I love MAD! My favorite thing about MAD (besides the amazing workout!) is the community at this gym. Oak Cliff is such a wonderful corner of Dallas, and the neighbors and friends who come to
MAD are the best. I’ve met so many new friends and I genuinely look forward to seeing them at the workouts and at the community events. Plus, nothing gets me out of bed and into my workout clothes more than knowing Alan will be there with his great playlists and fun vibes!!

Loved my experience at MADabolic – Bishop Arts! The circuit workouts had great intensity variety, and Coach Alan was super professional—motivating, clear with instructions, and really engaged with everyone. The gym was spotless and well-equipped. The workouts are challenging yet adaptable, designed to boost strength, reduce body fat, and support lean muscle growth. The 50-minute classes, held seven days a week, consist of five movements based on specific work-to-rest ratios. This place stands out due to its focus on functional strength, using kettlebells and dumbbells to build strength slowly over time with proper form.
What truly sets MADabolic apart is the exceptional quality of its trainers. Among them, Alan is the best. The trainers here focus on actually training you, not just counting down time; they provide excellent tips on form and execution. They genuinely care about keeping everyone safe while pushing each person’s potential, and they never correct anyone with a harsh tone.
I’ve been a member for a while now, and I’ve seen incredible results. Compared to other HIIT gyms that offer a "one size fits all" workout, MADabolic provides a more intimate setting where trainers give you 1:1 attention to help with form. The workouts vary, so you never get bored, and the community is incredibly supportive. Plus, the gym is always spotless—so clean and organized.
If you're looking for a gym that offers structured, strength-focused workouts with top-notch trainers, MADabolic is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. MADabolics has truly transformed my life and lifestyle. Not just physically but mentally. I have gained so much knowledge with my forms and excercises and overall performance. People in my life see my physical transformation and that is a win if you ask me!!!!! Great place for all types of fitness levels. I got the founding membership and let me tell you it was worth the wait!! All the trainers are not only professional, they take care of you and make you feel they got you and are focus on you!!! Big shout out to "Moose" Mathew for always being motivational during class, good dedication to the class group is superb!!! I’ve done a lot of different fitness classes and joined a bunch of gyms. MADabolic really surprised me with the level of professionalism, variety, and efficiency. The programming has a lot of science behind it but for the members it translates to just show up and trust the process. The gym is spotless, the staff is terrific, and the price for what you get is very reasonable. I was so tired of my old routine and needed something to get me out of the rut and this has been terrific. I highly recommend it for all levels of fitness and especially if you aren’t sure what to do at the gym. Let them take the guesswork out of it.

As a longtime powerlifter and someone who’s been generally resistant to “group workout” classes, Madabolic has been awesome. Being able to get that cardio work in day in and day out, while maintaining a strength focus, already has me in better shape after a couple months. I appreciate the workouts staying fresh every day, and while all the trainers have been great, Moose giving me something to improve on every workout.
