Leading into six man football season, we took our sons (15 and 13) to work on agility and core strength. Fast forward a couple of years, my middle son 15 had consistent knee pain and after a 1.5 of seeing doctors we finally got relief and diagnosis. Now, he missed two years of running and two years of football. We went back to maximize potential and gave them the scenario. They customized his training to really rebuild β€œhow to run properly” - we did 12 sessions and they completely transformed him building speed, agility with right form. Entering his senior year, he’s leading team in tackles and one of the cornerstones of the defense. My son getting to experience Friday Night Lights was because of the attention to detail and the focus Jon and the team put in with my son. Highly recommend this establishment to build strength, speed, agility or all of the above. Thank you!

Do not go here. The owner John will tell you have to cancel within 14 days so he can charge you again for services your not wanting anymore. They don't know how to work with children so keep your distance of this is your goal. Unprofessional and showing up late to scheduled practice. Waste of money and a scam. Go to opposed gravity in Belton.

I came to Maxamize Potential 3 years ago because it was close to my house and I wanted direction in my workouts to avoid injury. What I found was so much more!
The small group adult classes provide both socialization with a great group of people I already have a lot in common with and the help/direction I need.

My daughter was coming off a severe ankle injury from her junior year and chasing a school volleyball blocks record for her senior year. She needed to regain her mobility and increase her explosiveness so we went to Maximize because they had done a great job in the past with her older brother. She worked with Jon during the spring and summer and is having her best season ever…and she did set the record! Coaches and fans have both noticed how much better she is moving and especially jumping. That’s now two of my kids MP has helped reach their sports goals. Thanks MP!

My 14 year old son is a swimmer and came to Maximize Potential 5 months ago. He has been working one-on-one with Coach Alex on strength, agility, and flexibility. Over this time he has become a much stronger and faster swimmer. He went from no "B" times in the short course season (before Maximize Potential) to 4 "B" times. We just finished the long course champion ship meet and he dropped 24.14 seconds off a 200 Free within 3 weeks of the last meet! He consistently drops time in every event in every meet we attend. Yes, his swim coaches have him work hard in the water, but we didn't see these huge gains until coming to Maximize Potential. All of the coaches here really care about their athletes and tailor the training to the athlete's individual goals, and specialize is preventing injury. There's no other place that I would trust more to train my athlete

I've never been one to hit the gym, mainly because I had no idea what I was doing. After coming to Maximize Potential for just about six weeks, I already feel more confident in the exercises and have seen improvement in my strength. It's in the name... All of the coaches truly take pleasure and pride in helping you achieve your goals to maximize your potential! They are extremely knowledgeable and will work with you on identifying areas you need to work on in order to avoid injury and strengthen stability. My shoulder, back and hip pain have continuously improved under their expert advice and direction. The community is very friendly, inviting and encouraging. You will not catch me excited to go to any gym but Maximize Potential! These guys care about you, like, ACTUALLY care about you and your goals. They know you by name, they're excited to see you, they challenge you and push you to your limits - AND they walk you through recovery to make sure your body is functioning properly and you're avoiding injuries. They explain the way each exercise and stretch benefits your body, all the science behind it. Every workout at MP is fun, and the community amongst trainers and other gym members is something you can't find at many gyms. I've never found it at any gym, ever. I love this place! If you are looking for something that will keep you wanting to work out, I highly recommend Maximize Potential!
