I’ve been a member for over a year, this place is the best! Shawn recently bought more equipment and it feels like we’re always getting new stuff from punching bags to pendulum squats. If you’re looking for a great gym at a great price, this is the place for you! The people are all really friendly too, everyone’s there to help each other out.

The best gym In the Weatherford area. Couldn't have asked for a better gym to train and prepare for my first bodybuilding competition in spring. I grew up watching the greats workout in gyms like this and I now understand why. This gym will provide you with everything to achieve your dream physique. Last but not least, THE GYM IS CLEAN AND SANITARY. Yes I want to train in an old school gym but cleanliness standards are a must for me and of course its just another check in the box for me.

I really enjoy working out at this gym and appreciate the atmosphere it offers. Additionally, I'm particularly fond of the new vending machine they've installed; it stocks my preferred pre-workout supplement, which I've been unable to find elsewhere. Definitely a 5/5 star experience.

I love this gym. Well staffed, great equipment, clean, has comfortable atmosphere for women to workout. Not overly busy and crowded but always somebody around. Veteran owned and operated. A special perk is that it is open 24hrs/day.

Great gym, conveniently walking distance across a Petro for truck drivers trying to get a workout in. Self-serve kiosk to sign up for membership or day pass. Owner is a good guy gave me a lift back to the Petro after my workout. Definitely coming back whenever I get the chance to stop here again. 👍
