Lyon Fitness is training specifically designed for you. Howard Morrow is the owner and personal trainer. Howard has 10 plus years of sports performance training, group training and personal training. Howard is also a former athlete who attended Texas A&M and played Receiver from 2005-2010.

Howard Morrow is the best trainer, motivator and inspiration. I am not the person that exercise. All that change when I went to my doctor’s appointment. My blood sugar level was 271 hard to process. My doc advised me go down hallway need lab work to see my levels for the past 3 months. A few days later I found out my A1C levels 9 and glucose for 3 months 241. I went home trying to figure out what to do. I called him and he was right there for me. He said we will work out together ask my levels. He gave me a lot of good advise on how to change my diet. I started working out and eating healthy. I went to the doctor Friday. This is 6 weeks later. The dr said will retest my A1C at the end of August. And he wants my glucose at 150. I kept a record of my glucose has been 130 and lower for 2 weeks. He has been my angel. Completely changed my life. Thank you so much. He has a God given gift as a trainer. Allow him to transform your life. He is the best.

Worked with Howard after having tummy tuck surgery. I knew coming back after would be hard and I wanted to make sure I could get back to fitness as fast as I could but safely. I started with him 6 weeks after surgery and by week six I was able to do almost any Olympic lift and all movements like burpees and toes to bar! His knowledge is impecable and he’s very motivating. You won’t regret giving him a chance.
