Magnum Force TKD is just awesome.

My daughter has been attending the Magnum Force TKD for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Master Kaufman and his team of instructors are incredibly patient, skilled, and truly dedicated to the kids’ growth—not just in taekwondo , but in confidence, discipline, and respect.

The environment is welcoming and supportive, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about every student. My daughter looks forward to every class and has grown so much, both physically and mentally, since she started.

Highly recommend this dojo to any parent looking for a place that teaches more than just kicks and punches—it builds character!

When my kids were younger, we wanted to get them into martial arts; primarily because I wanted both my son and 2 daughters to have self-confidence and self-discipline/self-control on top of also being able to defend themselves if any situation like that came up for them. It seems martial arts schools are as plentiful as nail salons these days, and making the decision on which one is the right one, no doubt can fill parents with a lot of confusion. After all, you don't want to make a bad decision when you're already investing so much time and money as a family. And you may not realize that most of the schools out there are what are commonly referred to as "belt" schools, focused on promoting students too fast - which can result in giving them a false sense of achievement (though you wouldn't realize this until you're heavily invested already); oh, and they're focused on winning tournaments and tournaments only, because that's how they get notoriety and recognition and maintain financial success. Nothing wrong with that, if that's what you're looking for (spend a couple years going from white belt to black belt and then moving on with life events).

But if you're looking for real skill development and achievement, and you're willing to invest the time and effort required to see your child gain real mastery of body, mind, and self-defense (...or better yet, yourself even (my kids, wife and I all participated for 7 years, nearly achieving black belt for all of us and for my son, beyond black) - then, look no further than Joe Kaufmann's school here at Magnum Force TKD. It's money, time, and skill development - very well and wisely invested.

Myself and my two son’s trained with Master Kaufman for over 8 years. All of three of us achieved black belts and extensive experience in Olympic style competitions. My oldest son, who
Is now 16 years old started here first at the age of 7, after I discovered his previous TKD school was not teaching proper technique or enforcing a disciplined state of mind. It was more like a day care than a martial arts school. Having previous Martial Arts experience in my youth and watching him grow stronger, have better discipline, and so much fun, I joined shortly after rediscovering my own passion with martial arts. My younger son joined as soon as he was old enough as well. We grew closer as a family, I became an assistant instructor/AAU Coach, and it set the groundwork for my children’s future success’s in life. Both my sons are active athletes in and academically accomplished in school. If you want true discipline, full range martial arts, and the ability to actually defend yourself, then this is the school for you!

Excellent school with excellent instructor. Master K philosophy is to teach and train the students to the highest level. Perfection is key and the discipline that comes with it is a must. The talent and experience that Master K possesses over 40 years is his ability to pass it on to his students. Experienced or new students are taught to learn the right way and not just give out rank. I’m glad I discovered a true Champion in the art and thrilled to be part of it. I’m an older student and with Master K teachings I have been able to participate and win TKD tournaments. Great school to earn your rank and not be given anything without the necessary training. We earn our belts and we can display our talent. Master K is all about teaching the right way and that our students are successful. The discipline, experience and care are true values that we are able to learn as we train in the art. Master K is a well respected artist in the world of Martial Arts. At my age I’m still thrilled to be part of his training and I’m looking forward to recovering my black belt in the future. My daughter has been learning Tae Kwon Do from Master Kaufman for over a year and a half. He is very dedicated, highly disciplined and focused. My son joined magnum force TKD 3 years ago and my daughter has been coming here for about 8 months . Master Kaufman is the most sincere teacher I have ever seen. I tried couple of taekwondo academy and found magnum force best among them all.
We love the courage, respect , technique and discipline in Master Kaufman teachings. kids are given lots of attention to make sure they understand the drills and do them correctly. I love how master Kaufman encourage the children and boost their confidence. We love the taekwondo experience. Taekwondo leads to better fitness, self-discipline, and promotes self-confidence. Classes are well structured, and Master Kaufman provides a wonderful character development program through Taekwondo. Master Kaufman is a great role model for his students! This is the best TKD school I have seen till now ! Master Kaufman teaches not only the techniques and TKD skills but also trains the students how to be stronger, self motivated and disciplined.
He takes extra effort and gives 200% to each and every child of his class.

My daughter attended Magnum Force TKD from 8 years old until she was 18.
Master Kaufman is an extraordinary teacher who stresses discipline, mental focus and self-control.
If you are looking to be "given" a black belt (like some schools do) this is not the place. But if you want to be part of a great school, learn to be a well-rounded Martial Artist, learn confidence, discipline and the value of teamwork...then this is the place!

Magnum Force TKD is a great school. At this school, students are pushed to their limits and beyond. The instructor is very supportive and kind and makes sure that every student is learning and understanding the material. The school not only teaches students about olympic style taekwondo, but teaches students about a wide variety of skills including things along the lines of Hapkido, self-defense, one-steps, forms, weapons, and more. It also teaches students moral values like discipline and responsibility.

I had my son and daughter in Magnum Force TKD my son placed third in State my daughter placed first in state 2011. Soon after that they went to 2011 Nationals and my son placed third in my daughter placed first . Currently I have one of my other sons in Magnum force TKD. It looks like another Champion in the making . Master Kaufman is a great instructor.
