We were staying in Caldwell due to parent orientation at A&M. Worked out well that this gym was here. It is not to big and not too small. I was able to get a complete workout in, without having to wait for equipment. The staff was friendly, as well. This saved me from having to drive into College Station to work out. Love this place, will be coming here every time we stay in Caldwell...Delgado Approved!!!

Not a bad gym has everything you need. Though no Squat Rack is the only downside if you want to do traditional squat.

My wife and I have a membership here. They have all the equipment and free weights we would use at a Planet Fitness. The gym is always clean and the equipment is kept up well. They do offer classes upstairs but we go at night after work so those aren't something we can attend.
We enjoy being able to go to a gym close to our house without having to drive 35+ miles to Bryan or College Station. The gym manager is always up to help you with your workout or techniques if you have questions. We have been going for a month now. This membership will definitely stay a permanent part of our budget now.
