My daughter has been at Loves since she was 3 years old. She’s 7 now and in Level 2 (competitive gymnastics). She absolutely loves it! Leanna and Annabel are great coaches, she adores them. They do such a great job with the girls, coaching them as well as being encouraging. My daughter is upset if she even has to miss 1 day of practice! She just loves it that much. We do miss Ms. Val at the front desk but Faith has been great, she’s always smiling and willing to help with any questions you may have. My daughter is turning into a great athlete and teammate and I love that for her.

Terrible terrible terrible. The manager is rude and doesn’t understand when parents go through hardships. I do think they are trying to get as much money out of you and just packing all their classes to the max. Steer clear. One time I was late on a payment and they want to charge $25 and then they said “oh no we dont courtesy call because theres too many people to worry about calling one person. You dont check your emails?”
Look I’m in the customer service industry and can understand when someone is going through a hardship that ever once in a while someone needs help. It’s ok to be a human being every once in a while and sympathize with people who are doing business with you.

My daughter was here she was 3 years old at the time. It was horrible. They had them in a room where you couldn’t see them only had a camera with the worst quality no color and terrible angle so you couldn’t really see your kid on the tv they had. It also smelled horrible and the overall cleanliness was horrible. It was expensive and my daughter barely got any attention to help her learn. I wish I could remember the coach’s name but it’s as if they struggled to teach the kids.

I thought about giving Love 2-stars, but ultimately settled on 1. Coach Brenda is amazing and is the sole reason we stayed at the gym as long as we did. The owners of the gym are clueless and only focus on their daughter. The bullying and mean girl culture at this gym is concerning. It’s tough to spend money with a business only to find out your daughter is getting bullied at nearly every practice. We mentioned it dozens of times and nothing ever changed. They have horrible leadership at this gym! If you want your child to get bullied this is the spot

The owners keep the gym at 75 to 79 degrees at all times even if the temperature is over 100 and it’s always super unpleasant to come in and feel so hot. The class rooms have their own ac they have turned off so a minute or two before class they turn it on. Owners need to address this, asap! They make thousands of dollars it’s not like they can’t afford to pay for the AC bill. I highly recommend you search for another place unless you want to be super uncomfortable. Oh and to top it off the gym is super dirty, they need to hire cleaning people. It’s embarrassing how much they charge for dirty facilities and broken AC.

Coaches have always taken great care of my kids here and now one of them has grown up to be one of their coaches.
When my daughter competed for another gym, it got to be like walking into an ER. So many kids were taped, splinted, and wrapped up. Here, they're bouncing, turning, etc with smiles on their faces.

We have been at this gym for a year now. It’s so amazing watching my daughter progress so much! She was in gymnastics for years doing wrong form and she came to Loves and the coaches fixed her form and she she just looks so clean as a gymnast now. If you want amazing coaching done the correct way this is the gym for you. They truly care about their gymnast and their success. We feel so blessed to have found this gym and be apart of it.

My four year old daughter loved this gym until she got moved to the 5 to 7 class with the new instructor.
The transition was scary.
Too much yelling and not enough teaching. These are little girls who love to have fun with their friends, not be yelled at to get on a balance beam that they've never been on before.
2 out of girls cried and were told to go outside and cry to your mom.
We have pulled our daughter from this gym and sent an email to the owners about all of the little girls that went home crying because they’re scared.

No return email or call.

Parents please don’t drop off your child because you don’t know how they’re being treated.

I was on the x-cel team and the training was great but their was to much drama.when I had to leave I was very sad but the coach I worked with was very rude because when I had first got on the x-cel team I started out on bronze.when it was time to learn my round off backhand spring to move up to silver my coach did not let my practice, so my grandmother had to ask her if I could practice with silver so I could practice more. She agreed.so one day I was practicing and I heard her spreading rumors to other coaches and it did not make me feel good . It made me feel like I was a bad gymnast because I started late.i don’t recommend this gym at all if you don’t want your kids felling like me .

Love Gymnastics was okay when my daughter was at an younger age. After a while she wasn't able to progress due to the bigger classes and not being able to focus on the small things she needed to level up. At the lower levels it seemed the coaches had more focus and really catered to each girls needs in the class. Also, there was a point where my card had been changed, but I didn't realize it wasn't updated. Several months went by where I wasn't notified, yet they let my daughter continue pr tice without saying anything until one day calling it and having my daughter step out. It was no problem, so we paid it. NThe pandemic started next and we were cut off mid month, so they stated we would be able to get a discounted month. Personally we were not ready to come back until it was over and that was when we were told it was a limited time that we could receive any time back for what was already paid. . Overall this has been a sub par experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I would use another gym. This one has staff that has little to no experience on how to manage children, promote professional behavior towards the public, and exercise kindness within the facility. This is an extremely unprofessional facility where I have witnessed employees bad-mouthing parents, being rude to parents over the phone, and feel the freedom to treat children and parents poorly. (Yelling at them, not practicing effective child management skills, and speaking ugly about their parents in front of them).
The owner is disconnected between how his staff is projecting the overall image of his gym. We are members of another gym in addition to this one, and that facility actually PROMOTES kindness, communication, and highly professional behavior within its staff and towards its members. It’s sad to see the comparison and how differentiated the two are.
It is my hope that the owner will realize one day how the poor and unprofessional behavior of some of his employees will eventually hurt his business if it already hasn’t. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My 8 year old niece left the gym because of Coach Jasmine and the coach was still bad-mouthing my niece months later to the rest of the team. She has been reported in the past to the USAG but the owners refuse to get rid of Jasmine.
In addition, I withdrew my son from the parkour program because it was basically just play time when they weren’t just standing around. The good parkour coaches they had years ago left.
Avoid this gym unless you want to be miserable until your contract runs out.

I have to say that moving to Love Gymnastics was a wonderful choice for our family. Jasmine Berry has been particularly instrumental in the advancement and development of my two girls in the field of gymnastics. She has worked with them for over 3 years and has exhibited nothing but knowledgable, patient, committed, and serious coaching behavior. Gymnastics is a difficult sport, but she is able to adjust her coaching effectively for different age groups and specific gymnast challenges. She is one of the main reasons I would highly recommend this facility.

My daughter experienced one of the coaches punishing her for sticking her fingers in her mouth by taking his barefoot and rubbing it on her bare hand. She was embarrassed and humiliated. Not cool. So before you take your child there make sure that you find out what the procedures are. In my eyes who really cares if she sticks her fingers in her mouth. They are her fingers and no one elses. Who is he to say that she can't. Very disappointing.
