons of people. Natasha is a wonderful and excellent yoga teacher. I attended Lost Lotus on Sunday and was blown away! I was hesitant bc I just had a baby 3 months ago & hadn’t been very active but our teacher Natasha made me feel completely comfortable, made modifications for certain poses & it was exactly what I needed! The studio is right in middle of the heights & has a boutique bohemian vibe, perfect for yoga & meditation! I would say the classes here are are for all levels bc the instructor offered modifications for different poses if you needed them. There was even time at the end to reflect & meditate (which I totally needed being a new mom). We were even offered delicious tea/coffee at the end of class! I will definitely be back to Lost Lotus bc it was more than just a class, it was an experience and a great way to start my week!

Man coming into this yoga session I truly felt lost. I felt uncentered.

What Natasha exceeds at is creating a well balanced yoga practice that goes well beyond just a workout and getting flexible. She also takes in consideration your inner mind and energy. Keep in mind I’m not a very spiritual yogi I love being physically challenged and I love breath work/meditation. But truly after the session I felt centered and rejuvenated.

Natasha has a blend of a mediation ,movement and breath work and also incorporates journaling. She is the most optimistic person I’ve ever met it’s kinda crazy because I’m the opposite lol.

But definitely come check her out it’s well worth it !

Also pro tip. It’s located in the giant house just walk in and go upstairs lol
