I was offered a chance to do several sessions with Jacob for free as a mental health counselor. I thought that I was breathing fine, until I took the assessment. I was not breathing fine. Jacob helped me get to a place where a month later I had cut down my breathing issues to over half of what they were. I had some difficulty with follow through in the beginning due to life stressors, but Jacob was patient and helped me move forward. His information on how the nose worked was insightful and I have used that information with my own counseling clients. I have recommended him to some of my clients. I would 100% recommend him to anyone with the willingness to make some changes, change their breathing for the better, and reduce their stress.

I'm a believer in breath coaching. I've tried off and on for years to incorporate mindfulness into my daily life, but have been unsuccessful so far. Breathing exercises, however, are something I've been able to stick with. Jacob is a wonderful teacher and his presence throughout the process has been comforting to me. If you're working through chronic pain and stress, or if you just want to improve your wellbeing, make the wise choice and work with Jacob.

I really enjoy working with Jacob. He is kind and warm and has a calming presence. He is knowledgeable and able to present information in a digestible way. I was not exactly sure what to expect but I walked away more knowledgeable and woth a different perspective on breath work than I had going in. I would highly recommend.

My primary care doctor recommended I reach out to Lunar Health Coaching to learn different breathing techniques to improve my sleep, anxiety, and general well-being. I had an initial call with Jacob of Lunar Health Coaching and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the respiratory system and the science behind how we breathe.
I signed up for four 1-hour sessions that I had over the course of one month. In each session, I learned a ton about different breathing techniques (specifically focusing on the Buteyko Breathing Technique) and practiced breathing exercises. At the end of each session, Jacob gave weekly homework which consisted of daily exercises based on what we covered in the week's sessions. Sessions could be conducted virtually or in-person which worked well for my schedule.
At the end of one month, I noticed a drastic improvement in my breathing patterns, anxiety and allergies, I learned a lot, and had fun doing it! I highly recommend working with Lunar Health Coaching. I'll definitely be working with Jacob again for breathing and movement coaching!
