My granddaughter has had a blast this summer at MC Dance! The Princess camp was just perfect for her. Everyone here was so nice. The camp was organized and they made it fun for the toddler Princesses! She learned a lot of ballet/dance moves and she is excited to continue to dance with MC!! I highly recommend MC Dance!

My daughter hasn't started yet but we went in to sign up! The place was very clean and the staff member who helped us, I can't remember her name but she was seriously so sweet!!!! She gave me a bunch of information right off the back and was very soft spoken towards my kiddo! For the last 8 years, I have enjoyed the privilege of teaching ballet and tap to a variety of ages and abilities at MC Dance. Both of my daughters have spent time under the nurturing guidance of my fellow teachers, growing into not just beautiful dancers, but also learning important life lessons along the way. I enrolled my granddaughter in ballet this year, and while she truly enjoyed the classes and loved her teacher, our overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of organization.

Before signing up, responses to calls and texts were prompt and helpful. However, once payment was made and she was enrolled, communication became nearly nonexistent. Phone calls went unanswered, and voicemails were never returned.

During the Christmas recital, I had issues purchasing discounted tickets due to the Lone Star Lights website freezing on the final day of the promotion. LSL was kind enough to honor the discount but informed me I needed a code from MC Dance. Despite multiple calls and texts explaining the situation, I was repeatedly told to contact LSL—even after I explained they had already directed me back to MC Dance. No effort was made to resolve the issue on their end, and I was essentially left on my own to deal with it. Fortunately, LSL stepped in again and offered me a better discount for the inconvenience.

For the recent Spring recital, I paid a substantial amount for what turned out to be a low-quality outfit from TEMU. I also paid extra for the Finale performance, including a specific shirt and accessories. Despite all that, my granddaughter was placed behind a curtain during the performance—completely out of view. She was heartbroken and felt excluded. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even stay for the second finale.

The lack of accountability and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. Children and their families deserve better, especially when they’ve invested their time, energy, and money.

I was a bit concerned at first because it was hard to get a response on the phone about getting my child signed up for lessons. Eventually, I just popped in on a random day and they were super helpful about everything from getting signed up for lessons, picking the correct sizes for shoes, tights, and leotards. They even gave me the name and location of a store in Spring to get the items I wasn't able to get at the studio. My daughter really enjoys going to classes every week and has so much fun. The teachers are very patient and excellent with all the students. The owner, Miss Maggie, is very involved and I see her chatting with all the parents and students when we are there for classes too. The only downside to this place is the parking, but they do their best with what they have and it's not enough of a hassle to knock a star off. Especially since it's kind of out of their control.
