I love Method Pilates- all of the instructors are amazing. Each with their own style. The river oaks location is easier for parking overall. It also has good spacing between reformers which is nice!

I’ve been coming to this studio for six months now, and in that time I’ve had the chance to take classes with 16 different instructors. I truly want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Kacie! I absolutely adore her classes. Today’s class was so incredible that I felt inspired to finally write this review. Kacie is the kind of instructor everyone dreams of having. She explains every single movement so clearly exactly which muscles should be working and how to engage them properly. After her classes, you not only feel stronger, but you also understand your body better.
What makes her even more special is the way she encourages us with so much warmth and positivity. When she says things like “6:30 class, you’re doing amazing, just a little more, you’ve got this!” it’s exactly the push I need. I always leave her class full of energy, like I can take on the world.
I also want to give a big shout-out to Lauryn. She is always so kind, her workouts are fantastic, and her playlists make class even more fun. And Simone will always hold a special place in my heart, her class was my very first Pilates experience and I instantly fell in love with Pilates.
This studio has truly become a place of joy and peace for me. I try to come every day because I know it will always lift my mood and give me energy. Thank you all so much for creating such a welcoming, inspiring space- I absolutely love being here!

I started here three weeks ago and I have fallen in love with Pilates. I have done 7 classes so far and in my opinion Kacey, Stacy and Tracelyn have had the best flows and music for my taste. I prefer hip hop and upbeat music, I do not enjoy slow or girlie music to a workout. I am a gym girlie so I got a more challenging workout in their classes which I have really enjoyed as a plus to my workout routine.

I've been to this location 3 times with 3 different instructors each time and I can't say enough positive things about it! The studio is clean, spacious, aesthetic and the classes are always so welcoming and challenging. Instructors are great across the board!

I love this class!
I've attended for about a month straight & with 2 different instructors! It's always a great burn & great results! They push you but not too hard! The reformers are so fun & you can do every type of workout. Method is amazing.

I am a man whose fitness program usually comprises of weights/cardio. I have tried Pilates here and there but method is definitely different! It is a great workout and I always leave with my legs shaking and an accomplished feeling. I took Ashton's class on Sunday and she did a great job of making the class feel confident in the different exercises, while pushing the class to perform at their best. Going to Method has also increased my performance in weights/cardio through a better understanding of mind muscle connection. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to up their fitness game!

METHOD really knows the method to get our fitness back up! Their reformer Pilates classes are top notch, with the right balance. We had an all mom’s class recently with Ms Traci and she had the best music, a manageable routine for beginners and the most empowering motivating push for the whole class. She was personable and friendly too, which made it a very enjoyable class overall. METHOD is women- owned and they are a strong advocate for core fitness!

I had no idea it was possible, but my favorite pilates studio has become even more amazing. I am absolutely in love with this new location. The classes are unparalleled, the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, and the community of women is the most inviting I've ever experienced in a studio. I'm definitely a member for life.

I was very disappointed in my experience at the new method location. I have been going to the Montrose location for years and I love the vibe of the studio. It’s dark but not too dark. The music is fantastic but it’s not cult-like. It’s edgy enough but still approachable for newbies. The work out is hard but not impossible and I always feel accomplished after. The exercises are perfectly lined up the music and make the class fun. Unfortunately, the new river oaks location has none of that. It’s incredibly bright. The music is quiet. The instructions were far too easy and did not offer any up challenges. I left feeling like I just experienced any generic Pilates studio that isn’t actually a work out and was extremely disappointed. It has nothing of the charm and allure of the Montrose location and I think that’s a terrible shame. I asked the lady at the front desk if they’ll be changing the inside of the studio to better match Montrose and was shocked and appalled to learn they plan to change the Montrose location to match river oaks. Horrible idea and I truly hope that’s not true.

I recently had an incredible reformer pilates class at Method Pilates River Oaks! Kathleen's expertise and passion for pilates were immediately evident. Her ability to tailor the workout to everyone's fitness level and needs was impressive.
The studio itself is beautiful and inviting, providing a serene atmosphere that's perfect for focusing on your mind and body. Kathleen's instruction was clear, engaging, and challenging. She pushed me to my limits, while ensuring my form. By the end of the class, I felt energized & accomplished.
If you're looking for a pilates class that will leave you feeling strong, toned, and mentally refreshed, I highly recommend Method Pilates River Oaks and Kathleen's classes. You won't be disappointed!

Today was my 50th class with method!! I was so excited when they first announced this new location. Method river oaks is beautifully designed, I love the ambiance, and you can see there was great attention to detail when making this studio. The instructors make you feel very welcome and give you confidence throughout the class. From someone who had no idea what Pilates was to now it being my favorite form of working out, Method has become apart of my routine!
