The studio will feature 15 reformer machines, a welcoming check-in lounge, and an upscale retail area. With custom-made reformers, Method Pilates consistently provides exceptional workouts for its dedicated clientele.

Taryn is such a great teacher. I’ve tried many Pilates classes & her class was the best I’ve tried so far. I love how engaged my muscles felt & I liked that if my form was off she would help correct it. Most Pilates teachers don’t pay close attention as her & it’s very helpful. Love love love !

Had a great first experience at this studio. Greeted warmly upon entrance and appreciated both girls running over the equipment with me (even the one who had just finished teaching & was not instructing my class). The class itself was challenging but not overwhelming which I appreciated & the facility is new & clean. Also easy validated garage parking made it easy to access. My only criticism would be that it is hard to hear cues and instructions over the loud music, I think sound barriers would be beneficial for both clients & instructors :)

I’ve been doing reformer pilates for years, so I was excited when Method opened in my neighborhood. It’s a great addition to Bouldin. The space is beautiful and modern. There’s plenty of validated parking. My interactions with all the staff have always been great.
Their instructors do a lot of bodyweight moves like tricep dips and squats on the floor. With how much the classes cost, I don’t want exercises I could do at home- especially ones that don’t even incorporate the machine.
I’d also love the ability to see genres of music instructors like to play since the music vibes are all over the place. As someone who prefers EDM for workouts, I want to avoid instructors who play Katy Perry & Taylor Swift (no hate, just not my vibe).

Tried this place a couple of times because it's walking distance from my home. Each time, the instructor was welcoming and always made sure that everyone knew how the reformers work (it's a bit different from a classical set-up). The classes are pretty fast-paced but you can catch on fairly quick, and the instructors do a nice job of cueing for the next move. Prepare to get sweaty, it's hot in there! Bring a small towel with you.
Notes: the loud music, coupled with high ceilings and cement floors, mean that it can be really hard to hear the instructor, especially when they are moving back and forth across the room and not facing you. One instructor mentioned they do plan to have someone address the sound balance in the space, but it just didn't work for me as someone who is hard of hearing. Additionally, I come from a more traditional pilates background with hands-on cueing and corrections, and this is really more of a contemporary workout so it's not what I'm looking for in a studio but I can tell the people who love this, really love it!
Overall, a nice addition to the neighborhood for anyone who's looking for this kind of class!

I spent some time in ATX and took several classes at this amazing studio. I can’t say enough good things about it — y’all are the best. The workouts were always challenging, and there was a great variety of class times to fit any schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and very supportive, offering helpful corrections and modifications when needed.
I also really appreciate that they always check in to see if anyone has any injuries, which is so important but not something all instructors remember to ask.

Had a terrible and racially motivated interaction with the owners of the Austin studio; please be cautious Austin fitness community, particularly women of color.
They managed to delete my lived experience with the management after the team harassed my personal phone and socials following sharing my story and have been flooding reviews with their own team and instructors.
There are so many other inclusive options in the Austin area, please support those instead.

Method Pilates is absolutely phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about this studio. Every single coach I've worked with has been incredibly kind and instructive. They provide clear communication and helpful corrections, which has made a real difference in my practice.
Beyond the excellent instruction, the studio space itself is gorgeous. Plus, the location is so convenient, especially with the validated parking.
I even had a small hiccup with the booking system recently, and their responsiveness was truly impressive. I emailed them, and they got back to me right away, quickly resolving the issue which turned out to be due to some app maintenance.
If you're looking for a Pilates studio with knowledgeable and supportive coaches, a beautiful space, and excellent customer service, look no further than Method Pilates!

I think there's a lot of pilates studios in Austin and what makes and breaks a location is really the instructor, workout, and vibe of the place. All in all this place is okay but I would definitely check out other studios.
Pros: Great instructor sequence. Cute studio space. Closeby.
Cons:
-Instructors don't really do corrections or watch that often which I think is needed for form in reformer.
-They need to crank that AC up because the workout was not that hard but my friends are I were sweating buckets.
-Front desk person doesn't answer calls and is more concerned about getting her own workout in, than helping answer any questions or even checking you in. She was a bit unfriendly/had an attitude. Not a great vibe walking in and kind of turned me off to this place. (I went in the afternoon on 5/13).
-Parking is really hard and turning into that garage from the light takes a long time. Leave your place an extra 15 min than what google maps tells you and bring grip socks.

Enjoyed my first class today with a great instructor named Caroline, she gave great cues and this challenging class was really a workout! They seem to have expert instructors if this is any indication because Caroline was constantly keeping an eye on all of us and giving gentle guidance while urging on the more experienced participants. I will definitely go back!

I am usually a gym and weights girly but decided to broaden my horizons a bit and check out Method Pilates and I had SO. MUCH. FUN!!!! Music 10/10, instructor & reformer 10/10, vibes 10/10. All around 10/10!! It was a bit confusing at first, seeing as I’m not very experienced with reformers but the instructor went at a pace that was easy to fall along with and I was able to catch on pretty quickly :) My butt is still shaking!! Will definitely be back!

I highly recommend trying out Method Pilates — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro. With being newly opened in Austin, most of the people in class are also just starting out. That makes it feel really comfortable, no matter your experience level. The energy is great, the community is growing, and it’s the perfect place to start (or continue) your Pilates journey.
The studio is located in the heart of Bouldin Creek with 2 hour validated parking in the garage underneath the studio. Easy access right off South 1st.
The studio was opened in April 2025 and is the third Method Pilates to open, two more exist in Houston.

I’m so excited this incredible Pilates studio from Houston has officially landed in Austin! As someone who fell in love with their Houston location, I knew the moment they opened here I had to check it out—and it does not disappoint. The space is beautifully moody and elevated, with dim lighting that creates a focused and grounded atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the wall of mirrors, which allows you to really dial into your form and alignment throughout the entire class.
The instructors are phenomenal—so knowledgeable, encouraging, and intentional with their programming. Each class feels thoughtfully structured to challenge your strength, balance, and mobility in all the right ways. Whether you’re brand new or experienced in Pilates, they know how to tailor it for all levels.
What I appreciate most is how they’ve carried over the same level of quality, energy, and boutique feel from Houston. The vibe is welcoming yet elevated, and the results speak for themselves—I feel stronger, more aligned, and totally recharged after every session.
If you’re in Austin and looking for a Pilates studio that delivers a luxe, results-driven experience in an inspiring setting, this place is a must.

Okayyy, obsessed is an understatement! I hosted a private birthday class at Method Pilates with my fam and besties, and it was seriously the most fun way to celebrate. The vibes were immaculate, the studio is so cute and clean, and Brian our instructor made everyone feel welcomed! We laughed, we shook, we planked, and we left feeling strong (and a little sore, in the best way). 10/10 would do it again. If you're in Austin and not hitting up Method yet… what are you even doing?!

I took a class at Method Pilates last week and had an awesome experience. The studio is really clean and well put together, and the atmosphere was welcoming without being over the top. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into their design!
The workout was solid and challenging in a good way, the instructor really did a great job guiding the class and keeping everyone dialed in too. I left feeling amazing and like I actually accomplished something. What a way to start your day!
