If I could give this gym 10 stars I would! My two sons have been with these amazing coaches for about 10 months. They teach from the ground up - discipline, respect, and best of all boxing fundamentals. The classes are full of cardio and strength! My kids are in amazing shape. One of the 8 week camps, they double dipped and played basketball as well. That was stressful on my part, but they outran, out hustled, and out played all the other kids and I knew it was from the conditioning they do at Lunas Boxing! I was surprised to know my 10 year old ran 3 miles one of his sessions! Heck I can barely run 3 miles without huffing and puffing. We started with the 8 week fundamentals camp with my eldest son and he's already been advanced to the elite group. My youngest son loves the challenge and will continue doing the fundamentals camp until Coach says he's ready. They spar at home and it's like watching a HBO fight how precise they are. The hand speed and movement from day one to now is remarkable. I can't believe how much they've changed. I love that there are a lot of different ages and skill levels, it allows all the boxers to get experience with better fighters. I'm extremely grateful for Coach Luna giving them an opportunity. We will be here for a while. If you ever get the opportunity to get in one of their classes don't miss your chance! I hope these fine gentleman are able to expand and help more and more people. This boxing gym is really great and the coach really takes his time teaching the kids the basics. Our kids went in not even knowing how to throw a punch and after the training program we saw a great improvement in all of their skills. I would really recommend!

My 9-year-old son has been attending Luna's Family Boxing, and I can't recommend it enough, especially for families looking for a supportive and effective environment. Their small class size enabled them to give personalized attention to the athletes. This has been great for my son's progress.

When he first started, he knew absolutely nothing about
boxing. Now, thanks to the dedicated coaches, he's grasped many of the basic movements and techniques. It's incredible to see how far he's come in 8 weeks.

Beyond the great instruction, my son enjoys going to every class because of his interactions with the coaches. They are able to connect with the kids, and make training fun and engaging. I also like how well they relate to me as a parent, always approachable and willing to discuss my son's progress.

My daughter is wrapping up her first 8 week class here and we have already set her up for the next upcoming class. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and involved in each student's progress. The small classes allow for more one on one/consistent training to make sure all students understand and have the support they need to succeed. My daughter has shown such determination and the discipline she has is amazing. Her self-esteem and confidence has grown these past few weeks and I owe it all to the coaches.
