I love this gym! It’s small and personal. The private and semi-private lessons with Max are fun and rewarding. Max is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer who is dedicated to improving his client’s health. The gym atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I’ve been going for 2 years. It’s the best!

Max and his team are fantastic! They make working out fun and hard but always keep you the individual in mind for each exercise. I love their new space too! They have been growing and evolving for years and it keeps being smooth and seamless. Max creates a very developed program focusing on longevity, strength, and endurance that impacts your everyday movements. Max-imum Fitness and Health is the gym for you if you are looking for private or semi-private training by experienced trainers in a personal but professional setting.
Max, Amye, and Jeff use their expertise to customize your fitness program and are attentive during sessions. They are committed to creating an environment where you feel confident regardless of your fitness level. The other members are supportive and the facility is clean. Max-imum Fitness and Health truly offers an experience you cannot get at large chain gyms.
I highly recommend adding the nutrition coaching to your training plan as this creates an extra layer of accountability and supports your overall health and fitness goals.

I have been working out most of my adult life on my own. I needed a professional to help me later in my life. Max took me on as a client and he has improved my overall health dramatically. His attention to detail and guidance during each session is phenomenal. Listen to what this man has to say because he knows his business. Thanks Max for changing me. I work a for a clinic a few doors down doing cleaning in this same shopping center and I had a little incident last week. It was freezing cold out there and I needed help. The trainer here was very nice and helped me out so much I am very greatful for that. I also saw him training people and I can tell he's very good, professional and knows what he's doing. If you live in the area and need a trainer come check him out!

Instead of going to a public gym and working out like the average person would do I choose to attend Max-imum Fitness and Health. Not only because I did not know how to properly work and because I wanted guidance, now I have confidence and knowledge when it comes to working out. Not only was he a wonderful trainer but he also was a great friend, he was there when I needed someone to talk to. I have gained a much better physique and form than before. When it comes to physical fitness he does the work and if you ever need someone to talk to he’s there too. Thanks alot Max!

I was talking to Max about a year ago, describing that I was in a bit of a rut and wanted to get into better shape. He indicated that he was affiliated with a program that he thought could help. That program was Pro Coach. He explained that I would be receiving daily lessons covering a variety of topics to improve overall wellness and that we would have weekly phone calls to review progress. I told him I would give it a try. Max’s response was that if I really wanted change, I needed to fully commit and complete all aspects of the program. I did and a year later I have lost over 15 pounds and I feel better than ever. In full disclosure, Max is my son, and I really appreciate how he pushed me during the entire experience. He has a very positive demeanor that encourages you to achieve any goals you set.
