Five stars barely scratch the surface when describing my friend D’Mitri. I first met him while looking for a personal trainer and ended up finding much more. He is part coach, trainer, scientist, comedian, and apparently part Cupid.

When I returned from the last of multiple overseas deployments, my body was worn down. My back, hips, and legs hurt constantly. D’Mitri spotted the issues right away and focused on posture, form, and body mechanics. Within weeks, I was regaining strength, mobility, and confidence.

His knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and performance is elite. What sets him apart is how he connects with people and builds accountability and character along the way.

Somewhere between squats and curls, D’Mitri became a groomsman after introducing me to the woman who is now my wonderful wife of fifteen years.

If I could, I would give LLT more than 5 stars. I've been training with coach John for about a year now and I've been blown away with how fantastic everything has been. I had never previously worked with a trainer before, so I had a lot of hesitation going into this. However, from day one, I've been met with unending enthusiasm, positivity, and elite coaching.

The gym itself is impeccably clean. Given that it's a private training facility, it's never crowded and you're not fighting for equipment like you would at a typical gym. Luxury Lifestyle is an awesome place. I’ve had several major surgeries over the past couple of years. That being said my body and work ethic have gotten sloppy. I was gifted some private 1 on 1 sessions with Patrick and he is great. Extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Yes I’m very tired and sore when I leave but definitely worth it. My body is slowly changing and getting back some of the strength I’ve lost. I give it 5 stars for a reason.
