Not the easiest place to cancel with, even when you follow their process and pay the cancellation fee. I paid the fee, but they continued charging my card every month. Each time I had to call, explain the situation all over again, and wait for a refund. It’s frustrating and unnecessary — cancelling should be straightforward, not a recurring headache.

I followed them on Instagram and was considering joining. However, they post frequently about their childcare they offer and their posts usually contain children in them. I messaged the account, inquiring as to whether they have the parents’ permission to post the kids’ faces and they blocked me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This gym sucks I had my gym membership for a year and after a year I wasn’t going to be on a contract after trying to get a hold of Maria one of the owners she never replied to my text I went there to physically cancel after a year and they told me they don’t have anything on file after a whole year they charge me like almost 250 dollars I called Maria but she wasn’t able to help even being the owner I don’t recommend this gym they scam you they don’t update their system

Great atmosphere, all the basic stuff plus machines and cardio equipment. There's no unnecessary "fancy pants stuff.". Fun enclosed "porch area" out back, with motivation banners I enjoyed. Easy sign up. Easy phone connect for 24/7 access.

Great welcoming atmosphere, I’m a beginner and felt very comfortable. It has all the equipment I need with a friendly staff. I’ve used the day care twice and have had a good experience so far. They added an outdoor section which is neat. 10/10

Started the gym membership when they first opened a few years ago. I started watching the personal trainers to see how they were and the one that caught my attention was LUZ. I started training with her 3 months ago and love how attentive she is with her clients. Luz gives her clients undivided attention, she is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. I will continue to recommend her as a personal trainer.

The gym had limited equipment, I have started with this gym strictly due to it being so close to home.

Their front desk people are not professional or very helpful. No one seems to understand the barcode system for access. They have messed up my billing to the point where they created a secondary account which ultimately causes more issues as it seems to confuse they’re system.

Between the subpar equipment and poor customer experience this gym is grossly over priced. Once another gym is opened near by I’m sure many people will leave this gym.

I noticed a student sit outside the gyms tables in the hot sun to eat a pizza and an employee asked him to leave. Does it really bother them that a kid sat your hot metal chairs to enjoy a pizza. It shows a lot about your business.

Horrible Gym, rusted and un stable equipment. Every time i use one i dont know if thats the day ill be siting with God. every thing squeakys and rattles leaves my hands all red of rust. Theres no paper towles available ever if there is the dispenser never works same with there spray bottles. Equipment never clean by the person that leaves i guess its because it becomes a scavenger hunt when it comes to cleaning. How about the wieghts i seem to never find the pair every thing is misplaced/missing will have to match rubber plats with metal ones just to get a work out in.

Completely overpriced for the quality over equipment and workout available. There is not enough equipment for the amount of people that go. I asked how busy it gets at 5am and I was told by the woman at the front desk that it is pretty much empty, but of course she lied to get me to sign up. It is completely not worth it. Over priced!

Old equipment. Lat pull-down machine closest to the front entrance barely works and pulls weird. Only one flat bench press. I liked the outdoor area but that’s about it. Trainers have 3-5 people in one area the gym is already small as it is, one time me and buddy were going to do 5X5 on flat bb bench press and the trainer and there clients were using it to hold there phones and bags. While doing their circuit not even using the equipment.if you are a trainer I’d suggest being more aware of your surroundings and understanding there is only one bench in your gym DONT use it to put all your phones there. We did 3 different exercises before they were done. Overall there are better gyms that will give a better experience. Cancelled before my first month was even finished.

Tried this gym for maybe a month because it was close to the house.

Half of the equipment is second hand from other gyms and in poor condition. Half the time I tried to use the gym my key fob wouldn’t work on the door.

Tried calling multiple times/days during normal work hours with no answer. Finally was able to catch them at work and explained that I wanted to cancel because I couldn’t even get in the door. They accepted the cancellation and took my key fob. Then continued to charge me for a gym membership.

The cleanest gym I have ever been to which is something I always look for. The staff is super friendly and professional. When I didn’t know to workout a machine one of the owners came and helped me and gave me some advise on how to do the workout. I feel comfortable and welcome every time I go workout. I love the vibe and the music is always on point. I love it!

It's alright, the girl trainers seem to be very clicky and judgey, if you aren't in their little gang they won't talk to you they'll barley even help you.

And they are always playing the same music.

They have good equipment and a nice place but the atmosphere they have kills it.

Imagine being trained by a personal trainer who has 3 inch long nails and fake everything and just sits there on her phone taking selfies telling you what to do while her whole body is fake lol most of the trainers are this way except one of the trainers
