I am a 74yo male who walks to keep healthy. Now I know it wasn’t enough. I am 90 days under the care of Carlos and I am stronger than I have been in long time. My posture, my gait are all improved. This is a legit program and very safe.

I decided to take advantage of the free trial at MaxStrength Fitness to see if I could improve my strength and increase muscle mass. After my two sessions with Jordan in late June, I was willing to sign up for the twice a week 20 minute regimen to see if it would benefit me. I just had a body composition analysis after two months and found I had gained 6% muscle mass and reduced body fat by 5%! Jordan encouraged me throughout the session and provides guidance on correct posture and alignment. I push myself and I manage to conquer higher weights each week. Jordan is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well. This is the best investment in my health I’ve ever made!

I have been coming to MAX strength fitness for 142 days now twice a week for 20 minutes each time. I feel better and stronger than I have in years and several people have commented on how strong and toned my arms and legs are. I am so happy I chose MAX Strength!! I am a cancer survivor, recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and so excited to have started training at Max Strength fitness. Structured Excersice routine for busy schedules that shows results! Anyone can fit this 20 minute work out in twice weekly. Jordan is well versed in excercise knowledge and body awareness. I have some back and hip issues and that is first foremost in Jordans workout plan for me. He custoized a workout I can do with no back or hip pain. Not just your run of the mill work out! Highly recommend you check it out.

Wow, I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Jordan Turpen, my amazing trainer at Max Strength Studio in Dallas/Plano!
I've been working with him for just over two months, and he's been absolutely spectacular. Jordan is the perfect blend of supportive and positive, always pushing me to be better. He's incredibly detail-oriented, focusing on every single rep I do – watching my form, making sure I get a full range of motion, and ensuring I move slowly and control the weight, from start to finish.
But it's not just about the reps! Jordan also makes sure to give me excellent feedback and thoughts on my diet, other exercises, and even reading food labels to help me with my overall health. Honestly, if I ever decided to open a gym (which I definitely won't!), Jordan would be my absolute first hire! I genuinely appreciate him so much.

I joined about two months ago and love this place. Carlos is wonderful and has me working hard and challenged but also enjoying every session and making progress. 20 minutes twice a week is totally doable and I feel great that I am finally getting the strength training I need to keep my bones strong.

Scott, the owner, and Jordan, who trained me, are friendly and helpful in making sure you get the most out of a 20-30 minute workout. The philosophy of MaxStrength focuses on the amount of time your muscles are loaded and under tension. Jordan really reinforces making sure you are in the proper position for each machine. This is a franchise so you may need a different plan as you cross state lines. They will work with you on your options. Will be back next time I'm in town!

I have been working out for over a month with Jordan and I love the results. It's fast but still challenging and I don't feel like I have to spend hours achieving my workout goals!!! It's literally 20 minutes - 2 times per week. I have lost inches and feel more sculpted in my arms and legs.

Max strength is an excellent place to work out! The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is always motivating. Clean facilities, great variety of machines, and plenty of space for functional training. Hard to beat for the price—highly recommend!!!
