Best personal trainer I've ever had. Years of lower back pain vanished after working with Matt. Even seeing him just once a week gave me all the tools I needed to stay healthy, flexible, without the pressure of muscle building or diet changes. His rates are low considering he has an at home setup with everything needed. Highly reccomend giving him a try.

Matt brought balance to my workouts. I’ve been an athlete all my life and was no stranger to fitness. I had the most incredible experience working with Matt through his personal training business. Can’t recommend him enough.

I think what makes Matt special is his emphasis on a corrective exercise and mobility. He’s the first trainer that seems to truly understand the importance of preparing clients for real world challenges that require functional fitness. Incorporating mobility training into the regimen was a game changer, and I could actually start to feel the difference in my everyday activities in just a few weeks.

Plus his technical mastery in weightlifting is crazy. Matt has this unique ability to break down every movement into EVERY TINY LITTLE component, explain to me how each component should feel (and why), and then work with me to “customize” my lift around my ailments so I can reduce my injury risk but still work towards what he calls the “full expression” of the movement.

When I realized just how much my flexibility was holding me back, I asked if Matt had any solutions and little did I know he’s been into yoga for like a decade. So we started doing flexibility sessions as well where he combines his knowledge from yoga with his “mental map” of what’s wrong with my body (lol) and the results have been remarkable. My chronic pain is pretty much gone, my workout recovery time has shortened substantially, and my range of motion is noticeably better.

I’m not really one for reviews but working with Matt has been a truly transformative experience. His personalized approach, attention to detail, and dedication to helping me achieve my fitness goals have been beyond my expectations.

Matt is a terrific trainer and also a really nice guy. His home gym and yoga studio are extremely well put together and it’s so nice to train in the privacy of his home.

I came to him just to get back in the fitness groove and to get some professional input on my lifting techniques, and wow does this guy know his stuff.

He deconstructed and rebuilt all my compound lifts, shifted my whole ideology around “total fitness”, and put me on a mobility regimen that has me looking, feeling, and performing like I’m 10 years younger.

I asked him about how I compared to his other clients and he said it was difficult to say because he works with everyone from teenagers to elderly and from the disabled to the fully capable. So I don’t know what your fitness goals are, but I guarantee Matt’s gonna be the best asset you can invest in to get there.
