If you know you need to exercise regularly, change up your routine, but don't know what the hell you're doing, this place is for you. I am a person that needs an instructor to tell me what to do and how to do it so I won't injure myself, and I get that here.
I love that it's a group workout but they still cater to everyone's fitness levels. You don't feel shames for not being able to lift extra heavy. If you have an injury, they really like to find the root of the challenge and help you work through that and get past the injury in a healthy way at a reasonable pace.
The trainers are friendly and extra knowledgeable about all things fitness. They're also all attractive so a little eye candy during each work out is helpful too.
You can tell they take time and plan out each workout every single day and every single week. I don't feel like I'm doing the same workout 2 days in a row. It's also great that they are able to modify each workout based on each fitness level. I def think I'll be able to hit my fitness goals working out at this gym.

I must say this place is very magnetic. It draws you like you’re a piece of metal with how warm they receive you and treat you with respect. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about health, fitness and wellbeing. They workout more than just you body but mental health too. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to close the circle health and wholeness (not fitness) but wholeness.

I recently joined MENT Fitness and have found the staff to be very polite and welcoming. My trainer definitely provides that extra push that I need for motivation. I’m also very excited about all of the services, i.e. massages, meal prep, that are offered.

I love a great workout that’s challenging and pushes me to the limits and out of my comfort zone to get better each time. The supportive environment, energy from all trainers, and the consultative engagement is TOP TIER. For someone that deals with a lot of lower back pain the recovery and mobility exercises from the trainers is just what I needed. The workouts are for all fitness levels so you don’t have to worry about a one size fits all workout because everyone isn’t the same nor do they have the same goals. I’m very big on community service and giving back and Ment is all about the community as I look forward to volunteering weekly with the group. I’m extremely excited I chose Ment and can’t wait to continue to grow.

Love, love, love this place! Traditional gym settings just haven’t worked for me. I need guidance, motivation, accountability and structure and Ment provides all that! There’s -MENT…and then there’s everybody else. True health is a lifestyle and a lifestyle requires community. The workout program is unlike any other in DFW, coupled with trainers that pay attention to detail. Correction is kind and instruction is clear. I absolutely love it here. I have never been an athletic person, and I'm pretty shy... so, I thought I would just try to blend in in the back... but the trainers didn't let that happen 😍. As soon as I visited the first time, they made an effort to know my name. They assisted me every time that I needed help. Now, 6 months later, I am sooo much stronger and much more confident. I live the atmosphere of this gym. It's really supportive, and the music keeps me going. Definitely download the MENT app and sign up for that free trial so you can see for yourself.

Initially when I started at -Ment fitness, using the 3-day trial , on day one (10/28) I was very intimidated. I had never been in a gym and had never lifted weights past 5 or 10 lbs. The only prior workout plans I had done was Zumba (which I absolutely ❤️) and hot yoga so you can understand where the intimidation came from 😂, but I decided to go ahead and give it a try, besides it was free… right? And I had two more days to try it out.
Well fast forward to the end of my first class, after that, I never went back to complete my remaining 2 days ….😂😂😂😂, in my head this was too much for me and too much for my body, but after encouragement from cousin, great consideration and discussing my concerns with Brandon (the owner) I joined -MENT Fitness about a month later from that initial scare/intimidation 😳 (my first class) and haven’t looked back! 😂💪🏾
Today (2/7/24) makes my 2.5 month anniversary with -Ment Fitness …Whoo hooo! 🥳🥳
2.5 months ago you couldn’t have told me I’d be here … working out… lifting weights, heavy weights 🏋🏾♂️at that, but I am!!! Yikes!!
Since starting in November I can definitely feel and see a difference in my body and leg strength. After a month of attending classes I measured myself and realized I had lost 2 inches around my waist and hips in a month’s time, which was a major plus, because I really joined -Ment Fitness for my MENTAL health but quickly gained physical health as well!

MENT is an amazing LIFE studio (more than a Gym) with an exceptionally welcoming team! Not only do you get a challenging workout for every level but they offer mobility/recovery, nutrition, physical therapy, young athlete programs and more! I have been working out with Brandon for about a year now. He is always very professional and meticulous when it comes to the workouts. He makes sure you are doing each movement correctly and will correct your form when needed. Recently, I had been battling a knee injury; when I told him about it, he quickly made modifications to my workout. He then went further to recommend his in house physical therapist and different movements and exercises to help with my range of motion in my knee. He recommended another doctor for a second opinion, and Brandon and his physical therapist couldn’t have been more accurate on their recommendations. I am back to running and jumping after being told I could only do low impact workouts from here on out. It is very apparent that Brandon is not just a trainer, but a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the human body and its move-ment. To have a gym where you have a physical therapist, a dietitian, and other knowledgeable trainers is a blessing. I highly recommend -Ment Fitness and not just for lose weight, but to move better and have a full lifestyle change.
