Love Mean Green Gym. Every coach is AMAZING. However, Coach Clairissa is my favorite coach to work with. She pushes me to my limit and beyond each time and makes it easy for me to workout at 5:30am. HER AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE THE BEST!

Today was my first day and Clairissa was very engaged with the whole class but DIDNT leave me hanging! She did a wonderful job encouraging me and making sure I was comfortable and my form was right. It was a tough class but I didn’t feel overwhelmed under her instruction and she continued to check in on me and say positive things so I never stopped 💪

Working with Coach Milton has been a truly positive experience. His hands-on approach sets him apart, he doesn’t just observe from the sidelines, he steps in with meaningful guidance, correction when needed, and consistent motivation. I’ve really grown from the way he challenges me while also encouraging me to improve. His ability to correct without discouraging is something I truly respect, and it’s helped me develop both confidence and stronger skills. His support feels genuine, and that makes a big difference.

Maya does a great job with her coaching. Love the workout! It was my 1st session and although I did not know what to expect, I was greeted kindly and that made me all the more comfortable. Maya took the time to lay out the gym layout, procedures and assisted when I need additional help with workout instructions. Definitely will be back!

She explains the exercises for the workout very well. She keeps the group engaged. During the workout she gives good advice. I think its good to hear key points when your exhausted. (ex. Breath, dont compromise your form, she motivates the group etc....)

This gym has a very welcoming, family atmosphere and it challenges you to your level. Maya is an amazing instructor. She’s motivating, she lets people know of acceptable modifications, goes around to make sure people have the right form, and overall always has a positive and pleasant attitude. Absolute great experience!!! Regardless if you are doing group classes or private training, ALL of the staff is very helpful, energetic, and ready to help you see results and achieve your personal goals! The Mean Green family provide great energy, friendly service, and challenging workouts. Awesome Gym! There are a ton of options when it comes to available times and the trainers are knowledgeable and very supportive. Everyone does the same work out but you do it at your own pace. There’s no one yelling in your face trying to push you over your limit. It is a open gym atmosphere so come prepared with a water bottle and a towel because no matter what your level, you will get an amazing workout.

I started with MGT back in 2013 at the memorial bootcamp location with my bestfriend. I found it on Groupon and we were trying to get in shape for her upcoming wedding. Fast forward 9 years later and I'm still here. I absolutely LOVE MGT and this is coming from someone who hates to workout and get up early. Within my 9 years I've pretty much have tried it all from run club, to personal training and now my current Monday- Thursday 5:30 am Humble gym class. The coaches are amazing and everyone there really does feel like family. They even check in on you when you go m.i.a for a little while at the gym to make sure you're good. So take it from a person who lives in Katy but drives to Humble every morning to get to her 5:30 am class. Even if you hate working out (which I do) but want to get in shape and feel comfortable doing it... this is definitely the place for you.

After the peak of the pandemic, I started going consistently to this gym. I never performed power moves or conditioning. The patience and guidance from the trainers is what made me stay. I started with bootcamp Sept 2019, became an official member of the gym October 2019. I have never in my life looked forward to working out. I came to the gym unable to stretch, run, or lift heavy weights. When I started bootcamp, I was just happy to be there. No matter who's class you take, the trainer is there to encourage and motivate you through each workout. Trust your trainer(s). The trainers make sure everyone supports one another, check in with you, and genuinely care for every person that comes to the gym or bootcamp. It's an addicting environment to be in. This place is full of love and camaraderie. You will not leave the class the same, each time you come, it will make you better.. It is truly my happy place. I have enjoyed seeing my own transformation. What I couldn't do when I started, I can do now (50+ lbs lighter)! I am proud of myself and forever grateful for the trainers and gym mates I get to see everyday making themselves better. Everyone is welcome and you feel it the moment you walk in. I love it here! If you are looking for results, come by and check them out! You won't be disappointed.

A great gym with great trainers. I started with the bootcamps using a Groupon deal a few years back and have been with them ever since. The gym offers different types of classes that can be modified to any fitness level. Milton has helped me reach some of my weight loss goals and helped me change my lifestyle for the better. Each workout is different so you never get bored. I've tried other gyms but none have the family environment that Mean Green provides.
