Matt is THE best trainer! He’s compassionate about what he does & understands what you can & can’t do. I’m disabled & had Matt train me a few months. He was extremely polite & enthusiastic! He encouraged me to do the best I could & gave me compliments when I didn’t even think I deserved them. He explained each exercise & what it does & there were times i couldn’t believe i was able to do what I did! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to continue due to my Dr putting his foot down stating I must stop (I have a progressive disease of the autonomic nervous system and more specifically, the sympathetic nervous system in my left leg & foot - CRPS type II) I truly gave it my all, but my disease won. Matt was so understanding & I hated not to get to see his smiling face & receive his encouragement each week. If I was in good health, I’d still have Matt as my trainer to this day! I wouldn’t want anyone else. I can say you will not regret choosing Matt. He’s simply THE BEST!

I hired Matt to train me for a summer and come up with some exercises specifically designed to help me boost my skating career. He proved to be not only knowledgeable, but really creative as well and made some very well rounded regimens. He also gave me a lot of really great ideas going forward. I also observed how he trained his clients who are new to exercise and he seems to make great progress with them and handles people exceptionally well. Highly recommend!

I have worked with Mathew for several months now. He is not only very knowledgeable of his craft but also very dependable. I have shoulder issues and he has done a great job of creating me workout programs that do not cause me shoulder pain. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
