Always seems to be clean. A good selection of workout equipment. Was renovated probably early 2022? and the meeting rooms are very nice. The Primrose Room has a kitchenette. I’m not sure what the other (Bluebonnet?) room has. They tend to provide towels but you may want to just bring your own towel from home. I believe a new workout facility is being built soon at Bar-K park area.

You can tack a gym membership onto your parks pass for 25$ every 6 months. Half cardio machines, 3 weight racks and usually 3-6 people there in the evenings. They keep it clean, and well air conditioned.

The gym is great but for us who work long days its nice to know you can work out late… until the LVPOA comes lurking around at 9:50 making sure everyone leaves. Wish the gym was 24/7 or just locks after midnight or something.

Nice rooms with great kitchens, very clean and private bathroom. But there was so much noise from the adjoining rooms, and people from the other rooms were continually interrupting our meeting by simple walking through or peeping their heads in curiously as to what we were doing, as well as housekeeper walking through multiple times.
